In a reply to some more b.s. from The Diana, I mentioned the "Tagle Letter" and received a few comments inquiring about it. Actually the Tagle Letter had nothing to do with the letter Mother Dawn intercepted and forwarded to Rome, but it gives me an opportunity to say something about my "sources." 

But first, to answer those who do not know about the Tagle Letter affair. 

In May of 2014, a neocat reporter submitted a story to the Umatuna claiming that Cardinal Tagle of Manila had invited the Kikos to Manila "to hold a vocational meeting with the youth." 

THE STENCH OF SULPHUR

Alas, the Kiko's can not stop scratching themselves over having been exposed for lying to their own about the supposed invitation from Cardinal Tagle to come to Manila to worship at the feet of their prophet. 

As you may recall, rather than admit that they had lied, they attacked me like rabid cats for exposing their lie by posting Cardinal Tagle's letter stating he had NOT invited them. 

The truly crazy part is that if Jennifer Dulla/U Matuna/Chancery had actually posted the retraction as the Cardinal had requested, I would never have posted the letter. But no. Having been caught in the lie, in fact - as we now see - lie after lie after lie, the Kiko's simply turn rabid and hateful, even claiming that I stole the Cardinal's letter! So in response to my notice to the laity to email the nuncio about their concerns, Anonymous says:

Well, now! How coincidental! With all the FALSE WITNESS being borne against me today for allegedly STEALING Cardinal Tagle's letter as well as the other letters I have posted on my blog...how fortuitous is today's First Reading!

1 Kgs 21:1-16 is the classic story of what happens to those who bear FALSE WITNESS.

Some people ask why would Jungle blog's one man show be morally corrupt? Why has Jungle blog lost its moral sense? The answer is simple: because it is obvious after you read just any single post or any single comment there to find very disturbing evidence of moral decay! It is especially true in the 16 posts and 548 comments made about the invitation of Cardinal Tagle to the evangelization event in the Philippines. Jungle blog tries to change the topic away from this event because of the obvious misdeed, scheming and betrayal committed by these posts and comments. I chose one of the very typical comments from the “Isn't It Funny" blog post to show:

BEHIND THE CHANCERY WALLS - ERRATUM 2.0

The outrage over Tim Rohr's obtaining a copy of Cardinal Tagle's letter has reached fever pitch and is producing the most incredible accusations: evil scheme, international plot, even collusion with Freemasonry. Wow! 

The reason for the outrage of course is that for weeks the kiko's (militant neos) were taking great glee in the fact that someone so important as Cardinal Tagle, the archbishop of one of the largest dioceses in the world, had personally invited not only the one and only Kiko Arguello to Manila but that the Neo communities of Guam had been personally invited as well. 

DONT' RUSH THE BRUSH!

They are going nuts over there on the other side. I received the following as a comment which you can see here. To verify the source, the exact comment is copied below from "Diana's" blog.

A POSTSCRIPT TO THE PREVIOUS POST

So we all now know that four important neo's either had a copy or knew of the letter from Cardinal Tagle on May 29: Jennifer Dulla, Fr. Adrian Cristobal, Msgr. David C. Quitugua, and Archbishop Apuron (and most probably Fr. Pius too).

So "Bernie" and Diana, instead of accusing Tim Rohr of: 

• withholding confidential information
• withholding said confidential information with the intent to incite emotions
• following an evil script
• following said evil script to entrap readers
• conducting a shameful hatchet job
• manipulation
• collusion with an international plot
• and engaging in an evil scheme

...why don't you just ask the people named above, your supposed allies, your fellow walkers, your neo-community buddies, your leaders...why don't you just ask them why THEY DIDN'T TELL YOU?

ERRATUM?

So here's what the U Matuna did with Cardinal Tagle's letter:

Some points:

1. First, this is badly written. In the first line it says that the "U Matuna reported". And then in the last line we are told that it was not the U Mautna that reported but that the incorrect information was provided in a story that was "submitted". We already know that the U Matuna did NOT report the erroneous information because the byline for the original story said "Jennifer Dulla - For the Umatuna Si Yu'os". So it looks like the U Matuna will need to print an ERRATUM to its ERRATUM. But don't hold your breath.

Isn't it funny? The Chancery Three have spent the better part of a year trying to convince us that a volunteer at Santa Barbara parish was a de facto employee in order to justify their brutal eviction of Fr. Paul; but now that their own de facto employee has gotten them into major trouble, they will try to convince us that she was just a volunteer!

