AND ANOTHER COMMENT...

... I left at "Canon expert: Vatican protected bishops for centuries."

Tim Rohr ·

To clarify, the Vatican neither removed Apuron nor did it put him on trial.

Apuron asked to be temporarily replaced by an apostolic administrator who he thought would put down the rebellion and allow him to return, but the rebels were more than the administrator could handle and soon the administrator joined the rebels.

The pope then twice asked Apuron to resign. Apuron refused and asked for a canonical trial. He did this because Apuron has confidence in the NCW control of the Vatican, particularly through Cardinal Filoni who is known as the "red pope," because while still yet a cardinal, is believed to be next in line to be pope and indeed already runs the Vatican.

And as for the polish pope who supposedly underwent a canonical trial, only the first stage of the trial was completed. He died before the criminal phase could be pursued.

Maybe that's why Apuron remains in hiding.

TWO BISHOPS HAVE ALREADY DECIDED

Alexander Chen ·
If there is not sufficient evidence and Apuron is found innocent, will the haters stop hating? or will they demand to burn him at the stake in their witch-hunt?
LikeReply22 hrs

Tim Rohr ·
Evidence has already been found to be sufficient, first by Archbishop Hon, the Vatican appointed administrator who went to Rome to demand Apuron's resignation, and now Vatican appointed coadjutor bishop, Archbishop Byrnes, who publicly concurred with Hon. Two bishops say Apuron must go.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

Posted by Tim

In today's just released article in the Pacific Daily News, canon lawyer, Thomas Doyle, alleges that the Vatican has protected bishops for centuries, and, "as a result, the bishops have gotten away with both sexually abusing children and promoting the sexual abuse of children by allowing priests, who they knew were abusive persons, to carry on repeat sexual abuse.”

It's time for a little rectification of names.

What is the "rectification of names?" Permit me to quote Confucius via Wikipedia:
A superior man, in regard to what he does not know, shows a cautious reserve. If names be not correct, language is not in accordance with the truth of things. If language be not in accordance with the truth of things, affairs cannot be carried on to success. When affairs cannot be carried on to success, proprieties and music do not flourish. When proprieties and music do not flourish, punishments will not be properly awarded. When punishments are not properly awarded, the people do not know how to move hand or foot. Therefore a superior man considers it necessary that the names he uses may be spoken appropriately, and also that what he speaks may be carried out appropriately. What the superior man requires is just that in his words there may be nothing incorrect.
— Confucius, Analects, Book XIII, Chapter 3, verses 4-7, translated by James Legge
In short, Confucius believed "that social disorder often stems from failure to call things by their proper names, that is, to perceive, understand, and deal with reality.

Notice that Doyle (a superior man - at least in his training) uses the nebulous catch-all pronoun "they" - referring to another nebulous thing, i.e. "the Vatican." It's sort of like saying "the White House said..." as if the building itself spoke. Well who is THEY? And who is THE VATICAN?

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF MENTAL CONDITIONING INSIDE THE NEOCATECHUMENATE COMMUNITY

It's been a couple years since we posted this. Time to repost.

The psychological mechanisms of mental conditioning inside the neocatechumenate community

http://www.antyk.org.pl/wiara/neokatechumenat/inside.htm

The organization called The Neocatechumenal Way has given rise to doubts, perplexities, and opposing opinions within the Catholic Church for many years. Some people, whether they are lay or ecclesiastical, see the Way as being a blessing of the Spirit. Other individuals, of likewise importance, consider the Way to be dangerous in doctrine and methodology; they have compared it to a sect, having come to call it "a church within the Church".

The Neocatechumenate insist their intention is to return to a way of being of the Church that's similar to the first Christian communities. The Way defends itself from accusations of being a sect by saying that they are being persecuted. The Neocatechumenate insist that whoever follows this path will be able to bring about very radical choices and, therefore, that person will be subject to persecution just like everyone who seriously follows Jesus in his or her daily life.

