When you love the Neocatechumenal Way more than Jesus, then you are able to disobey the Pope in turn.
Neocatechumenals, please, do not tell us fairy tales.
Do not show us more pictures of Kiko and Carmen with the Pope in turn.
It is only a matter of who do you obey. All of us know you are obliged to obey Kiko Argüello over the Pope in turn.
But Jesus is not represented by Kiko Argüello. Jesus is represented on Earth by the Pope.
If you love the Neocatechumenal Way over the Pope, say it openly once and for all.
Just ask yourselves and be honest. Once and for all. The Pope or Kiko Argüello?
Jesus or Kiko Argüello?
It is very simple!
Please, consider it.
Do not get entangled with if Fr. Pius told you what Kiko said what the Pope told him.
John Paul II, Benedict XVI and Francis I have told in public the NCW TO OBEY. All of them had given several instructions and recommendations, oraly and written.
If you do not obey, then ask yourselves who are you obeying at least?
Do not look at others, just look at you. Who do you obey? Who do you want to follow?

NICE START BYRNES
In the Archdiocese of Agana, one gets rewarded for disobedience. But Adrian was more that "disobedient." He committed crimes against the faithful. Time to pursue that law suit. Nice start Byrnes.
A NEW YEAR'S VISIT FROM POPE ST PIUS X
(Posted by Glaucon Jr)
Now that I’m back from
my little retreat with the Greek Fathers, I thought I might bring along a warm,
New Year’s greeting from Pope St Pius X (not a Greek father--duh) whose words are the bookends for my
little adventure in Tradition. In his seminal encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis, the holy man of God
warned about Catholic modernists and the resulting destruction of the Faith
that we see bearing its most bitter fruit that is the Neocatechumenal Way. It's almost like he has spoken to us straight from Heaven
with Kiko and Carmen in mind (bold and underline mine):
RMS AND HERESY
Randy Engel, one of the nation's top investigative reporters, writes:
"...why does it always seem that no action is taken by the hierarchy against known clerical heretics until the heretics are denounced by the long suffering Catholic laity and the matter becomes a public scandal?"
Randy (a woman) is writing in reference to an Australian priest who has revived the 5th Century Nestorian heresy which denies that Mary was the Mother of God, and in so doing, declares Jesus NOT to be God.
This is very similar to what the Kikos covertly teach. In September of 2014, we uncovered a guest neocat priest at RMS, teaching that Jesus is a sinner:
"He experienced the forgiveness of the Father, because he was a sinner. He became a sinner. Willing, not because he was imposed, because he was a sinner, willingly, willing a sinner."
The priest's name was Fr. Angelo Veraldi. Apuron was confronted about this teaching at a parish visitation and he pretended that he didn't know who the priest was: "I’d like to know who that priest is and tell him that’s wrong theology." (LOL. Like it's only "theology.")
(Chuck White further wrote about it here.)
Upon the pastoral visit of Archbishop Hon, in January 2015, the CCOG submitted a detailed account of this heretical teaching in our diocese to Hon. Hon's general attitude at the time to the CCOG was that they had no business even using the word "heresy."
This brings us back to Engel's question:
"...why does it always seem that no action is taken by the hierarchy against known clerical heretics until the heretics are denounced by the long suffering Catholic laity and the matter becomes a public scandal?"
The lack of action by our hierarchy on anything (except for covering their butts) is so prevalent now that it is almost expected. Maybe Archbishop Byrnes will be different...maybe not. What is clear is that we, the laity, MUST take responsibility for our souls and the souls of our children.
Here is Engel's column.

ANTONIO PALACIOS: "FR. ALBERTO SHOUD BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY"
Posted by Tim
As a parishioner of Agat, I remember the many months/years of planning and fundraisers that a small group did all on their own to rebuild the Santa Ana chapel. It is painful and sad to read Mr. Palacios' account of what Fr. Alberto has done with it. Another Neo finger to the face by a Neo-priest to the long-suffering faithful who built the churches of this island with blood, sweat, tears, work, sacrifice
and prayers.

THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT--NOPE!
Posted by Bob
Let's give 'em the benefit of the doubt.
Nope, let's not!
Dictionary says: give someone the benefit of the doubt Meaning in the Cambridge ...
Over the years in dealing with our three archbishops, comments, e.g., "Let's give him the benefit of the doubt" have appeared frequently. I humbly submit that this is usually a mistake. Thirty years of giving apuron the benefit of the doubt only allowed that which should have never happened to become common place. Remember how willing we were to give AA Hon the benefit of the doubt until he showed us what a huge blunder that was? And Cardinal Filoni?
A VICTIMS SUPPORT GROUP?
Posted by Tim
In his press conference on November 30, Archbishop Byrnes mentioned a "victims support group" headed by Sister Angela Perez, RSM.
My first thought was "where did that come from?"
As expressed in other posts, the chancery has no business - at least for the next few years - doing anything in the way of "victims support." The only "support" it should be giving is support to a professional, independent, neutral, third party to which victims may be referred.
The Archdiocese of Agana, no matter who is running things for now, is so damaged that it cannot offer anything but a waste of time and money when it comes to interfacing directly with its own victims.

TODAY IS THE FEAST OF THOSE WHO FIRST DIED FOR CHRIST
Today is the Feast of the Holy Innocents, also called Childermas.
(Matthew 2:16-18) When Herod realized that he had been deceived by the magi, he became furious. He ordered the massacre of all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had ascertained from the magi. Then was fulfilled what had been said through Jeremiah the prophet:
FAKE NEWS OR FICTIONAL CHARACTERS AND THE FICTION THEY FABRICATE
So why even bother? I demonstrate the important reason at the end of this post.
THE NCW: AN INSIDER'S VIEW (From Bosnia and Croatia)
The cheap cowards over at The Diana title their blog "An Insider's View." However, there is a lot that they don't want you to see. We receive quite a few accounts like the one you are about to read. Most of what we are sent, we are asked not to publish, even anonymously, for fear that the account will be recognized by the sender's former community. It's hard for us on the outside to imagine what they could be so afraid of, but, nevertheless, their fears are real and some have suffered severe personal tragedy from the psychological harm endured while in the NCW and the fears they take with them when the try to leave. The sender of the following account agreed to have his account published, albeit anonymously.
THE DIANA: "PRIESTS OF GUAM LACK OXYGEN TO THEIR BRAINS"

And what have the Kikos' to show us as an alternative to priests who "lack oxygen to their brains?" Tony the Penetrator? Adrian the Drain? David the Doorknob? Edi the Waldo? Louie the Licker? and Wadeson the Wanderer? LOL, Diana. Yes, go ahead and show us how your "way" breaths (sic) life into community. I guess that's what Lickin' Louie was caught doing.
A GREAT TEMPTATION
Posted by Chuck White
There's a great temptation to think that the goal of any and all true renewal in the Church should be to return to the exact life and practice of the early Church. Even movements within the Catholic Church, like the Neocatechumenal Way, have fallen into this particular trap, which goes by the names of "Restorationism" and "Christian Primitivism."
I invite you to spend 2 minutes listening to Catholic evangelist Steve Ray share a startling insight he had about this as he began to look seriously at the Catholic Church while he was still a Baptist. This is an excerpt of a talk that Steve gave at the Agana Cathedral Basilica in Guam in 2006. Read more.

A MISERABLE GOODBYE
Posted by LaPaz, Jungle Watch Correspondent from Spain.
One of the biggest mistakes made by many cardinals and bishops in valuing the NCW charism is to be dazzled by its special effects. in which Kiko Argüello and his black labeled catechists are truly masters.
As my dear Paul Lennon and other Legionaries of Christ have pointed out several times, although each Catholic person is precisely called by God to see further than just appearances, imitating Jesus, who never judged anybody by only the external, Marcial Maciel played with the human ease to conform to what we feel.
Thus Maciel deceived even John Paul II, the saint. Rome was flashed by the high numbers and Maciel's premise: the most expensive, the better. The so called "Millionaires of Christ" were like the hen of the golden eggs. Every compulsive liar knows the effect of the "noble lie", in religion translated to "pious fiction". Shaped by Plato, the noble lie still stays attached to human nature.

