"I have no doubt that Anthony Apuron can be considered a serial child molester who has perpetrated his criminal sexual conduct behavior undetected and/or unreported over many years."

- Vincent Pereda, Board Certified Clinical Social Worker by the American Board of Examiners

  1. Thank you Mr. Pereda. Your detailed analysis was a welcome presentation especially after having to suffer to Zoltan's rambling. Your comments will hopefully push "all" our senators to vote yes on this bill and the Governor to sign it once it crosses his desk. With the birth of our first grandchild this bill becomes even more urgent, as the current laws afford our grand children no real protection. This bill will serve to protect those who have no voice or who are stifled due to family, culture etc. Your testimony was the topper we needed to make this happen. Thanks again.

  2. A very big thank you, Mr Vincent Pereda! Your professional analysis was refreshing after listening to Zoltan's usual babble. We saw Zoltan slither back into his corner...

  3. I do not understand why Zoltan thinks that he can preach to the governing of Guam's welfare. The University of Guam is famous in hiring most of those from the Mainland that do not get hired in the USofA. This has been a practice of the University of Guam since I was a student back in the 70s. He thinks he knows better than the locals what is needed here on Guam. He looked so stupid being the only one against the bill but I am sure he thinks that he has the right.