GUAM DAILY POST: Mediation to begin in church sex abuse cases

VOCABULARY LESSON: WORD OF THE DAY

A good word to describe what they do at The Diana's.

fester

verb | FESS-ter

Definition
1 :to generate pus
2 :putrefy, rot
3a :to cause increasing poisoning, irritation, or bitterness : rankle
b :to undergo or exist in a state of progressive deterioration

Fester entered English in the 14th century. It was used as we now use the word fistula for an abnormal passage leading from an abscess or hollow organ and permitting passage of fluids or secretions. It was also applied as a word for a sore that discharges pus. The connection between fester and fistula is no accident—both descend from Latin fistula, which has the same meaning as the English word but can also mean "pipe" or "tube" or "a kind of ulcer." Fester made the trip from Latin to English by way of Anglo-French. The word's use as a verb meaning "to generate pus" has also developed extended senses implying a worsening state.

PNC: Lujan ready to move forward with settlement talks in sex abuse cases

Guam – It appears as though a settlement may be reached after all for a number of church sex abuse victims.

Attorney David Lujan filed an emergency motion to appear in District Court today regarding another motion–in particular, a motion to stay further action in a number of cases. Lujan, in court papers, is requesting to halt proceedings in these cases so that the parties can engage in alternative dispute resolution or ADR. CONTINUED

ANOTHER FIGHT FOR JUSTICE

Posted by Tim

If I may, I'd like to draw your attention to another fight for justice that my daughter, Dana Rohr, has taken up. In a way, her fight is many times more difficult than ours since she is engaging a legal system she knows nothing about. Dana started only with a desire to right a wrong she believed her friend, Quinton Bezon, had suffered.

The accused - and now convicted and sentenced - young man makes no excuse for the behavior that put him in the compromising situation, and is making the most of his case to warn others not to make the same mistake.

However, Bezon maintains that he did not do what he is now sentenced to prison for as well as being forced to register as a Level 1 Sex Offender for the rest of his life.

Not having any other means to correct what she believes in an injustice, Dana started a blog. Within a few weeks, her blog has already received over 40,000 views, has raised nearly $4,000, and in a separate effort, has gathered nearly 1,000 supporters for a petition to be delivered to Governor Eddie Calvo asking for a retrial.

Additionally, the senior senator from Ohio, Quinton's home, has contacted Quinton's family and put them in touch with the congressman from their district; and per Quinton's family, is standing ready to help.

While JungleWatch will not be engaging this fight, I can't help but want to laud my daughter's efforts to do something she believes is right, regardless of the cost, and with nothing more than a passion for truth and justice...and a blog. Maybe it's because it reminds me of something. :)

BTW, this is my same daughter who Diana tried to trash on her blog in August 2014.

SHENANIGANS LIKE THIS

I've been a regular critic of Speaker BJ Cruz, however, on this one, I'm in his corner. From KUAM:
In a scathing four page letter sent to the AG on Monday, the Speaker accused her of breaking the law by providing incentive or bonus pay to an employee of her office that was not entitled to it. Cruz then accused the AG of unethically writing an opinion justifying the adjustment. "
And then, I love this line:
"To circumvent this clear statutory reality, you issued a legal opinion worthy of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears".
Nice job, BJ. Kinda sound like me going after Apuron and Adrian for the last 4 years. KUAM continues:
The issue about the bonus pay was the subject of a recent budget oversight hearing with the AG’s office.  In his letter, Speaker Cruz accused the Attorney General of having a "Record of Failure, Silence and Exploitation".

PROBABLY NOT

Timothy Guile has left a new comment on your post "INSTEAD OF SHOUTING AT THE REST OF US":

Expelling Anthony Apuron from our midst presumes that he is guilty, and if guilty, that he has not repented. We may find out soon enough about his guilt if the Vatican pronounces on the sexual abuse charges. If he is found guilty, it still may be the case that he has already repented and we need not expel him from the community of Catholics on Guam for being a recalcitrant, unrepentant child abuser. St. Paul could urge such expulsions because of his special relationship with the Lord who gifted him with much insight and wisdom. I am no St. Paul, are you?

*****

By presuming to lecture us (again), apparently Mr. Guile actually thinks that HE is St Paul. But let's have a little fun with this anyway.

