As we now well know, current Bank of Guam president and Democratic nominee for governor, Lou Leon Guerrero, opposes normal medical care for children who survive a failed abortion. She infamously opposed it at a legislative hearing in 2013 (Bill 195-13), and, unless she says otherwise, she apparently still opposes NORMAL medical care for children who survive a failed abortion. Just as one last debate is still on, LLG continues to "rope a dope"on most of the tough issues, continuing instead in avoiding the write in candidate, and attacking the republican candidate, who until a couple of weeks ago had avoided the limelight, but who suddenly found a new life by bringing forward the issue of abortion.

Of course her NCW cadre who are some of the best at avoiding to address real issues, by hiding them under a cloud of distractions, have coached her not to use that word, and instead speak of a
 culture of life.

What is a culture of life LOU?

When you endorse Abortion, the despicable destruction of a living being by tearing apart piece by piece their limbs, how can you talk of a culture of life?
When you endorse Planned Parenthood, that Eugenic entity who profits from the sale of babies' parts, how can you talk of a culture of life?
When you spend millions of dollars on advertising to drown any opposing voice,
how can you talk of a culture of life?
When you embark in a campaign of lies against your own party's opponents, by destroying their reputation and their record, How can you talk of a culture of life?
When you use identity politics, and nativism to attack your opponent, how can you talk of a
culture of life?

Well ladies and gentlemen, you "Deflect, Deny and Destroy"

For the long time followers of this blog, doesn't this remind you of something very disturbing and familiar?
For our less regular followers, or new readers: it is the core of the tactics of the
Neocatecumenate Way

That cancer which hide itself inside the Catholic Church , like an evil retrovirus, to better destroy the host body.

Having posted the Official Abortion Report for abortions performed on Guam in calendar year 2017, The Esperansa Project will be taking a look over the next few posts at what the numbers mean. CONTINUED at

2018 Democratic candidate for Guam governor tells a crowd that she is "for life," while praising the nation's number one killer of children and purveyor of baby body parts. (Video here).

Given that both of Guam's infamous abortion clinics are now closed due to the retirement of both abortionists, it is quite possible that, if elected, she will invite Planned Parenthood to Guam... make it easier to kill more Chamorro babies.

See Official 2017 Abortion Report for Guam at the EsperansaProject blog

Meanwhile, officials at the local chancery, the same people who enabled Apuron's thirty year perverted reign of terror, chastise us for standing against this genocide. Read more at the Esperansa blog.

Richard Nixon historical declaration: "I am not a crook" after he was caught covering up for illegal activities, has found a delayed echo in the Marianas, with Lou Leon Guerrero: " I did not lie" declaration, following the accusations by the Aguon team, that they had the evidence regarding the attack ads and social media hit pieces they have been victims of, came from the Leon Guerrero campaign.

Of course NOBODY in the local media is talking about the 800lb gorilla in the room.

Sycophant extraordinaire, wannabe journalist, and brown noser to the rich and famous,
Jeffrey Marchesseault, of PNC News firts, did not miss the opportunity to prove that when it came down to fake journalism, Guam had nothing to envy the Mainland.

In his column of Tuesday October 16, titled "Broadching and Bridging the Abortion Divide"; our local candidate for the best platitudes in journalism, did a fantastic job, demonstrating how low people of the fourth estate can stoop to, when their career ambitions inspire them to defend untenable positions.

I think the level of disinformation and fake balance of that particular piece, was an amazing demonstration of the elasticity of journalism, when it comes to describe the mental split necessary to achieve, in order to bridge fiction with reality.

Lets be sure that the LOU & Josh campaign cadre will have appreciated his emulation of the best plagiarism of a Neocat's speech.

Last week seemed to have been quite rocky at the Umatuna  Si Yu'os
The revelations about the lack of reactions from the folks at the KOLG radio station,
regarding the conflict of interest created by their GM, Therese Arroyo Matanane, taking a paid job in the Abortionist advocate Lou Leon Guerrero's gubernatorial campaign, created quite a stir.

The unexplained lack of concern from people in charge, were not mirrored by the general public. Soon after the publication of the two article addressing this issue, on this blog, several local political actors, bloggers and pundits finally started to pick up the ball and go to work on this issue.

