NOTES FOR LUCIO

Our friend, who fantasizes that he is our "nightmare," Lucio from Italy (but not really), is back. In a comment on BREAK FREE, LUIS. IT'S TIME, Lucky Lucio goes on about what a wonderful chap Bishop Camillo Ballin was and how he was so well-respected in the Vatican, etc., etc., etc. 

Ballin, as you will recall, is the bishop who verbally slapped Chuck White for asking what Luis Camacho was doing in his diocese when Luis was an incardinated priest in Guam. Ballin snapped back: "He is now my priest." 

You can see what Lucio has to say about it here and my reply here, if you care to. However, since Lucio wants to talk tough about Ballin, I thought now would be a good time to reshare Ballin's official announcement, dated June 25, 2016, to the whole Vicarate of Northern Arabia, for which Ballin was the Vicar, that Luis was absolutely innocent and a victim of our "lies and calumnies."

...I was saddened receiving information that lately some individuals have spread, both in writing and by word of mouth, lies and calumnies about one of our priests who has served in our Church. In fact, some accusations against Fr. Luis Camacho have been divulged among our people. Because of this, in order to clarify the lack of any foundations for such rumors and accusations, even the Holy See has been forced to start an inquiry. 

The subsequent deep and thorough investigation has reached the absolute certainty that “there is not a semblance of truth (fumus veri facti) to the accusation” made against Fr. Luis. 

Contrast Ballin's June 25, 2016 letter with the letter from Luis' real bishop, Archbishop Ryan Jimenez, dated Dec. 11, 2025:

The Archdiocese of Agana has received official notification that on September 19, 2025, the Congresso of the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith completed its review of the case involving Rev. Luis Venancio B. Camacho, who was ordained a priest for our Archdiocese on November 9, 2013. The Congresso confirmed that Mr. Camacho was found guilty of delicta graviora cum minore - grave offenses involving a person under the age of eighteen- and it upheld the penalty previously imposed: dismissal from the clerical state. 

The Dicastery’s review included the 2015 arrest of then-Fr. Camacho, the canonical investigation that followed, and a subsequent petition for recourse that he himself submitted in an effort to have the penalties removed and to be restored to priestly ministry. 

Following the canonical investigation, a Penal Decree was issued on May 6, 2025, finding Rev. Camacho guilty of delicts contra sextum, meaning violations of the Sixth Commandment (sexual misconduct) committed with a minor, and imposing the penalty of dismissal from the clerical state.

Yet, in 2016, Ballin told us that the Holy See had cleared Camacho with "absolute certainty." Once again, none of this makes any sense unless you know who you're dealing with: THE NEOCATS.

FR. LUIS: SCAPEGOAT

For anyone who knows a bit about the underbelly of Neocat theology, it's hard to miss the irony of what happened to one of the Neocat's own sons: the now-former Fr. Luis Camacho.

I don't know a lot about this weird theology, but I know someone who does, and Chuck White has studied and written quite a lot about it on his blog ThoughtfulCatholic.com. 

Several years ago, Mr. White posted an article titled The Xiphias Gladius Project. As White points out, said Project is the "name of a team of Neocatechumenal academics dedicated to researching and teaching the theories of Rene Girard,  a French-born American academic." To continue on yesterday's post, today we shall look at the next two items on our list.

As we saw , the Neos after circling the proverbial wagons, following their repeated setbacks  on Guam, have developed a concerted strategy to regain some of their luster.

We saw, how they deliberately decided to attack and de-legitimized both the Archbishop and the local clergy, using in doing so all their communication network, which the Diana is a small part of.

Over the last few years we have recognized that the Neos, as a world wide organization, shrouded in secrecy, have become masters at spinning any situation to their advantage.

To their instinctive reaction of calling any set-back a "persecution", and everything in between; there is not one case where they do not apply their spin, spin, spin tactics to.

ARE THE NEOS PROTECTING SEXUAL PREDATORS?

Most people with a little knowledge of American History, have heard about the "Underground Railroad" operated by abolitionists, before and during the civil war, in order to allow escaped slaves from the south to reach the safer environment of the northern states or even Canada.

History books are full, not of pictures, since photography was barely on its first steps, but epic drawings such as the one above, lauding the brave souls who risked life and limbs to save slaves.

The images are so strong that they are still used today by some nefarious groups who advocate the dangerous no borders agenda, which in turn have led to modern human trafficking and new forms of slavery, more pernicious that its predecessors.
As the saying goes: "the road to hell is paved with good intentions".

In the case of the NCW the road to hell is clearly marked with bad intentions.

John Walsh  hosted the very popular TV show, "America's Most Wanted" for more than a quarter century ending about six years ago. The theme of the show was that Walsh used it to develop leads to the whereabouts of fugitives.

