EVEN A DEGRADED BISHOP CAN ORDAIN

Posted by Tim Rohr

As we know, Apuron, while having been removed as Archbishop of Agana and prohibited from ever returning to Guam (by the Vatican), was never laicized and remains a bishop in the Catholic Church.

The bottom line is that Ordination, like Baptism, "imprints" an indelible mark on the soul. And thus even a priest who has been laicized (removed from active ministry) remains a priest for eternity.

Thus, Apuron will always be a priest, even if he is laicized ("defrocked"). Whether or not he will always be a bishop is beyond the scope of my present research, but for now, we know that the Vatican has not removed him from the episcopacy. So while he is not "Archbishop Apuron," he remains "Bishop Apuron."

Like most of us, I didn't know what that meant...and, at the time of his removal (2018), didn't really care. However, in listening to this...

The Holy Priesthood and the Cities of Refuge

...I think I have a better understanding.

At about 3:40 into the recording, the priest (name unknown) says:

Any consecrated bishop can validly ordain, even a degraded bishop can ordain…he has the power. And it’s valid. That’s why…they should be very careful who they choose as a bishop.

The priest is not speaking of Apuron, or even of any bishop in particular, but of the episcopacy generally, and the power of that office.

Relative to the "Where is Tony?" question:

Knowing the cunning and craftiness of the Neocat Generals - once they realized that retaining Apuron as Archbishop of Agana was a lost cause - it is quite probable to assume that they worked through their Vatican insiders to get Apuron "the H" out of Guam - where the facts were cascading against him - and then functionally hand him over to the Neocats where "even a degraded bishop can ordain," which is all they wanted him for anyway, i.e. to manufacture their army of cloned clerics.

+++++

A SIDE NOTE: I recently spent nearly 4 months in the U.S Territory of the Virgin Islands. While there, a certain priest with a beard, a youngish guy with a distinctive Italian accent, began showing up and concelebrating Masses I attended.

One day, the pastor of the parish approached me for no reason other than I was a stranger. I used the opportunity to inquire more about the "priest with the accent." Sure enough. The pastor confirmed that the new priest was a Neocat and, via the VI's new bishop, had been assigned to the VI by the Neocat supporting Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal Sean O'Malley, who had once been the bishop of the VI.

I couldn't help but put 2 and 2 together. RMS, having been recently ousted from Guam...is now looking for a new home. And by now, has probably found one.

KANDIT NEWS UNCOVER ANOTHER DOCUMENT RELATED TO THE FAILED FR. WADESON

 By Frenchie

Fr Wadeson

officially "retired off island"

Fr Wadeson the Neo Presbyter who changes addresses as often as most people change shirts, is again

at the center of another scandalous affair.

Kandit News just revealed in a column yesterday a new document  about how the Apuron's administration continued to cover up for child abusers.

You can read the  article Here

Tim Rohr on this website did a long and difficult research about father Wadeson.

It was Junglewatch  findings about his residency in San Francisco that led to Archbishop Cordileone to removed him from authorization to work in that Archdiocese. He then escaped to location unknown, before being spotted in a New York parish tied to the Neos, he then was again on the move, escorting Boston (the Archdiocese of Cardinal O'Malley, the biggest backer of the Neos since the fall of Mc Carrick) Catholics to the Holy Land.

You can consult the many articles on Wadeson in the junglewatch files by typing Wadeson

He showed up from time to time on Guam to celebrate Mass in Agat, another Neo's stronghold.

Finally we discovered him, hiding in Alabama in a parish near the EWTN studios where the Gennarini's

heir is sitting on the board of directors.

Finally after being summoned back on island by Archbishop Byrnes, he was allowed to retired off island. This means that we still pay for his retirement stipends. The last we heard, he is still moving along the predator railroad, run by the NCW

He has been seen in several locations where the Neos  like to congregate.

Apparently the Law firm of Anderson in the Twin Cities is asking for information related to Wadeson, and they seem to be on the hunt for possible victims, from this failed priest, who seems to have a propensity to be always one step ahead of the searchers.