Yet in last week paper version of the Umatuna Si Yu'os, it was easy to see the uncomfortable balancing act taken  by the editor of the local Catholic paper.
While front and center was an excellent article written by Marilu Martinez on the life chain that took place the weekend prior, with the participation of hundreds of selfless volunteers, it was juxtaposed by a much less stellar article titled  "Voting with a Catholic conscience", which was notable by its inability to address real issues front and forward, but instead was very vague on almost all issues.
This  last article being what the common man call shooting blanks.

It is notable that in a very unusual election year on Guam, with many turns and twists, we find our Catholic medias being typically wishy wahsy.
The contrast with the faithful who volunteer, their time, effort and money in protecting life from its inception until natural death, could not be more evident.

It is as if our priest were afraid on confronting an evil without equal .
Of course we know well the lack of courage of some of our priests.
While it is greatly disheartening, it does not mean that the laity has to take it lying down.

From the reactions to these revelations, we can see many are doing just that.

What is our low energy Vicar General going to do about it?
We are waiting, but our patience has limits.
Perhaps it is time to start showing some leadership or get out of the way.

A follow up on our story on KOLG's manager conflict of interest.

One might think that the people responsible at the Chancery for the integrity of their offices would take things seriously .
Unfortunately it does not seem to be the case.

Pale Mike, who was just voted best parish priest in the Pika yearly survey, apparently does not have much common sense.
Surely he is a nice guy, but we need leaders, not nice guys.

As the go to, responsible for KOLG, Pale Mike should have asked Therese Arroyo Matanane, the general manager of the island's Catholic radio station, for her immediate resignation, as soon as he was made aware of her decision to take a paid position as Press secretary for the Campaign of Lou Leon Guerrero.

Instead nothing happened.
Even when members of the staff threatened to quit over the issue, the reaction of the Chancery was a lackluster series of attempt at covering their butt.
A first meeting was cancelled at the last minute, and finally when this blog exposed the whole disaster, another meeting was convened, which did not amount to much.

I guess 30 years of Apuron's leadership cannot be wiped out overnight.
The Best thing Father Mike, Tony Diaz (the communication director) and Paul Fisher (the Chancellor) could come up with was that Mrs Mantanane was on a leave of absence.

This past Sunday, hundreds of courageous souls braved the inclement weather  (some had to face biblical rainfall, while others had to find relief from a pounding Sun) to be counted in the fight against that barbaric plague (but often portrayed as an advancement for women) that is abortion.

These brave people did so, because they believe in the teachings of their Church, which tell us that every life is precious.
The debate is not new. The Greek philosophers already debated on the morality of such procedure.
The Jewish scholars have codified very precisely what is considered life, and therefore what is the murder of a child or not.
We as Catholics are steadfast in our belief that abortion is murder, it is an infanticide, plain and simple.

In the early 20th century a new school of racial "specialists" advanced many new theories. Among them was Eugenics, a very dangerous idea, which advocates the practices that aim at improving the quality of the genetics of the human population.

Some of the solutions proposed were sterilization, (see above) but also outlawing inter racial marriage, and abortion. The founder of planned parenthood (an oxymoron if there ever was one) Margaret Sanger, was one of the pioneer advocate of Eugenics. Her main goal, in promoting abortion was the control of black and brown populations, by reducing the birth rate of minorities and therefore allowing white elites on the East Coast to advance their racial agenda. Never forget that it was Woodrow Wilson, who resurrected the KKK in the 1920s, and supported the Jim Crow laws and segregation in the South. All of them were democrats, and all of them started portraying this dangerous philosophy as an advancement for the cause of women's equality.
The same people that are now claiming they are defending women's rights are the ones that advocated for the control of minorities birth rates (through abortion) and the laws barring interracial marriages.

What does that have to do with us here on Guam, you might ask?

A lot my friends, because the biggest advocate for abortion on our island is

And Lou Leon Guerrero could well be our next Governor.

By Tim Rohr
The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, formerly known as Our Lady of Victory and Feast of the Holy Rosary, is a feast day of the Roman Catholic Church, celebrated on 7 October, the anniversary of the decisive victory of the combined fleet of the Holy League of 1571 over the Ottoman navy at the Battle of Lepanto.

It is time to go public on this.

