There are innumerable red flags about this group (the NCW) of which every bishop should be aware. For example, here is a list of some of the the most egregious instances of Kiko employing “eisegesis”, an interpretation of Scripture that expresses one’s own ideas and biases rather than the meaning of the text. In most of these cases, Kiko contradicts the interpretation of a Church Father:

2017-18 BEGINNING OF THE YEAR CONVIVENCE

The secret schema for the Neocatechumenal Way’s 2017-18 Beginning of the Year Convivence just arrived in my inbox from a friend in Europe. This Convivence occurs annually at the sect’s headquarters in Porto San Giorgio, Italy, and then is successively repeated throughout the world until the youngest of the Way’s communities celebrate it. This year it was occurred from September 28 through October 1.

A group of Catholics in Italy now possesses all of Kiko’s secret catechisms after the Second Scrutiny, including those from the Traditio to the Election stages, as well as the “corrected” versions of those volumes. The group is scanning them, and analyzing and comparing the corrections to the original volumes. A credible source has revealed that Neocatechumenal presbyter Fr. Edivaldo Da Silva Oliveira departed Guam this morning for Denver Colorado, a Neocatechumenal Mecca.  One source said that he was "transferred."  Another said, "It's for good."