Sounds like the story is far from over.

ROCA A ROCKA AND APURON ET AL

Ex-Client Sues Am Law 200 Firm Over Its Catholic Church Representation, Alleging Conflict

A New Mexico woman is suing Phoenix-based Lewis Roca, alleging the firm steered her away from suing a Catholic school she attended.

By Justin Henry | December 10, 2020 at 07:05 PM

JW Note: As JW readers may remember, the legal firm headed by the name "Lewis Roca," was quite prominent a few years ago in the battle of "the Faithful vs Apuron."

You can read all the Roca-related stories here

Apuron (circa 2015-16) had retained the Roca firm to to "prove" that he (Apuron) had not legally alienated the "Yona property" (aka "Redemptoris Mater Seminary" - then valued near $70M) and signed said property over to the Gennarini-controlled Neocat operation in the United States and the Pacific.

Of particular note is Apuron's published challenge inviting anyone who wanted to, to personally review the Roca decision. But such persons could only review the decision between the dates of Apr. 19 and Apr. 24 (2015) and, while the document was 20 pages long, said document could not be duplicated, copied, videographed, photographed, etc., and could only be reviewed in the presence of the Chancery staff WHILE STANDING at the chancery desk.

CCOG-retained attorney, Jaques Bronze, did in fact attempt to "review" the Roca decision. Mr. Bronze was forced by the Apuron operatives to stand while reading the 20-page document and prohibited from making copies or taking notes. You can read the entire "Bronze file" here

In short, the whole Roca matter was another Apuron farce, and it all came tumbling down in the end - as most people in the Archdiocese of Agana - if not the whole world - now now...since Apuron has been - by the pope himself - absolutely exiled form the Archdiocese of Agana.

It is also of note that while Roca was based in Denver - an NCW stronghold in 2015 during the Apuron fiasco, in the current story, Roca is now a Phoenix-based firm and has other partners. Hmmm.

Our advice to Roca is to stop taking money from the Neocat operatives and survive while you can.

Cannot say more now. Copied below is the article as published at Law.Com. (Highlights by JW)

A New Mexico woman is suing her former lawyers at Phoenix-based law firm Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie for malpractice related to its representation of her in bringing allegations that she was sexually abused by a Catholic school teacher.

Attorneys for the former client, referred to as “Jane Doe” in the suit to protect her identity, said Lewis Roca attorneys steered her away from filing a civil lawsuit against Rhode Island Catholic institution Portsmouth Abbey School for failing to protect her from a predatory teacher when she was a student from 2012 to 2014. It wasn’t until the middle of 2020 when “Doe” learned that she could have brought a civil case against the school had she done so before turning 21, according to the suit.

The complaint also argues that Lewis Roca failed to disclose to “Doe” potential conflicts of interest in representing her due to the school’s payment of her case’s lawyer’s fees and the firm’s history of    defending the Catholic Church against claims brought by survivors of clerical abuse.

“If you have such a clear conflict where you routinely represent the church in cases brought by victims of sexual abuse, you have an obligation to tell that to a prospective or new client who has a potential case against the church, because there’s an obvious conflict there,” Neil Gehlawat, an attorney with Los Angeles firm Taylor & Ring who is representing the unnamed plaintiff, said in an interview.

The suit, filed Dec. 1 in the Bernalillo County, New Mexico, Second Judicial District Court, seeks compensatory and consequential damages, reasonable costs of the suit and “such further relief as the court may deem just proper and appropriate.”

Reached for comment Wednesday, a spokesperson for Lewis Roca said in an emailed statement that the claims in Doe’s suit are without merit.

“The firm intends to respond to the complaint by showing that the written scope of the firm’s engagement was narrow and did not include the subjects alleged in the complaint, and that the firm did not have a conflict of interest. We know the true facts will come out, and the firm looks forward to its day in court,” the firm statement said.

