On Monday, November 9, 2015, the current Cathedral Basilica Gift Shop manager (who shall remain nameless FOR NOW) accosted former Gift Shop manager, Lester Gonzales. 

In order to support his family, Lester recently opened up a small religious gift shop of his own. One of the items Lester is selling is the collection of prayers and songs known as Lepblon Tinaitai yan Kanta. 

(The collection was assembled and printed a few years ago by Msgr. James and his staff when he was still rector of the Cathedral and was paid for by a personal friend of Msgr. James.) 

This past Monday the CB Gift Shop manager barged into Lester's store and demanded to know where he got the books and who gave him permission to sell them. Since it was none of his business, Lester decided not to divulge that information to the rude intruder.

When I first saw that Archbishop Apuron's name was assigned to this "homily" I was immediately doubtful. I know for a fact that he does not write much of what is published or "read" in his name. However, as soon as I began to read it, I knew it was his. And you will see why.

DEAR CDF, "SCREW YOU!" - LV TONY

In 2011, the Vatican requested a copy of the Sex Abuse Policy for the Archdiocese of Agana. A copy of the policy was received by the Vatican in November of 2011. 

It was first reviewed by the CONGREGATION FOR THE EVANGELIZATION OF PEOPLES and then forwarded to the CONGREGATION FOR THE DOCTRINE OF THE FAITH.

The CONGREGATION FOR THE DOCTRINE OF THE FAITH (CDF) is the highest ranking Congregation in the Roman Curia. Thus it is of EXTREME significance that the CDF personally addressed Archbishop Apuron regarding the deficiencies in the Sex Abuse Policy for the Archdiocese of Agana.

In a letter addressed to Apuron dated 12 February 2013, the Secretary for the Sacred Congregation identified SIX issues with the Apuron's sex abuse policy which required revision. 

First, here is the letter. 

NO, ARCHBISHOP. IT'S NOT THE WAY YOU "ADMINISTRATE."

"The ones that give me the hardest time are non-natives. Some of them have left and moved on, sad to say. But even of the native ones, I really detect that they pay courtesy, but in their hearts there’s always, I don’t know what it is, whether it’s judgment against me, or whatever, or probably the way I administrate." - Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron, 2003.

Here's the problem, Archbishop. The people who know you best - like you the least. And your fellow Capuchins probably knew you better than anyone - particularly the ones who have "moved on." 

In fact, many of us know exactly who you are talking about when you say "non-natives." You are talking about the now-deceased Fr. Jack Niland...who you feared. In fact - beyond the grave - you still fear him. He hangs about you like Marley's Ghost...except he's not the one in chains. You are. 

You fear him because you don't know whether he took your secrets to the grave. He may well have. But there are others...still alive. 

You should have recused yourself from ever being considered for the bishopric of this diocese. 

My advice: RESIGN while you still can - lest the Ghost of Agat Past soon visit. 

A "FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE"??

   If motivated by an intent to defeat a known or anticipated tort claim, the transfer to the NCW would be a "fraudulent conveyance", at least as to those potential creditors, and easily undone in court.
   
   The absence of "consideration" by the NCW would be further evidence of this fraudulent intent.

Like Apuron, Archbishop Chaput is a Capuchin. Like Apuron, he is also discredit to the Capuchins because he also a Kiko. And, like Apuron, he apparently knows nothing of the early Church. 

JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT APURON COULDN'T GET ANY LOWER

The parishes are receiving thousands of dollars in bills from a French publishing company for something they did not order: the Jubilee book, i.e. Apuron's legacy in hardcover.

 A "foreign guy" is personally delivering the bills. 

Pastors (except for Apuron's pets) are being caught off guard. They had no input into this. The "foreign guy" is simply showing up at parish offices and presenting the bill.

Apparently this is the punishment for those "bad pastors" who did not "meet their quota" for the Appeal.  

Obviously this STINKS of NEO.

Apparently it's true. In the Neocatechumenal Way, our Archbishop Apuron is NOT Archbishop Apuron. He's only "Tony."

J. Bautista refers to the archbishop by his first name apparently without the slightest thought that it might be considered disrespectful (I have personally never called him "Tony"), obvious evidence that calling the archbishop "Tony" is the norm inside the Neocatechumenal Way. 

And more evidence that their church is not ours.

The archbishop was quite viciously attacked by some in the media and generally in the online comments about transgressing the so-called "separation of church and state" in "his" (it wasn't his) letter condemning "events" advancing same-sex marriage.