Guile, says that St. Paul could "urge such expulsions because of his special relationship with the Lord." Okay, so apparently, Guile believes that the Scriptures are dead since apparently the directives found in them are only valid so long as the promulgators of the directives (in this case, Paul) are alive. Might as well throw the bible away, then.

INSTEAD OF SHOUTING AT THE REST OF US

Posted by Tim

Last night in our Catechism study, we came across an item close to our situation:
2388 Incest designates intimate relations between relatives or in-laws within a degree that prohibits marriage between them. St. Paul stigmatizes this especially grave offense: "180 It is actually reported that there is immorality among you . . . for a man is living with his father's wife.... In the name of the Lord Jesus ... you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh...." 181 Incest corrupts family relationships and marks a regression toward animality.
2389 Connected to incest is any sexual abuse perpetrated by adults on children or adolescents entrusted to their care. the offense is compounded by the scandalous harm done to the physical and moral integrity of the young, who will remain scarred by it all their lives; and the violation of responsibility for their upbringing.
Now, back up to the punishment for incest: "In the name of the Lord Jesus ... you are to deliver this man to Satan for the destruction of the flesh...." The footnote 181 directs us to 1 Corinthians Chapter 5:5.

MARY, UNDOER OF KNOTS

Posted by Tim

Novena's were not part of my Catholic upbringing. Not sure why. They just weren't.

And while I've read and prayed some novenas, at least partially, I never really felt the need to stay with any particular one.

However, this one was different, so I'd like to share it with you in case you are not familiar with it.

I think it was the image of a "knot" that caught my attention.

We are in a time in our local church when things simply cannot be undone. And for many of us, the inability to undo things is also personal.

Perhaps, during our Year of Reparation, a devotion to Mary Undoer of Knots should be encouraged.

I'm on Day 5, myself :)

AND FR. PABLO WAS SEEN NO MORE

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "HEY DIANA! WHERE'S I Familian Mangatoliku Siha Pa...":Tricky Dick, aKa the KAKA filled NEO Cult Dungbat continues to use its blog to try and discredit Tim and the jungle by twisting the facts (see latest blog). Thanks to the wisdom of TIM and this blog, the title to the Yona Property was returned to the Archdiocese.

(From the Diana Blog follows:)

The evidence that Rohr used showing that Archbishop Apuron was attempting to convey the title to the property of RMS was a letter written and signed by Richard Untalan dated September 8, 2011. You can read the full letter here.

You would think that the most credible piece of evidence would be a letter written and signed by Father Pablo rather than Richard Untalan. What is baffling of all is that none of the junglefolks ever questioned why Rohr did not produced the letter from Father Pablo? Why the letter of Richard Untalan, who we all know is a member of the Junglewatch Nation and who wanted to sell the seminary? A letter from Father Pablo requesting that the title of the Yona property be conveyed to RMS would have been much more credible.

What Rohr did not tell his followers is that there NEVER was a letter from Father Pablo. The former Board of Directors of RMS have the letter of Richard Untalan, but there is NO letter from Father Pablo. Imagine the surprise from Father Pablo's face when he received Untalan's letter. He had no idea what he was talking about. So, to the Junglewatch Nation, you have already seen the letter written and signed by Richard Untalan. Now, ask Tim Rohr to produce the letter written and signed by Father Pablo.

Therefore, the truth is......the accusation that Archbishop Apuron wanted to convey the title of the Yona property to RMS was started by the jungle. It never came from the Archbishop, the NCW, or even RMS. One then has to wonder......what was the real intent of Untalan's letter? For one, we already know that his letter was used by Rohr to discredit the Archbishop.

This is not the first time Rohr has done this. I have shown you how Rohr accused the Archbishop of allowing a sex offender to work at the Dededo parish, and then use a document by the Guam Parole Board as his evidence. The document from the Guam Parole Board does not have the Archbishop's name and signature on it (See the story here).

Now you have seen how Rohr discredited Archbishop Apuron by using a letter by Richard Untalan claiming that Father Pablo requested the title to be conveyed to RMS. He never showed the letter of Father Pablo simply because there was none. Father Pablo never made such a request.