SHINDIG IN PARANAQUE

More mystery. The big shindig with Kiko this weekend is supposed to take place at the El Shaddai International House of Prayer. If so, then Cardinal Tagle would have no authority to invite anyone to the affair. 

Cardinal Tagle is the Archbishop of Manila. The El Shaddai International House of Prayer is located in a different diocese, the Diocese of Paranaque and its bishop is Bishop Jesse Mercado.

BREAKING NEWS : Loony-Cats to EVANGELIZE THE PHILIPPINES!

The Loony-cats INVITED THEMSELVES to Manila on 6 June.  

As per the comment from Peter Palomo, we now know that the regular neocatechumenal members (not the kiko's) were victimized, lied to, and used, as were we all by the story by Jennifer Dulla in the May 18 edition of the U Matuna. But we all know that Jennifer was just doing what she was told. So the question remains: Will the Archbishop let her take the fall or will he tell us who made up the story?

REALLY?

Archbishop Apuron, are you really going to let Jennifer take the fall for you? Really? Do you mean that you are not going to apologize for the incredible ruse foisted upon this Archdiocese in your newspaper? Do you really want us to believe that it was Jennifer Dulla who got it wrong? that she dreamed up this FAKE invitation from Cardinal Tagle? Are you really going to let a young female take the fall for you? Are you really going to let her print a retraction that is NOT in your name? Are you really NOT going to OUT your team of catechists who put you up to this ridiculous scandal of a story? 

DIANA MAKES IT "WORSE" FOR ARCHBISHOP APURON

I received the following copy of the conversation at Diana's blog as per the Cardinal Tagle affair. Apparently not only is "Diana" sticking with the story that Kiko was personally invited to Manila by Cardinal Tagle, according to Diana Kiko has also been personally invited to Japan by the Japanese bishops.

BTW: Have you heard that Cardinal Tagle did NOT invite Kiko Arguello to the Philippines, despite what the Archbishop's Catholic "Newspaper" claimed on May 18? I think that's what Tim Rohr was referring to when he said he would make sure that things would get worse. I wonder if the Archbishop will issue an apology to the Cardinal for allowing that lie to be printed. What do you think?

Kiko was invited to the Philippines by the Cardinal. After the Philippines, Kiko will be traveling to Japan. He was also invited by the Japanese bishops.

Diana, you have no idea how hard you are making this for Archbishop Apuron...unless that is your intent.

WILL THEY WATCH HIM BURN?

For Archbishop Apuron, this is a moment of truth. He did not manufacture the lie about Cardinal Tagle's invitation. His "handlers" did - the people who have been using him from the beginning. The question now is will they let the Archbishop burn, or will they own up to their crime? 

We have, ever since the beginning of this blog, attempted to give Archbishop Apuron the benefit of the doubt. We have suggested time and time again that someone else is calling the shots and that Archbishop Apuron is just being used. Others have begged and pleaded with the Archbishop to depart from the beast which is consuming him and destroying this diocese. All to no avail of course.

The NEO from Guam are headed to the PI to evangelize the Filipino people. Is that laughable or what? The PI where Masses are overflowing, where the poor are rich in spirit, where there is a chapel in most shopping malls, where the suffering are consoled, where marriage is protected, where families are encouraged, where Masses are held in offices during Lent because Churches cannot satisfy the demand, where abortion is still illegal, where

WHO DONE IT?

So we now know that there was no invitation from Cardinal Tagle of Manila either to Kiko and his team nor to the "Neocatchumenal Communities of Guam and Saipan" as Jennifer Dulla reported on the front page of the May 18, 2014 edition of the U Matuna, the official newspaper of the Archdiocese of Agana.

This is rather serious stuff. A whole event, at great cost, has been organized under false pretenses (if not an outright lie), and a Cardinal's name was used without his knowledge or permission to substantiate the lie. This is an abuse of the highest order, certainly the kind of abuse that we are used to with Kiko, but now we have the leadership of our own archdiocese directly participating in the abuse. 

DELETE!

Go to www.umatuna.org. Click on the search icon at the top right. Type in the name "Tagle". Hit enter. Two articles come up, both from 2011. That's it.

What happened to the big headline story from May 18, 2014, where Ms. Dulla begins: 

"His Eminence Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, D.D., Archbishop of Manila, has invited initiators of the NeoCatechumenal Way: Kiko Arguello, Carmen Hernandez, and Fr. Mario Pezzi, a priest of the Diocese of Rome to hold a Vocation Meeting with the youth of the Philippines on June 6."