The Jane Doe plaintiff retained Lewis Roca in early 2017, the complaint alleged, after years of harassment and sexual abuse by a former teacher at Portsmouth Abbey School, which started in 2012 when she was a 15-year-old sophomore. Following her departure to college in the fall of 2014, she was reportedly able to “gain clarity” on what Michael Bowen Smith had done to her, the complaint said.

As a result, her parents reported the abuse to the school, who then allowed Smith to resign, the complaint said. The former teacher then began a “relentless pattern of harassment and cyber-stalking behavior” against his former student from 2015-2017, the suit alleges, including tracking her online and sending her “threatening and bizarre” emails.

The school directed the former student to a consultant who referred her to Lewis Roca, the complaint said, which provided legal services for Doe from February to November of 2017.

But the law firm failed to inform her about a potential civil case she could bring against the school, the complaint said. Instead, Lewis Roca attorneys told the client she should let them pursue a temporary restraining order against Smith alone, and that her case involved domestic violence.

“The teacher, Smith, was in his mid to late 40s when he abused plaintiff, who was a teenager,” the lawsuit says. “Smith was her teacher. Plaintiff was at a boarding school, far from her parents’ home. After the abuse ended, the perpetrator continued to cyberstalk plaintiff. And yet, these lawyers deemed this to be a ‘domestic violence’ case, presumably meaning one between two adults who co-habited together or had a similar type of relationship.”

The firm also failed to inform Doe that they routinely defended the Catholic Church in claims brought by abuse survivors, and had a potential conflict of interest when Portsmouth Abbey paid for plaintiff’s lawyers’ fees, the complaint alleged.

Lewis Roca’s religious institutions practice has represented the Catholic Church in numerous cases involving abuse claims for upwards of 20 years, according to the firm’s website.

Attorneys at Lewis Roca dropped the case in November 2017, after the client turned 21, which meant the Rhode Island statute of limitations now barred her from bringing a civil case against the school, the complaint said.

Gehlawalt said he and David Ring, who is representing Doe with him, are also bringing a federal lawsuit against the school for failing to protect her from sexual abuse by Smith, and against Smith himself. That case was filed Dec. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

The Jane Doe plaintiff is also being represented by local counsel Martinez, Hart, Thompson & Sanchez of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

NO! WE ARE NOT ALONE AFTER ALL!

(Posted by frenchie)

Last night, while I was writing about how some in the Vatican were trying to hide Apuron's crimes and the complicity of the NCW with Mc Carrick, I felt a little like St John the Baptist: preaching in the desert. A desert of people not caring about injustices.

Yet, as you would have it, early this morning, an article in "Crux Now" gave us some news from Rome.
The group: "Bishop Accountability" gives a list of five prelates, that they judge should be treated in the same manner as Mc Carrick.
Regarding Apuron they declared:
"There is a preponderance of evidence that he has inflicted incalculable harm"

Perhaps this new and strong advocacy for accountability, while the Bishops are meeting on the subject, will re-ignite the debate about our sinful leaders.

Let see what comes out of it.

How the media carries or not that important story, should tell us more on  Apuron ever being held responsible for his crimes. Or if we shall have to wait until litteraly : Kingdom comes.

WHAT ABOUT THE SEXUAL ABUSE CRISIS?

(Posted by Frenchie)
Archbishop Mc Carrick, the disgraced prelate and champion of the SJW of the American Church, through whom the scandal exploded once more, is supposedly on trial in Rome.
While a lead curtain has fallen on any communication about this case, it appears even to the least informed Catholic that Pope Francis has a definite agenda regarding this issue.
This agenda could impact us on Guam in a negative way.

Junglewatch is aware (thanks to some correspondence with one of the main actors in Rome) that Apuron was found guilty by his judges of the sexual charges he was accused of.
We also are knowledgeable of the huge effort expanded by the Neos and their allies inside the Vatican, for this to never be published.
Facing a backlash, they had to settle for a typical Vatican gibberish statement, which could be argued in a more neutral way by the Neos.

