JAYNE FLORES: "THERE IS HOPE"
In an email from Jayne Flores, the Lou Leon Guerrero Administration 's Director of Women's Affairs, to Deborah Nucatola, Medical Director of Planned Parenthood's clinic in Hawaii (and elsewhere), dated Jun 25, 2019, Flores wrote:
I would describe the atmosphere on our island, with its 165,000 population that is a majority Catholic, as initially hostile toward this issue. However, over half of the voting public cast ballots in favor of our first female governor…Lourdes Leon Guerrero, in November 2018 despite her openly pro-choice stance. So there is hope.

DR. BEZ EXPOSES WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THE ACLU LAWSUIT
It appears that Dr. Bez has exposed who is really behind the ACLU lawsuit and it is not two doctors from Hawaii, nor is it the ACLU.
LOVE AND THANKS FOR DR. TOM SHIEH
On January 28, 2020, just as news of the ACLU law suit was breaking, Dr. Tom Shieh posted the following:
On February 17, several people gathered in front of Dr. Shieh's clinic to thank him.

THE DECEDENT'S STATEMENT IS ADMISSIBLE HEARSAY - CNMI LAWYER
This comment from May 31, 2016, recently came to my attention. Now that Apuron, Sammut, and Cristobal are all gone, it is worth reposting for many reasons, but one of which is that is the date Cristobal and Eduvaldo, in the name of the Archdiocese of Agana, i.e. Apuron, publicly threatened to sue me, Tim Rohr, a threat which they have carried out albeit through other operators. But I'll get to that some other time. Meanwhile, here's the very important comment from CNMI Lawyer:
When molestation survivor Joseph A. Quinata made his statement to his mother Doris Concepcion about what happened to him at age 11, he expressly did so because he was about to undergo surgery for a perforated intestine, with only a 30% likelihood of survival, and did in fact pass away shortly thereafter.
Under the law, statements made under the belief of imminent death about the cause of death, such as “He shot me,” are an exception to the normal rule excluding hearsay testimony from court proceedings. Fed. R. Evid. 804(b)(2).
Statements in the face of imminent death about other matters are also admissible under the Residual Exception, where “the statement has equivalent circumstantial guarantees of trustworthiness.” Fed. R. Evid. 807(a)(1).
This is significant because it greatly increases the likelihood of admissibility of Joseph A. Quinata’s statement in any civil or criminal case where it may be relevant.
The hearsay statements of other survivors who are now unavailable (whether through death or an unwillingness to relive the psychological trauma) may very well also be admissible under the Residual Exception, based upon independent indicia of reliability.
But because Joseph A. Quinata’s statement was made under the belief of imminent death, it is quite literally a nail in the coffin of the clerical careers of Guam NCW Cult leaders Archbishop Apuron, Father Sammut, Father Cristobal, et al.
St. Thomas Aquinas posited at least four possible reasons for human suffering, as when a loved one passes away. (1) Free will. (2) Imperfect knowledge. (3) Good from evil. (4) Redemptive suffering -- in union with Christ.
The grief and sorrow experienced by his family upon the death of Joseph A. Quinata may indeed lead directly and proximately to a great spiritual good (# 3), the dissolution of the Guam NCW Cult Leadership.
They should step aside temporarily before they are removed permanently. Let us pray that their counsel gives sound legal advice.
May the faithful of the Archdiocese be strengthened to stand up and speak out for what is right, and to support those in our midst who have suffered and continue to suffer from this criminal conspiracy.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle!

