Oh my. First Bishop Ballin said Fr Luis belonged to him. That was a big lie. Then Bishop Ballin said that Rome did a thorough investigation and found Fr Luis completely innocent. That was a huge lie. I guess it’s true what they say, if their lips are moving the Neo are telling lies!