We now know, they certainly used that window of opportunity, to the best they could;  to pursue their only possible course of action: namely the destruction of anything and anybody related to this story, as well as the propagation of fantasist and fantastic scenarios dreamed by the Putrid Pius himself, relayed and distributed first in all the communities worldwide, and finally disseminated to the wider Church, thanks to their network of news media, that are either owned or controlled by the NCW.

If you actually read some of the apologists of Apuron in Rome, their main argument is that he was the victim of a conspiracy to silence a conservative prelate, by some leftist cabal led by a Real estate tycoon and some Chinese gangsters.
The only thing missing here is the kitchen sink.

APURON'S LEGACY, ON GUAM's POLITICAL SCENE.

Posted by Frenchie

A full two years after his hurried escape from Guam, Apuron's shadow has diminished at least in the Catholic Church, even if the Neos are still very present, albeit in a less opened approach.
The consequences of his actions are still very much part of the local picture.

One area his presence is still very much felt, because of the profound impact of his corruption, is the political arena.

While for many, he is already a thing of the past, following the old "out of sight, out of mind" rule, it is easy to find the remnant of his 30 years reign on Guam.

Even then, we might not be totally rid of him for sure, as I exposed in my post last week.

Part of Apuron long term legacy is of course, the presence on Guam of the Neos.
I have shown previously, that despite their setbacks at the Archdiocese level, they have taken a lower profile, but continued their expansion.
In the Church, they continue to be very present, thanks to the new Vicar General, who still continues to play both side of the fence, (appointing more neos to more parishes).
Their new Neocatecumenate center in Asan (where the old WWII museum was) is up and running, giving them a lot more flexibility for meetings, and assuring a better control on their troops.

Their major move is still not in the Church, at this time on Guam.
Their goal is the conquest of political power.

WHAT POPE FRANCIS ERRATIC POSITIONS, MEAN FOR GUAM AND FOR APURON

(Posted by Frenchie)

Pope Francis, since his election has been a leader characterized by his own contradictions. As soon as he sat on the throne of Peter, he became the darling of the Social Justice Warriors crowd. This is specially true in Western Europe's media. (and by default, in North America) The mostly secular, anti-Catholic at its core, very leftist, IVth Estate, as they are often described, could not write enough articles, publish enough documentaries to laud the character and the works of this Pontiff.

His surprising, and often shocking declarations in regard to gays, unmarried couples, the mostly muslim migration wave that overtook Europe, his alignment with some of the worst enemies of the Church, his critics of President Trump, or more recently his cautions about a supposed return of anti Semitism: all have been welcomed with kudos by the Press corp, who cannot find enough adjectives to sing his praises.

At the same time, we have had some push back coming from some more traditionalist Cardinals who have demanded answers, albeit without any tangible results; but also coming from a possibly more potent resistance: the demand by victims of sexual abuse by the clergy, for real answers. This has been compounded by the extremely frustrating revelations that some of the most powerful leaders of the Church have been knowingly and willfully covering up and ignoring the grave crimes perpetuated by some of Francis biggest supporters in the Church.

This is potentially explosive.

For us on Guam these events are very confusing, and very far from our daily concerns. Yet it could have a deep and lasting impact on how we continue to deal with the healing of our Church, following the catastrophic administration of Apuron for over 30 years, and the cover up of sexual abuse of countless victims on our island.

A WORD OF CAUTION AND A WARNING

(Posted by Frenchie)

Last week, the local media, and some on this blog, made a lot of hay about a comment Pope Francis made during his chat with the journalists, in the plane that was taking him back to Rome, from his stay in Ireland.
If there is one thing, that we should all have learned over the last few years, it is not to think that you can conclude precisely what the Pope intent was, when he makes a statement.
More often than not, what Pope Francis means is only clear to him only. What is almost as important to understand, is the context in which he said what he said, but also what he did not say, or perhaps only inferred in that statement.