Vatican removed as defendant in Guam clergy sex abuse case
The nephew of former Guam Archbishop Anthony Apuron removed the Holy See, or the Vatican, from the list of defendants in his clergy sex abuse case.
Mark Apuron, through attorney Delia Lujan Wolff, filed a "notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice" of all claims against "Defendant Holy See, State of the Vatican City, its instrumentalities and/or agents." CONTINUED

Orchestrated II, Pt. 1 - The Rest of the Story
I've been giving some thought to this for a very long time. And I believe it is time to tell the "rest of the story," albeit very carefully, and only in pieces.
Orchestrated (The Series) as you can see in the tabs, lays out the grand scheme of things, but I've never told just my part of the story.
So I'm going to call it Orchestrated II, and I will share it in small parts...at least for now...and until I get tired of doing it.
I called the original series "Orchestrated" because that was the word used by our enemies to describe how JW took down the Almighty Apuron. I chose the term "Orchestrated," because that is precisely how it was done. And the series explains it in deep detail.
But pursuant to my own personal part, "Orchestrated" was never orchestrated.
I started JW long before I delved into the events that eventually led to Apuron's "come tumbling down." It was called "JungleWatch," because I wanted a forum, i.e. a blog, where I could comment on stuff I saw happening in society, which I thought of as "the Jungle," that few, if any, were commenting on, at least truthfully and factually.
For several years prior to JW I had a blog where I posted Catholic stuff, most of which was printed in the Umatuna, the newspaper for the Archdiocese of Agana. It was and is still called www.TheMassNever Ends.com
But, because I didn't want to "mix politics with religion," I decided to start a different blog for my political commentary, and thus was born JungleWatch, somewhere around 2010.
I had little activity on the blog. There wasn't much to say. In fact, around the middle of 2013, when things with the local church exploded, I had maybe 300 views after 3 years. Of course now, if you look in the right side bar, the views are approaching TEN MILLION.
What happened?
There is also the country counter which shows that just about every country in the world has logged into this blog.
And why is that?
The driver could not have been just local church stuff. Nor could it have been my "excellent" writing. LOL. No. There was, and still is, something that drives JW.
And I'm getting closer to telling...the rest of the story.
But I'm tired now. So good night.

CANDLEMAS DAY, FEB. 2, 2021
Today is Candlemas. "You are the light of the world!"
From: https://nationaltoday.com/candlemas-day/
On Candlemas Day, February 2, followers of Jesus celebrate his Presentation at the Temple and the Virgin Mary being purified, with many of the faithful bringing candles to their churches to be blessed. Thereafter (in Poland, for example, where they’re lit and placed in windows to ward off storms), the candles represent Jesus and the day of his induction into Judaism, and they go toward explaining the name of the holy day, Candlemas.
HISTORY OF CANDLEMAS DAY
Among the many holy feasts in the Christian calendar, the Feast of the Presentation, or the Feast of the Purification of the Virgin Mary, on Candlemas Day is one of the oldest, celebrated since the 4th century A.D. in Jerusalem. A woman of that time, Egeria, who’s credited with writing a detailed account of an extended pilgrimage to the Holy Land, described the Candlemas celebrations there:
“…all things are done in order with great joy, just as at Easter. All the priests preach, and also the bishop, always treating of that passage of the Gospel where, on the fortieth day, Joseph and Mary brought the Lord into the Temple, and Simeon and Anna the prophetess, the daughter of Famuhel, saw Him, and of the words which they said when they saw the Lord, and of the offerings which the parents presented.”
In the 6th century, around 541 A.D., responding to a horrible plague that had struck Constantinople, Emperor Justinian I ordered huge prayer processions throughout the city during the Feast of the Presentation to ask God for deliverance from the evil of the disease. At this time, the tradition of holding blessed candles in reverence had long been in place, and after the plague passed, the regular celebration of Candlemas spread throughout the Roman Empire.
There are as many additional traditions and various guidelines for the observance of Candlemas as there are different sects and denominations of Christianity itself. Even instances of historical importance are sometimes contested and argued. At the base of it, a person of faith can turn to the relevant Bible verse, Luke 2:22-24. That passage describes how Mary and Jesus follow the rule in Leviticus that says an infant boy should be circumcised on the eighth day after birth, and that, thirty-three days later, the mother is considered “clean” and should burn an offering at the boy’s presentation at the temple on that 40th day.
Today, you might think the word “Candlemas” sounds antiquated, a reference to something like a scene from “Oliver Twist” or an old black-and-white movie. But to faithful Christians even now, Candlemas is a solemn and worshipful time, a time to try to be “a light in the world.”