In my previous post, I posted a copy of The Diana's latest attempt at playing wiki-lawyer. LOL. But after doing my usual blowing her and Tricky Little Dick out of the water, I realized that the stupid Kuku's just gave us another club to beat them with.

Diana makes the case that the Yona property can't be sold because it would violate the intent of the donor. Okay. Let's say that's the case. Well, then who would have standing to bring suit against the archdiocese for allegedly violating that intent? Ummm, well, the donor. And who is the donor? Ummm, well, it's technically the Carmelite community in St. Louis, but Mother Dawn was the designee in the transaction. So Mother Dawn would have to sue the archdiocese.

APURON: "PIUS AND THEY DID IT. THEY FRAMED THE LETTER."

LOL. Looks like Trick Little Dick is at work again. Pathetic. Right, Diana? ROTFL.

LOL. Just tell Diana to "produce the document." There isn't one. No mention of a donation for Redemptoris Mater Seminary was ever made. Mother Dawn Marie brokered that "donation," and she clearly stated last November that it was never the intent of the donor, the Carmelite Community in St. Louis, to dedicate that donation to RMS:

WELL DONE, FR. ANDRE.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "THIS IS WHY I AM NOT AFRAID":

Just a question to ask: In Yona, the Priest Fr. Andre said the Norvus Ordo mass in Latin translations. I learned that the latin language should only be used for the Traditional Tridentine Mass. What is your view?

Dear Anonymous, I don't have a view, but I can direct you to the official instruction of the Magisterium of the Holy Catholic Church.

Indeed, if Fr. Andre said the "Novus Ordo" (aka the Mass of Paul VI) in Latin, then he has provided you a rare example of full compliance with what Vatican II required.

A PRIEST-PERPETRATOR SPEAKS

Posted by Tim

This is an article I have mixed feelings about. While some may see the priest-perpetrator as courageous and give him credit for contrition, I have questions about his choosing to remain in the clerical state, which permits him to continue to receive financial support from the diocese in which his crimes were committed, while meanwhile, his diocese, meaning the lay people who support the diocese, eventually suffered greatly due to the lawsuits brought against their diocese, the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

The priest was young enough at the time of his conviction and release to have started a new life and could have found a way to make a living. (Actually, so was Louis Brouillard at the time Archbishop Flores got rid of him in 1981.)

This is why I am not afraid of losing all of our material assets, even our churches and schools if we have to - especially since those buildings were the actual scene of so much filth and crime, as we are learning every day.

No, we are not afraid for our material assets to be reduced to rubble because it has happened before, and when it happened, the faith grew ever stronger. Would that we would have such faith, and "turn towards the Lord," again like that today!

On June 10, 2017, in response to a request by the PDN for a Sunday Forum topic, my contribution was published under the title "Why are so many Guam males killing themselves?" Chuck White, someone who knows a lot about this topic, made a contribution in the comments. And then, The Zoltan, vomited all over himself:

Zol SzĂ©kely ·

Oh, yeah? The new target of the Timmy-Chucky duo is the woman beast who marries the XY chromosome only to divorce, destroy and deprave him of financial recources, thus swirling the unsuspecting poor guy into hopeless suicide. Lol!

Never mind depression, poverty, drugs and an overall feeling of hopelessness caused by social insensitivity. Where is genuine solidarity among members of the society? The abyss between the poor and the rich is getting wider by the day denying any chance to the underprivileged to make ends meet.

How about the shark lawyers who make themselves fat on the misery of the Catholic church? What a successful endeavor you gave them, Timmy-Chucky, you may pat yourselves on the shoulder! The same lawyers have made themselves rich on the misery of male divorcees by getting them out of their wealth in the name of justice. Capisce?

Ah yes, the REAL FRUIT of the Neocatechumenal Way. Bye Zoltan.

Justices void results of Guam Bar Association election

Well now! This is interesting! Yes, it seems wherever the "trained lawyer" goes, a certain foul smell follows.

