FILONI IS NOT THE HOLY SEE, YOU SEE :)

The KAKA filled NEO Cult Zombies are again showing their true colors at the Dungbats latest blog. They are using that ill fated social media to tell everyone that the Red Pope controls the NEO Cult Presbyter Factory in Yona and ArchNEO Cult Presbyter Anthony Sablan aspirin is still in control of the Catholics on Guam. LMAO 😂 😂

Excuse me. RMS cannot be sold off without the approval of the Congregation for Evangelization/curia.
Archbishop of Agana requires consent of curia to sell/close down.
Wishes of Cardinal Filoni/curia important. Archbishop Anthony is Archbishop of Agana.

Canon Law does not require the approval of Filoni, the Curia, or his pathetic congregation. Canon Law requires permission "of the Holy See":
Can. 1292 §2. The permission of the Holy See is also required for the valid alienation of goods whose value exceeds the maximum amount, goods given to the Church by vow, or goods precious for artistic or historical reasons.
So what is the Holy See? Is it Filoni? Nope. The Holy See is ultimately the pope. The Catholic Church is a monarchy, not a democracy. But beyond that, there is this:
Can. 1293 §1. The alienation of goods whose value exceeds the defined minimum amount also requires the following:
1/ a just cause, such as urgent necessity, evident advantage, piety, charity, or some other grave pastoral reason;
The "just cause" is the salvation of the "essential properties," i.e. churches and schools. If the Yona property is NOT part of the settlement, attorneys for the plaintiffs will NOT be willing to settle and will pursue their cases through the court where ALL diocesan properties will be at risk.

The pope is not likely to place all of our churches and schools at risk to save a neo-infested property which will probably need millions of dollars of decontamination work (if not several exorcisms), before the property is of any use to anyone.

THE TIME BOMB AND THE BOMB SQUAD

Posted by Bob
Check the count down on the right side of this blog. It's marked
"TIME LEFT BEFORE WE LOSE YONA PROPERTY FOREVER."
Apuron and Quitugua The Other activated the time bomb on November 22, 2011. They stealthily embedded it in such a way that they thought it wouldn't be discovered until it was too late.....

Image result for TIME BOMBAfter years of apuron's chicanery it was discovered but of course apuron's presence thwarted any action to defuse the bomb. AA Hon took over with more than six months still remaining on the clock but he dilly dallied till now so  time is really, really short. Enter the bomb squad:

STILL NO WORD ON THE SEMINARY

Posted by Frenchie

It has been already over two weeks since the press conference of Andrew Camacho about the Seminary, and the answer by Pius in the local press, which was done by email. The answers, were typical Pius, high on hyperbole, very low on facts. A perfect demonstration of the Maltese two steps.

THE AFC SPEAKS - FINALLY!

Sept 1, 2016: UPDATED with links to supporting documents

Following is the statement given to the media today regarding the Yona Property by the members of the Archdiocesan Finance Council who Apuron fired in 2012.

We, the former members of the Archdiocesan Finance Council along with Deacon Steve Martinez, who was the Finance Officer during our tenure, make the following statements.

A PUBLIC SERVICE

Don't worry, we're here to wade through the muck, shovel the manure and endure the stench so you don't have to.  Pius and his NCW cohorts, produce so much, you can say it "fuels" this website.  Ha!

Before the end of  the day of that very informative expose by the former Archdiocese Finance Council (AFC), Pius, through his herald, "Diana," was already beginning to churn the crap mill and began to excrete enough nuggets to keep a sewage worker employed through retirement.

Where to begin?

Let's start with the low hanging "fruit." No explanation needed:

GUAM RMS VS A REAL SEMINARY (PART III) THE FACULTY, AND ADMINISTRATION. Section A

 Posted by Frenchie.

Part 2 found here

For those of us that were lucky enough to attend well known colleges, one of the characteristic, of such place of learning is the high quality of their teaching and research staff, as well as the atmosphere which is conducive to study, interact and share with your fellow students and with a Faculty that is available, and proactive.

Seminaries are probably even more in need of such environment, for seminarians to develop and grow positively, and prepare themselves to a life of service.

Since RMS Guam opened its doors back in 1999, and started teaching out of a private residence, until now, when RMS is now located in a place of luxury and surrounding beauty, few things have changed regarding the Faculty and Administration of said seminary.

LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, DENY, DEFLECT, DENY

Today's Marianas Variety article included the following comments of Adrian Cristobal regarding the status of the Yona property.

Cristobal said the assertion that the seminary is not an asset of the archdiocese "is totally false.'

APOSTOLIC VISITORS: DID AAA GIVE AWAY THE YONA PROPERTY?

In referring to my list of "crimes" (found here), Anonymous says:

  1. Number 8 and 9 are real biggies. AAA transferred or attempted to transfer a multi-million dollar asset of the archdiocese to a third party. I am confounded as to how that alone is not sufficient grounds for his removal. The icing on the cake is that AAA outright lied when his misdeed was exposed. He tried to assert that because he was corporate sole of the grantor and on the board of the grantee that no transfer resulted from the assignment. Um, sorry AAA, that's not how the law works and you know that damn well yourself.
Items 8 and 9 on the "list of crimes" refers to Archbishop Apuron's attempt to give away the Old Accion Hotel property (Yona Property) to the Redemptoris Mater Seminary (RMS), its current occupant. Anonymous is correct in calling this a "biggie". The property could be conservatively valued at 75 Million Dollars, and given all the crying the Archbishop has been doing lately about the so-called financial mismanagement of Msgr. James, the giving away of a 75 Million Dollar asset would be not only the grossest mismanagement of all, it could be both canonically and civilly illegal.

The question is:

DID ARCHBISHOP APURON GIVE AWAY THE YONA PROPERTY?

A PDF "white paper" is available here.

Let's review the facts:

Sometime in 2011, Archbishop Apuron appears to have been approached by the Neocrats (the leaders of the NCW) about signing over the title to the Yona Property to RMS.

RMS 101 - 29 JUNE 2014

In January of 2012, four of the five members of the archdiocesan finance council received a letter from Archbishop Apuron kicking them out of the council. (Kicking people out who get in his way appears to be standard operating procedure for AASA.)

Cumulatively, they had served on the finance council for more than fifty years. Their crime? They opposed the decision of the Archbishop to hand over the Yona property* to Kiko. The Archbishop's crime? Another violation of Canon Law, but who's counting.

Canon Law requires every diocese to have a finance council. There is never to be a time when there isn't one. There are to be at least three members. With the en masse firing of four of the five members, the archdiocese, on January 11, 2012, in violation of Can. 492 §1, was without a finance council.
