PICKET WITH A PURPOSE
Posted by jose martinez
It has been heard that Archbishop Hon knows exactly of the cause. However he seems to be reluctant to reveal it publicly.
(View more pictures from this Sunday here.)
Reminding him through these weekly pickets is part of our purpose . . . .

TIME OUT!
Posted by Bruce Williams
AB Hon has just thrown Apurun "under the bus" and contradicted all previous statements he's made regarding the ownership of the RMS property! If we are to believe Hon's "reversal" on the RMS property we should let out a sigh of relief and give thanks to those who have labored for the return of the Yona property to the Church.
Unfortunately Hon's statement, that the Holy See instructed Apurun to annul the RMS deed of restriction with the NCW over a year ago, raises a big RED FLAG!

SO GET THIS
If you want to see the report by the Denver law firm on the so-called "truth" about the RMS property:
So if Archbishop Apuron is so anxious to prove that he did nothing criminal - legally or canonically - in deeding control of the property to RMS, why hide it like this and make it difficult for anyone to review especially after spending what is probably a huge amount of money on the opinion?
Well, we know why, don't we.
Dear Cardinal Filoni:
This archbishop continues to lie to us, lie to us, lie to us. And since he won't let us see the report, maybe he'll let you. Ask for it. No, demand it. You will see that it was NOT a legal opinion - a real one - at all.
And we shall shortly prove it.
- You have to stand at the counter and read it, no sitting allowed (it's 20 pages long).
- You cannot take notes.
- You cannot take pictures.
- You cannot have a copy made.

NO RESPONSE
If the RMS Corporation REALLY is "wholly-subject" to the Archbishop as he claims, then why the need to restrict the use of the property solely to RMS?
Why not just leave it as part of the patrimony of the Archdiocese of Agana?
By restricting the property to RMS (as he did on 11/22/11), Archbishop Apuron has worsened the "patrimonial condition" of the Archdiocese of Agana and bettered that of RMS to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.
Of course, as we have explained several times before, RMS is NOT "wholly-subject" to the Archbishop as he claims. It is "wholly-subject" in terms of CONTROL to the Board of Guarantors of which Apuron has only a 25% say and the Neocatechumenal Responsible Team for the U.S. has the rest.
Nevertheless, the CCOG thought they'd ask the Archbishop to return the property to the Archdiocese of Agana, if only for the record.
The Archbishop did not respond...of course.

A LAWSUIT WILL BE THE LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES, AAA.
So last week AAA called a meeting with the presbyteral council. At the meeting AAA trotted out Jackie Terlaje to do another smear job on Msgr. James, or rather, to try Msgr. James in absentia.
At least one priest stood up and asked AAA if he had yet spoken with Msgr. James about the matters he seems to be so perpetually concerned with. AAA did not answer.
Meanwhile, while Jackie Terlaje and her pathetic little crew scratch in the dirt to find more crap to smear Msgr. James with and other likewise pathetic little people wail on and on about the money from the tourist donation box, the rest of us have not forgotten about AAA's 40 million dollar fraud perpetuated on the trusting Catholics of Guam.

THANK YOU, DIANA.
Dearest Dingbat Diana:
Archbishop Apuron has got to love you. You have just blown his cover. You know, I was wrong about you Diana. Until now, I thought you were on "their" side. Now, I see that you are on ours. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have admitted what the archbishop would NEVER admit.

THE REAL VILLAIN
In his piece of crap letter, Msgr. David C. Quitugua accuses Msgr. James of leaving over $400,000 in unpaid bills.
Well, Msgr. David, even if that were true, you owe the people of Guam far more than that. In fact, not only do you owe the Archdiocese of Agana 44 Million Dollars, you owe us all an apology, and once you've done that, you owe us your absence for the rest of your silly little life.
Here's why:

THE CASE FOR THE ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT OF PROPERTY TO A THIRD PARTY BY THE ARCHBISHOP OF AGANA
On November 22, 2011, ARCHBISHOP OF AGANA, A CORPORATION SOLE, ANTHONY SABLAN APURON, OFM. CAP., DD., INCUMBENT assigned perpetual use and control of the property on which THE REDEMPTORIS MATER ARCHDIOCESAN MISSIONARY SEMINARY is situated to THE REDEMPTORIS MATER HOUSE OF FORMATION, A GUAM NON-PROFIT CORPORATION.
There have been many questions as to whether this act was illegal under Guam Law, and if it is, would the faithful of the Archdiocese of Agana have standing to sue for its return if not also for fraud.

ON THE DEFINITION OF "DECREE" AND A POSSIBLE SUIT
Dear Apostolic Visitors:
We realize you will not be able to assist us directly in a civil challenge of Archbishop Apuron's assignment of the Yona Property to RMS, but we hope you can convince him to reverse it before this matter becomes a civil suit.
Here, though, is a concern involving the Church: the use of the term DECREE when in fact there was none.
*****
Attached to Archbishop Apuron's DEED RESTRICTION relative to the perpetual use of the "Yona Property" by the Redemptoris Mater Seminary (RMS) - a seminary limited by its Articles of Incorporation to serve ONLY the formation of priests in the Neocatechumenal Way (Art. III), Archbishop Apuron attaches a DECREE OF DESIGNATION.