As you may remember, the "trained lawyer" (which is what she called herself) burst onto the scene of the ApuronWars, in November 2015 with her attempted slap down of the CCOG and JungleWatch. In doing so, she made a serious fool of herself. Enjoy reading about it here, and here.

She then resurfaced in the Certificate of Title Fiasco as the mysterious person who procured and paid for the bogus certificate of title for the Yona property which David the Demon published in the Umatuna on November 29, 2015. And when we went to the Director of Land Management to correct it, all was going swimmingly until everything came to a stop and our noses began to twitch at that familiar stench. Sure enough. Behind the curtain, was the "trained lawyer."

INTERESTING MESSAGE FROM VLADIMIR

A grave mistake would be for us to think that we only have to rid our church of pedophile priests and "all will be well." Wrong! The clergy abuse crisis in the Church is but a "skin eruption" on a deeply diseased body which has been rotting at its roots for decades.

How strange is it that the leader of a former atheist nation appears to be the only world leader of consequence to publicly demand that we return to our Christian roots, and aims directly at the "loss of our reproductive function" as the greatest evidence of moral collapse?!

P.S. None of the major media appeared to carry this story (an address given in December 2016.) I cross checked it with a number of sources and then found this video of him actually saying this.

In these countries, the moral basis and any traditional identity are being denied – national, religious, cultural and even gender identities are being denied or relativized. There, politics treats a family with many children as equal to a homosexual partnership (juridically).

THE NEOCATECHUMENAL WAY AND THE PROBLEM IN THE ARCHDIOCESE OF AGANA

This is the Introduction to my book TARGET EQUALS PRIEST: THE NEOCATECHUMENAL WAY AND THE MISSION TO DESTROY FR. PAUL GOFIGAN. I am copying it here as it provides a short summary of what the Neocatechumenal Way is and how it led to a big problem for the Archdiocese of Agana.

*****

INTRODUCTION

The Neocatechumenal Way is one of many “ecclesial realities” within the Catholic Church. The term “ecclesial reality” is really a term in search of a definition and is used to semi-identify a host of groups and movements that have arisen in the 50 or so years since the close of the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965).

These “ecclesial realities” are usually founded and formed by lay persons. While they often serve as a bridge between the church and the world, they also have a history of running into trouble. This is because unlike members of a religious order or diocesan clerics, lay people are not directly governed by or accountable to a religious superior; and the only time they fall within the orbit of church authority is when they seek some level of official recognition by the Church or desire to use church property.

THE STONE REJECTED BY THE BUILDERS....

...HAS BECOME THE CORNERSTONE.

Last month, a neo-led coup resulted in the election of 4 arch neocats to the presbyteral council including the mega-weasel, Msgr. David C. Quitugua, who was also appointed to the college of consultors.

The aim of this coup was to position the neocats to BLOCK the sale of the Yona property. And why do they want to do that? Because it is the personal, palatial residence of one Msgr. David C. Quitugua, who has housed himself there and been waited on hand and foot since the place was purchased in 2002.

But it was also done to BLOCK any influence from Quitugua's archenemy, Msgr. James Benavente, who was eliminated from both the council and the college. So how "providential" is it that almost on the eve of Quitugua's sliming of Msgr. James in 2014 in order to kick him out of the Cathedral, it is Quitugua who is kicked out of the college of consultors and replaced with Msgr. James. LOL!

Oh, and by the way, Quitugua, we ain't done. Look at the date of the Aviso: July 16. Remember that date, Quitugua? Hmmm? That's the date in 2013 you wrote the words "resign or face a more arduous and painful closure to your assignment." Words in a letter you then gave to Apuron who then read it to Fr. Paul Gofigan while you and Apuron were secretly having the locks changed on his office.

July 16, 2013. A date that will live in infamy, Quitugua. The date when you started this all. And since it started with you, we're going to end it with you. Start packing. And by the way, here's a heads up: RESIGN OR FACE A MORE ARDUOUS AND PAINFUL CLOSURE TO YOUR ASSIGNMENT.