THE VALOR OF APURON--A FAIRYTALE

Note: In light of the La Stampa fairy tale, we are reposting this post by Bob from Aug 25, 2016.)

Posted by Bob

Once upon a time there was a priest named Apuron who really liked little boys. The boys grew up and a few of them told everyone about Apuron, who although he never grew up, became an Archbishop. Apuron took on the mafia, Mark Brown (formerly of Trump Casinos), a powerful Chinese consortium, prostitution, crime, drugs, the brown tree snake and the rhinoceros beetle. Had it not been for Apuron's catechist, Father Pius, (and the little boys who grew up) we'd never have known of all Apuron's wonderful works--works so great that one day Apuron will be on par with Blessed Diego Luis de San Vitores, i. e. according to Father Pius.

Well, not really live but not on Guam either.

Above the marquee is satire. Repeating, it's satire.  What follows is not satire but it's really hard to tell the difference.

MORE OF THE SAME FROM THE NEOS

Posted by Frenchie

Many of us have prayed and  worked hard to see some kind of reckoning for Archbishop Apuron.

For over a year now, ever since he gave us the slip, and went into hiding with the help of the Neos.
The fantastic LFM has relentlessly demonstrated in front of the Cathedral, to remind us and the Vatican about the disgusting actions of this poor excuse for a Bishop.

APURON OUT, APURON OUT, APURON OUT, OUT!!!

Faithful Catholics,

The appointment of Msgr. David Quitugua  by Archbishop Byrnes to the College of Consultors of the Archdiocese of Agaña does not sit very well. Msgr. Quitugua The Lesser was one of the key players in the the deceitful scheme to give the Yona property to RMS. He also denied us (LFM ) visit to RMS.  Remember--we found out that he had orders from Cardinal Filoni (baloney)  not to allow the visit. Tim has published a complete "rap sheet" for  Msgr. Quitugua at A REALLY BAD GUY.  Quitugua was one of apuron's top henchmen--something to remember as we continue our quest for APURON OUT.

Please bring your friends, families, and neighbors Sunday, June 18, 2017 to the front of Cathedral Basilica from 9:00-9:45 a.m. Stay vigilant and keep the faith.

APURON OUT!

A MESSAGE FROM SUNDAY PICKETERS IN ACTION FROM LFM

Image result for guam picketSUNDAY PICKETERS IN ACTION

Fellow Catholics,

We started out with three R's--Restore, Return, Remove. We have come a long way. When we had the first big prayer rally (protest) on the steps of the Cathedral Basilica on March 25, 2015, we demanded justice for two priests that apuron had not only improperly fired but publicly trashed. The two have been publicly restored to the good graces of the the diocese.

A couple months later we discovered that apuron had deceitfully given away the Yoña property. In November the Yoña property was returned to the patrimony and control of the Archdiocese of Agaña.

We are on our final demand to remove and defrock apuron for his scandalous behavior. We are persistent and determined in our battle to remove the evil forces within our church. We are

A RECAP AND SOME CLARIFICATIONS

Posted by Frenchie

A few weeks back I wrote about the Evil done in our names. At that time, I warned about the need for discernment, cool heads, and the intelligence necessary not to be duped and/or distracted.

I underlined that even if we had had some nominal success in beating back the onslaught against our Church on Guam, we would need to be stronger and smarter to win the next battles.

I got quite a bit of flak from the crowd, that likes to speak and act before thinking, as well as from the little informed.

One of my old Philosophy teachers liked to remind us that the little informed are usually the most dangerous since they suffer from the delusion of knowledge, plus the need to demonstrate that they are indeed knowledgeable.

Unfortunately for our Church, the last two weeks were a perfect example of such an issue.

EVEN ALCHEMY CAN'T TURN IRON INTO GOLD

Byrnes has tossed some "boilerplate" on the table and held a press conference to tell us that it was the "gold standard" on sexual abuse policy. The eighteen page document is called the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. (The prolixity of the document suggests that the scrivener was a lawyer paid by the word!)[Read it here.]