The attack on myself and my family has been going on ever since I stepped into the arena in July 2013. It was only a matter of months before the Vatican itself tried to shut me down in the person of Cardinal Edwin O'Brien, currently the Grand Master of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem, of which I am a member.

In October of 2013, only a few months after I began to publicly engage the atrocities of the now convicted and sentenced Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron, I received a letter from Cardinal Edwin O'Brien essentially ordering me to cease and desist or be removed from the Order.

I responded (as I always do) with a litany of facts.

Sunday, November 17, 2013

I never heard from O'Brien again until I wrote him on March 24, 2018, after the Apuron verdict was released.

In his response to me, O'Brien CONFIRMS that Apuron was convicted and sentenced for the crimes of the sex abuse of minors.

In fact, since the actual crimes were never detailed by the Vatican, O'Brien's personal email to me is probably the ONLY actual statement admitting what Apuron was actually accused, convicted, and sentenced for: THE SEX ABUSE OF MINORS.

However, before I share with you the email exchange between myself and O'Brien of March 2018, it is worth noting that O'Brien himself was named in the now famous Vigano letter as part of the Vatican homosexual cabal.

Is it any wonder why O'Brien tried to shut me down FIVE YEARS AGO? He must have known that if one bishop would fall (Apuron) he, and many others were sure to follow. And so they have...and so they ARE!

And it is for this that certain members of my family were recruited to destroy and discredit me - though I do not think they even have the slightest inkling of what and who is really behind all this.

Here is the exchange between O'Brien and myself of March 2018:

Edwin Cardinal OBrien
Office of the Grand Master
Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem

Via email: Segreteria del Gran Maestro dell’OESSH:

Your Eminence:

In your letter to me of 10 October 2013 (attached) you accused me of:
  1. “undermining” then-Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron’s “legitimate authority,”
  2. creating “serious divisions in the Church in Guam,” and of
  3. activity “surely not in keeping with the conduct of a faithful member of our Order.”
You then threatened to remove me from the Order if I continued to denounce the now former Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron.

Now that Anthony S. Apuron, former Archbishop of Agana, has been found guilty by a Vatican Tribunal on charges which included the sexual abuse of minors (Vatican Bulletin attached), and has not only been removed from office by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith but banished from the Archdiocese of Agana for life, may I request that you send me a letter retracting your threat to remove me from the Order.

Asking humbly for your cooperation,

/s/ Timothy J. Rohr

We now pray for healing within the Archdiocese of Guam.

I see. So you are confirming that Apuron was found guilty of sex abuse charges and not any charges related to his administration of this diocese.

Tim Rohr

There was no reply from Cardinal O'Brien.

There WILL be a reply from ME.

P.S. I am turning off the comments on this because I already know who the cowards are. Come and see me in court. I'm ready for you. It's time.

P.P.S. I Invite Cardinal O'Brien and his local Guam hierarchy (I'll hold off on their names for now) to banish me from the Order.

"The Vatican source, however, told America that the organizers “should have known better” than to invite Archbishop Apuron, given that a Vatican Tribunal had found him guilty of some of the accusations against him. “With friends such as these, the pope has no need of enemies,” the source remarked."

A full two years after his hurried escape from Guam, Apuron's shadow has diminished at least in the Catholic Church, even if the Neos are still very present, albeit in a less opened approach.
The consequences of his actions are still very much part of the local picture.

One area his presence is still very much felt, because of the profound impact of his corruption, is the political arena.

While for many, he is already a thing of the past, following the old "out of sight, out of mind" rule, it is easy to find the remnant of his 30 years reign on Guam.

Even then, we might not be totally rid of him for sure, as I exposed in my post last week.

Part of Apuron long term legacy is of course, the presence on Guam of the Neos.
I have shown previously, that despite their setbacks at the Archdiocese level, they have taken a lower profile, but continued their expansion.
In the Church, they continue to be very present, thanks to the new Vicar General, who still continues to play both side of the fence, (appointing more neos to more parishes).
Their new Neocatecumenate center in Asan (where the old WWII museum was) is up and running, giving them a lot more flexibility for meetings, and assuring a better control on their troops.

Their major move is still not in the Church, at this time on Guam.
Their goal is the conquest of political power.