THE COST OF KIKO ARGUELLO'S FICTION

As shown on the post about Blockley's lame brain forage into The Diana, the Diana's, the Kiko's, the Neocats, whatever, are prone to swallowing whole, self-constructed fables.

Be it Kiko's "theology," Pius the Putrid's rants, The Waldo's sickening, self-absorbed, self-stimulating filth, or the fables that are constructed daily by The Diana to assuage the Kiko's ravenous appetite for conjured excrement, it has become - thanks to The Diana - clear to the world that Kiko cannot exist without the base and fallen human propensity for self-aggrandizing fiction, a propensity fanned into flame by an ever-grinning Satan.

For as C.S. Lewis would say (paraphrase), it doesn't matter what we (the devils) get them (the humans) to believe, as long as they don't believe The Truth.

This is why The Diana MUST persist as a pseudonym. This is why the neocats play cat and mouse with their so-called catechetical directory. This is why they switch liturgies when they are in danger of being outed. This is why they can NEVER produce a document. This is why they default to the "approval" of five popes, blah, blah, blah...some of whom (the popes) had unapologetic praise for the greatest ecclesiastical criminal of modern times, Marcial Maciel.

They will go down in the end. Liars always do. But at what cost to souls? And at what cost to bishops and priests who did nothing about Kiko's crippling heresy, and whose skulls - we are told - will pave the floor of hell.

As per John V. Doe v. Holy See, the sovereign state immunity of the Holy See does not shield it from civil litigation. The Holy See is vicariously liable for negligent bishops. Therefore it is foreseeable that Apuron shall not be found guilty in Rome because although not binding it would be inconvenient for the Holy See to deny it`s liability for Apuron after convicting him in it`s own jurisdiction.

Of course civil litigation against the Holy See would be prohibitively expensive and it would appeal the ying-yang out of it. Then again; if it was the charitable entity that it represents itself to be, the Diocese of Rome would simply unload a small chunk of it`s billion dollars in assets in it`s jurisdiction and compensate victims for it`s negligence concerning Apuron.

Even though the commenter has his facts wrong, there is still something very important here. I'll explain.

  • TRANSLATION: Even here in Italy we are grateful for the fight you have sustained. Hoping that the Way is finally destroyed at the root, not only in Guam but in all parts, with a drastic intervention by Pope Francis.
But it just seems to me only a dream.

  • Yes, it will remain only a dream if you wait for Rome to do anything. Know your history. ALL CHANGE for the better has ALWAYS been effected from the bottom up, many times by lay people and sometimes holy priests and religious, and only rarely by a bishop, and even more rarely by a pope. SHE'S NERVOUS

First there's the sh*t-eating grin, and then there's this: "No, I don't have any commentary." (LOL)

    Full Story

And it looks like The Trained Lawyer lost this round:

Per a May 2 PDN story:
U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Joaquin V.E. Manibusan Jr. on Tuesday raised concerns anew on whether the federal court has jurisdiction over another batch of clergy sex abuse cases.
The cases include those filed against former Rev. David Anderson and Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron, both accused of raping and sexually abusing former altar boys.
Attorney David Lujan, counsel for former altar boys accusing Apuron and Anderson, asked for, and was granted, until to June 2 to file a position paper proving court jurisdiction.

    However:
Attorney Jacqueline Terlaje, counsel for Apuron, objected to the June 2 filing to address deficiencies, asking Manibusan to dismiss the cases for lack of jurisdiction.
    But the news today is:
Eleven clergy sex abuse cases will move forward while parties in other cases try to settle them out of court.
The 11 cases are among those the judge earlier expressed concerns over diversity jurisdiction — whether the federal court can entertain the cases because they involve citizens of different states.
They include lawsuits that accuse Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron of raping and sexually abusing Agat altar boys; the former altar boys now live in Hawaii and Arizona.

NATIONAL CATHOLIC REPORTER - JULY 7, 2017 (HE ALWAYS LOVED GETTING HIS PICTURE IN THE PAPER!)

    AGANA, GUAM
No matter the outcome of a Vatican trial against Guam's archbishop, Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron of Agana should not return to lead the archdiocese, said the archdiocese's coadjutor.
