The Catholic Church has always stood against the evils of Dictators, Socialism and Communism. Through out Her 2000+ history, the Church has been persecuted. Here in the Archdiocese of Guam, the spotlight has been cast on another Trojan Horse that has enter the sanctuary. Rome fell to "immorality" and Apurun's pedophile past has exposed the "beast" that harbors the NCW and it's heresy, cultic practices and money laundering.

WHO ARE YOU STRUGGLING AGAINST, KIKO?

As you know, Kiko starts every "new" year with a must convivence for any neocatechumenal of the world. That first convivence of the year is to tell his people the last news on NCW and to expose what does the NCW say about an specific matter, trying to cook a mix between the teachings of the catholic Church and the teachings of Kiko and Carmen and their 12 Kephas and the 72 Wise. For example, past years it was about sexual morality, education of children, Purgatory and Hell, etc.
The matter depends on current facts. This year, Kiko could have focused on Amoris Laetitia by Pope Francis, but as it seems it is quite boring to talk about ecology and things like that. Apparently, God sent Kiko the event of Carmen's death and, to seize the moment, Kiko has focused this 2016/17 convivence only for neocatechumenal propaganda.

Our young saint lived in tumultuous times. The socialist government of Mexico was waging a bloody war against the Catholic Church, and fervent Catholics known as the Cristeros rose up to defend Christ the King. Their heroic resistance, La Cristiada, began in 1926.
He was beatified on June 22, 2004, and in October 2016, he will be canonized.
Le us imitate the virtues of this young saint: fortitude, valor, faith, holy audacity, hope and charity. Let us pray for the grace to have the same enthusiasm to defend the law and the rights of God that are under attack today, and to endure all hardships for the greater glory of God and Holy Mother Church.

PHOENIX, Arizona, October 6, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) — “Your soul will be in grave danger” if you vote for a candidate and party that are committed to expanding abortion on demand, “especially if you present yourself for Holy Communion after casting such a vote with the full knowledge of what you’re doing,” the rector of the Cathedral of Sts. FIRING JACKIE'S A$%!
JTT’s (Jacqueline Taitano Terlaje) “Final Report” dated Oct 9, 2016, rejects Archbishop Hon’s authority to demand the resignation of the members of the Cemetery Board appointed by Apuron in July 2014. She states:
“…Archbishop Apuron remains the Archbishop of Agana, and thus, any authority to terminate Board members rests in his discretion, and not that of the Delegate, (or) of the Apostolic Administrator, who was given authority over the Archdiocese of Agana."
JTT is wrong. Too bad she doesn’t have me to help her. I could keep her from looking so stupid. Oh well. She didn’t ask! LOL :)

ALL THE WAY UP TO FILONI-BALONEY

Make no mistake, JTT is backed into a corner and is lashing out like a trapped cat. She has no choice. Even without a public statement by Wayne Santos, it is very clear from JTT's press conference, at which Wayne Santos was not present, and Wayne's missing signature on JTT's "Final Report," that JTT lied about the vote to report Msgr. James to the police and the AG being "unanimous."