Now we have the Church's Most Wanted.

BALLIN: "I AM NOW HIS BISHOP"

Yesterday, Rome time, presbyter-smuggler extraordinaire, Bishop Camillo Ballin, met with Pope Francis.

As you will recall, nearly two years ago, Bishop Ballin informed us that he was now the bishop of refugee-presbyter, Luis Camacho*, despite the fact that Camacho is still a priest incardinated in the Archdiocese of Agana. 

So how could he do that? How could he just incardinate a priest who is still incardinated in the Archdiocese of Agana? Well, when you're a neocat, it's easy. They have no hierarchy, no ecclesial authority but their own. 

As we have long seen here in the Archdiocese of Agana, ground zero for neocat aggression, the neocat hierarchy simply makes it up as they go along. Anywhere else, that would be called Protestantism. 

However, when it hides inside the Catholic Church, it's at least labelled Disobedience. And, at least one bishop has had the courage to call it Heresy:

"It is a Trojan horse in the Church...it is Protestant...(it) is completely absurd...it is Lutheran...it is Heresy....Thus they justify all their heretical practices and teachings with Vatican II. This is a grave abuse." - Bishop Athanasius Schneider 

(*Note: We believe that while Camacho is certainly responsible for the transgressions that got him into trouble, we do not believe that he is responsible for his current refugee status. We lay that at the feet of the two bishops who corroborated in the smuggling of Camacho: Ballin and Apuron.)

RMS forms priests for the future of Holy Mother Church.
It forms young men to the mind and heart of Jesus Christ. Men who are obedient to Mother Church. This is a great blessing to the life Mission of the Church. Opportunties to help young people follow our Lord. This new group of priests will perhaps not repeat errors of the past.

LUIS CAMACHO ANNIVERSARY

If it had just been an error in judgement, even one as egregious as what Fr. Luis was arrested for two years ago today (and on the feastday of the patron saint of the seminary he supposedly graduated from), normal human compassion would have long ago taken hold and the incident forgiven and forgotten.

But his immediate and mysterious disappearance, complicated by the tragic and comical bungling of his case by his handlers (The Adrian et al.), and then his resurfacing in Qatar as the leader of a youth retreat, and then the monstrous entry of the real villain in all this, His Excellency Camillo Ballin....well all this led to immediate international attention and a scandal of dire consequences given the sensitivity of things right now in the Arabian Peninsula, plus the wide open evidence of what many have long suspected that Kiko and Filoni Baloney's NCW is an "underground railroad" for squirreling away clerical misfits, perverts or otherwise. 

Even now, Luis Camacho remains a gigantic liability for the Archdiocese of Agana, which means YOU and ME. Last we heard, after we uncovered him in Qatar, he was squirreled away again to Kiko's outpost on the banks of the Galilee, where (Archbishop Hon was told) he is "too distraught" to speak to anyone. 

Sadly, Luis Camacho remains more a victim of all this than his own "victim." How many more like Luis Camacho are locked into a cycle of abuse that pretends to be a seminary? 

So we keep this story in front of you, so that the likes of The Adrian, Apuron, Ballin, Gennarini, Kiko, Filoni, and all who conspire to traffic in humans for the sake of their filthy empire may some day get what's coming to them.

LIES AND CALUMNIES...SOUND FAMILIAR?

On June 18, 2016, a parishioner at Our Lady of the Rosary in Doha, Qatar, wrote Archbishop Francisco Montecillo Padilla, the Apostolic Nuncio of Kuwait, inquiring about the supposed canonical investigation "regarding some suspicious deeds in the Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia," namely the strange status of a certain priest from Guam, i.e. Fr. Luis Camacho.

Then, only one week later, VOILA!, the "results" of the canonical investigation, published by Fr. Luis' "new bishop," appear as suddenly as Fr. Luis disappeared from Guam:

Of course, if there really was an investigation by the Vatican, then why not publish the actual letter from Rome? And since Fr. Luis is still incardinated in the Archdiocese of Agana, why didn't we at least get a CC? More Neocatechumenal Way magic!

Dear Bishop Byrnes: Do you see the "other side?" Apparently Police Blotters and actual News Reports are simply only "rumors and accusations," since that's what Neocats (like Ballin) want them to be. 

WHERE OR WHERE IS FR. LUIS - AND BISHOP "THE CROOK" BALLIN

This is our first in a series of posts which will provide information to Bishop Byrnes. DOCUMENTED INFORMATION!

One of the first issues Bishop Byrnes will have to deal with is missing priests. This is a big no-no for the Vatican. The Archdiocese of Agana has a lot of missing priests, the most infamous of which is the intrepid Fr. Luis Camacho. 

As you will recall, Fr. Luis was arrested by the Guam Police on March 17, 2015.
