Summer has arrived. Imagine, we have endured four seasons of picketing. We are led to believe that apuron's fate is due early summer. Whatever the verdict will be, we will be victorious at the end; because we exposed his scandals  and evils to   the world.                           

After 52 pickets our persistence and determination never falters. Please join us Sunday, June 25, 2017 in front of Cathedral Basilica at 9 a.m.

SUNDAY PICKETERS IN ACTION

Fellow Catholics,

We started out with three R's--Restore, Return, Remove.We have come a long way. When we had the first big prayer rally (protest) on the steps of the Cathedral Basilica on March 25, 2015, we demanded justice for two priests that apuron had not only improperly fired but publicly trashed. The two have been publicly restored to the good graces of the the diocese. 

A couple months later we discovered that apuron had deceitfully given away the Yoña property. In November the Yoña property was returned to the patrimony and control of the Archdiocese of Agaña.

We are on our final demand to remove and defrock apuron for his scandalous behavior. We are persistent and determined in our battle to remove the evil forces within our church. We are

Let's commemorate our one year of picketing by bringing  family and friends Sunday, June 11, 2017 to the front of the Cathedral Basilica at 9 a.m. Last Sunday 60+ faithful Catholics picketed.    Click on  SUNDAY PICKETERS IN ACTION   and you'll see your Catholic friends, neighbors and family.

MOMENTUM! *** JOIN THE LFM AT THE CATHEDRAL AT 9 AM TOMORROW *** MOMENTUM!

Join your friends and neighbors in the 31st picket at the Cathedral. The picket starts at 9 AM and ends at 9:45. Signs, water and prayers are available.

On Thursday these faithful Catholics marched up the hill to the Chancery and picketed to show their support for Roland Sondia.

CCOG President David Sablan said it best, 

"We want a complete de-Apuron-nization."

Whether you believe the picket line has made a real impact or not, you cannot deny that the efforts of those walking the front sidewalk of the cathedral with signs in hand have not gone unnoticed.

The more we are visible, the more we are vocal, the more we are consistent with our message, the more it makes it difficult to ignore us.

A PRAYERFUL PICKET WITH PURPOSE: APURON OUT!

Weather, we liked it.  Weather, we didn't. The laity of the Archdiocese still assembled in front of the Cathedral Basilica.  

 

To be clear, this picket is not going to cease . . . but there is an end.  The message is and has always been unequivocal and consistent.   We’re not going anywhere until the message is heard and acknowledged. We, the Church, will not tolerate child sexual abuse by our clergy any longer.

As predicted by the NWS,  rain fell hard this morning.

NWS  = National Weather Service. (What were you thinking?!)

Initially, it was looking like the weather was going to keep our presence to a minimum, but despite it all, the line kept extending as we made room for the growing numbers of Catholics willing to endure the rain.

For a little over 5 minutes, rain drenched the picket line and save a few who left to grab an umbrella, we did not disperse nor did we cease.

this Saturday at Nimitz Beach, Agat.  Repeat! Barbecue this Saturday, Nimitz Beach, Agat.  Just bring yourself, your car and that outstanding JungleWatch Nation spirit that has served us so well. Join our motorcade at the Yigo Gym at 9 AM. Our motorcade will then proceed south winding up at Nimitz Beach for the barbecue.

The sidewalk was crowded, the picket line extended further than ever before!

When it was announced that Fr. Paul Gofigan's installation Mass would occur at 9:30 am, some took to their keyboards to opine their position in reference to continuing the picket.  I am not sure why there was even any discussion.  Everything we have been protesting for are still in place.  Nothing has changed to justify abandoning our weekly morning display.

We were in front of the Cathedral this Sunday . . . again.  We aim to diligently return until the true reason for the cause of the division in our Archdiocese has been addressed.  As of last Sunday, it has not even been mentioned. 

It has been heard that Archbishop Hon knows exactly of the cause.  However he seems to be reluctant to reveal it publicly.

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HOWARD BAKER?

Sen. Howard Henry Baker Jr., the leading Republican on the committee investigating the Watergate scandal surrounding President Nixon, asked the seminal question at the hearings: "What did the president know and when did he know it?"

When the answers to those questions became apparent, it led to Nixon's resignation.  Had he not resigned, Nixon would undoubtedly been impeached.

Kinda sounds familiar, doesn't it?

5 WEEKS LATER AND 3 WEEKS SINCE A PREDICTED DEMISE

On June 12, 2016 AB Hon, commenting to the 9:30am mass attendees on the protesters outside, said: " . . . hopefully this will die out in two weeks."

For the 5th Sunday in a row, the picket is still strong and the line grows longer.