For a practicing attorney to engage in a public lie, let alone use the lie to encourage legal action against another individual, is a serious breach of the ethical standards of her profession whether or not she was in fact presenting herself as an attorney, and JTT knows this. Thus we can expect her to do everything within her power to try to distract from what she did.
We'll come back to that. Meanwhile, let's take a look at the main point of her report.
"Deloitte and Touche Review Findings dated January 8, 2014 made certain recommendations...the following was instituted to address each of the problem areas identified..."
JTT goes on to detail the things her Board did to address the findings and conveniently fails to mention all that the Board under Msgr. James had already addressed.
First, let's point out that D&T did not do an audit. They did a Review. A Review is just that: a review of the organization's financial statements to see what corrections or modifications might be necessary.
D&T presented its Review Findings on January 8, 2014, noting several matters that needed to be corrected. Even before the completion of the Review, the Board under Msgr. James had already begun to address the matters. The corrective action taken by Msgr. James and the Board was noted in a June 26, 2014 letter from Apuron to Msgr. James, wherein, in addition to noting the corrective action taken, asks Msgr. James to ready the 2014 financial statements for review.
The corrective action already taken was made public at a press conference (See PDN story here) on the morning of August 6, 2014 by two financial professionals, Mr. Joseph Rivera and Mr. Art Ilagan, who had been working with Msgr. James and the Board to address the outstanding issues. (See Mr. Rivera's full statement here.)
Like Apuron before her, JTT completely ignores the corrective action already taken and proceeds to trash Msgr. James, and surely for the same reason Apuron did (since both have the same boss: Gennarini-Pius).
Why is it necessary for them to discredit Msgr. James?
Clearly there was the threat that upon Apuron's required resignation at age 75, a likely candidate for his replacement was the not-so-neo-friendly Msgr. James. We must keep in mind that Guam was to be the model to the world of a completely Neo-diocese, which in turn would be used to sell more of the world's bishops on Kiko's vision for a new church.
Msgr. James was a major stumbling block to this grand KAKA vision and he had to be gotten rid of. But they knew they could not do so legitimately. The only way forward would be to take the recommendations from D&T and trump the whole thing up into a "audit" which had uncovered deliberate criminal activity.
Since this was NOT true, it was absolutely necessary that Msgr. James NOT be given an opportunity to address the charges. This was accomplished by immediately removing Msgr. James from both the Cemeteries and the Cathedral where he could no longer have access to the evidence which he could use to exonerate himself, and as insurance, Msgr. James was NEVER to be given a copy of the allegations against him. And up until June of 2016, this worked.
However, JTT did not foresee Apuron's removal a move which left her completely exposed to the JungleWatch drumbeat of LIAR, LIAR, LIAR.
Then, with the discovery of the secretly recorded Declaration of Deed Restriction in January 2015, things began to unravel quickly. The conveyance of title to the Yona property was tied directly to the Neo-plot to take over the diocese and ultimately to protect even itself should Apuron fall.
JTT played a major role in the subsequent scramble to cover up this truth, even going so far as to procure and pay for a false certificate of title for the Yona property.
But she did not count on the entrance of a major player: Mr. Robert Klitzkie. Klitzkie knew where to look and who to hold accountable. Almost immediately Klitzkie discovered that all roads led to JTT. Read the CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FIASCO for more. (By the way JTT, we're not done with you on that. More to come!)
The recent invalidation of allegations against Msgr. James was a major setback for JTT, but his appointment to a position overseeing the patrimony (assets) of the archdiocese, had to be the last straw.
From this new perch, Msgr. James could expose JTT's role in the squandering and cover-up of the Yona property, which then would expose the Neo-cult's vicious money-laundering, land-grabbing, power-usurping international syndicate, along with their Vatican comrades, all the way up to Filoni-Baloney.
Obviously, this past weekend's "CON-vivence" was the cover for a major strategy meeting and trumped any possible deal with Jeff to deal with this quietly. It's not just Apuron who is at risk here. It is not just Kiko's vision of a model Neo-diocese which is at risk here. It is not just the mega-million dollar Yona property which is at risk here. It is Filoni-Baloney who is at risk here, and with him the whole Vatican apparatus which has given cover to Kiko for decades.
This is why the order came straight from Filoni NOT to let the LFM ladies into the seminary. You might have wondered what some big shot Vatican prelate is doing intervening in a visit by a few elderly ladies to a seminary on the other side of the world. It was a matter of both WHAT they might see there as well as WHO, though to be sure Pius and Apuron would have been carefully hidden in the men's room.
Now, back to JTT's FINAL REPORT.
At the beginning of the Report, JTT states, once again, that the Board is acting "unanimously":
However, at the end of the report, there are only four of the five members of the Board who signed it (the Administrator is technically not a member of the Board). Wayne Santos is again missing. Even if he is still off-island, his consent could have been attached even if it was an email. But it was not.
Now, there's one more thing. One more thing about Filoni-Baloney. You might be wondering WHY it is so important for the Kiko's to protect him. Don't they have other friends in the Vatican? Yes they do. Many. However, Filoni-Baloney is different. In the lead up to the last papal election, he was considered to be "papable," a major candidate for the papacy.
Francis has already given an indication that he does not intend to die in office, that he might even follow Benedict into retirement at some date in the near future. The election of Filoni to the Chair of Peter would be the FINAL VICTORY for Kiko Arguello, the culmination of his life's work. And everything boils down to what is happening on Guam, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

