Sad state of affairs when it comes to providing timely and critical services to people with disabilities. The people benefiting the most those managing and running the agency.
ReplyDeleteCorrect. And the people suffering the most, the disabled, are the people they claim to serve. While DVR staff claimed they were working with 16 employers and had placed 68 clients for vocational training, NOT ONE name of any such employer was mentioned. And I know why. Unfortunately, no senator asked DVR for any evidence, not even the name of an employer. If they had, the hearing would have ended.