It is embarrassing on parents to see their kids throw a tantrum in public. But when you see four adults (Attorney Jacqueline Taitano Terlaje, Lillian Perez-Posadas, Roland San Agustin, and Dennis Santo Tomas) throwing a tantrum because they didn't get their way, it's comical, pitiful, and delightful.
These four kids from the Cemetery Board were fired last Friday because they refused to resign after being asked twice, for filing a complaint that was not authorized by the owner of the cemetery, and for being disobedient and defiant. Now they are crying and pouting, by holding a press conference, complaining about Monsignor James, and saying that they quit. Oops! Too late. You have been fired. What a sorry and sacrilegious spectacle.
Remember that this is the same Cemetery Board Members that was sitting on all this so-called allegations for over two years after apuron, led by Jacqueline, David, and Adrian, fired Monsignor James for alleged financial mismanagement without giving him a copy of the written allegations. They did not have the decency to give Monsignor James a chance to defend himself. They kept any so-called allegations hidden from Monsignor James.
Then the new Board was appointed by apuron, led by who else? Jacqueline, the Trained Lawyer. They then began, and for the next two years, did a witch hunt to find anything "irregular" about how Monsignor James managed things, because apparently, the original allegations against Monsignor James were groundless after all. So, they had to find something, anything resembling "irregular"! (By the way, any accountant will tell you that "irregular" findings are fixable and resolvable, not something you go to the media with, unless your intent was something less than honorable and sincere).
After finding "irregular" things that their infantile minds cannot comprehend, did they do the FAIR and RIGHT thing by asking Monsignor James and his previous staff to explain these "irregularities"? Of course not. That would have been the decent, fair, and correct thing to do, but their infantile minds may have not yet been sufficiently developed to distinguish between right from wrong. Or, was it the Kiko kaka that they all drank from this past weekend's ANNUAL NEO CONVIVENCE that deluded them from doing the right thing?
They not only drank form the same cup of Pius the Liar, but the same cup of apuron, the Serial Child Sex Molester. That's right. They were not only harboring and shielding a serial child sex molester, they were clapping, dancing, and dining with him. How sick is that!
That's right folks. apuron, the Serial Child Sex Molester, snuck into Guam just to be with his Neo family and to be sheltered by them at the Neo seminary. Some one alert Dave Lujan!
So there you have it. Now, that was the right thing to do.
As for Jacqueline, Roland, Lillian, and Dennis, they should find some new toys to play with, perhaps a toy model of apuron's Blue Corvair or a Blue Chevelle that belonged to his perverted and depraved mentor and teacher, Fr. Cruz. These two perverts and others had a rendezvous every weekend and whenever possible at this hideaway deep inside the Pago Bay area that was owned by a prominent Pago Bay family.
One consolation: After two long "painful and arduous" years of witnessing the grounds and facilities of our Catholic cemeteries deteriorate and despoiled, now we can rely on Sir Knight Joey Duenas and the newly constituted board to make sure the grass is kept cut, the trash is picked up, and to otherwise properly maintain the burial grounds of our loved ones.

Archdiocese of Agana announces new board for Catholic Cemeteries
The story from the Chancery will be that there was no "deal" cut with Cemeteries of Guam Board Secretary, Jacqueline Taitano Terlaje (JTT). The story will be that they just needed time to remove the previous board and appoint a new one and that there was no attempt to "bury" the matter.
However, if that was true, then the Chancery would not have blown off the reporters who called about the already very public furor between the Chancery and JTT by telling the reporters that this was "an internal matter."
Instead, the Chancery would have advised the reporters that the matter was under review and a statement would be made soon, or something to that effect.
Make no mistake, and NEVER FORGET THIS: this administration ONLY does the right thing when they are publicly embarrassed into doing the right thing by the laity who will NOT let up and continue to hold them to account.

SO JEFF, TELL US THE TRUTH, DAMN IT!

It is now EIGHT DAYS since Hon asked for the resignations of Jacqueline Taitano Terlaje ("Jackie"/JTT) and her Cemeteries Board cohorts. As already laid out in a previous post. Hon PUBLICLY called for those resignations. Hon did not have to PUBLICLY call for those resignations, yet he did.
It was a good call. It completely exposed the lie about the Board's decision being "unanimous." We know this because JTT's subsequent retort was on her law office letterhead and NOT on the Cemeteries letterhead - as was the Resolution she sent to the police and to the AG.
Had the Cemeteries Board voted unanimously to support the Resolution, the Board would have unanimously responded to Hon's demand for their resignations. They did not. JTT responded alone, and because of the letterhead used, did NOT respond officially as a member of the board.

There are rumors that Jackie and her board have been removed en masse and replaced by a new board. However, there has been no official word that we know of from the Chancery. If the removal is true and there is no word, then we have to assume that Jeff & Co. want to play this down and keep things quiet.
THIS WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY STUPID!
- The Board's direct attack on Msgr. James was purposely public.
- The Chancery's immediate response was purposely public.
- Jackie T's response to the Chancery's response was purposely public.
There are two choices.
On September 30, Archbishop Hon PUBLICLY called for the resignation of every member of the Cemeteries Board. It is now October 8, more than a week later.
- If the resignations have not been turned in, then we know not to trust you.
- If the resignations have been turned in or the board was fired, and you have chosen not to apprise the faithful who have stood by you, then we know not to trust you; and in your regard for the lay faithful, you are no better than Apuron and Edivaldo.
Pick your poison.
Note: There would be only one reason Jeff & Co. would do something this stupid: he "worked something out" with Jackie.