For the first time ever, the Kiko's, all the way up to Kiko himself, are scared s____less that their scam may be up.
While The Kikos' scam has been scrutinized elsewhere, and even labeled a heresy by at least one fearless bishop (those are rare), Apuron's role in the middle of this stench, and then the intrepid interpolation of Ballin of Doha, have rammed two bishops right into the crosshairs of that scrutiny, forcing Rome to rub its nose in Kiko's filthy mess.
This is why Filoni, while sidelined for a bit after David the RMS Doorknob unwittingly exposed him, has hurriedly regained control of Guam.
Archbishop Byrnes may not even be aware of the depth of this evil scam. In fact, I am quite sure of it. At his first press conference Byrnes was asked a question about Filoni and he quite innocently referred to him as "who I report to."

But Rome, it is Vatican, is not used to rational criterion to take decisions. Rome uses other criteria. One of them is "promoveatur ut amoveatur", as our italian friend, neocatechumenal former member, Sandavi, pointed in his commentary of Frenchie's post:

THE THIN RED LINE AND THE CHICAGO CUBS
Posted by Bob
The Thin Red Line has become an English language figure of speech for any thinly spread military unit holding firm against attack. The phrase has also taken on the metaphorical meaning of the barrier which the relatively limited armed forces of a country present to potential attackers. (Battle of Balaclava)
Our own Thin Red Line began rather inauspiciously in March last year with a few old ladies mature women protesting the wrongs of apuron by praying the rosary under a tree at the Chancery. In April the ladies relocated to the Cathedral and also began a protest of static displays comprised of signs like APURON RESIGN, RETURN THE RMS, and RESTORE THE PRIESTS (3R's) across the street from the Cathedral. They also hand-billed at various parishes and distributed "Target Priest" by Tim. The more they protested, the more their numbers grew as more men and women joined them.
THE LIES, THE LIES, THE LIES
Now that Mother Dawn Marie has done a personal "tell all" about the truth of the origin of the TWO MILLION DOLLAR donation used to pay off the mortgage note on the Yona property, it is interesting to look back on what I wrote about it two years ago. APURON'S REAL CRIME AND BRINGING DOWN THE WALL OF JERICHO
Posted by Tim
As horrific as were his assaults on young boys who served him at the Altar of God, Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron's real crime was accepting the bishopric of the very diocese in which he had perpetrated those horrors, and, some say, continued to do so.
Actually, the word "accepting" is probably wrong. Those close to the matter know that he "angled" for it, if not blatantly manipulated himself into that position from whence he alone would be the sole arbiter and judge over his horrid history.

ARCHDIOCESE STILL PAYS BROUILLARD

Lawsuit: Archdiocese still pays Brouillard
Just a note. We pointed this out in October 2014 (here). The fact of the matter is that Brouillard has not been receiving a retirement or a pension from the Archdiocese of Agana for all these years because he did not "retire." He was removed from ministry and kept on the payroll. Maybe it was because of what Brouillard KNEW.
Lawsuit: Archdiocese still pays Brouillard

REDEMPTORIS MATER HOTEL
In Sunday's GUAM DAILY POST cover story, "Archdiocese of Agaña enters a new, troubling era," reporter, Neil Pang, ends with this:
"While none of the current 13 suits are related or equivalent to Killion’s 2007 suit, if the $375,000 figure is used as a benchmark, then the Archdiocese of Agaña, as of now, could stand to lose upwards of $4.5 million and be forced to sell some of its more valuable, and contentious, properties to make those payments."
Read the last part again:
"...the Archdiocese of Agaña...could...be forced to sell some of its more valuable, and contentious, properties to make those payments."
There is only one property that is "contentious."
Thanks, Neil, I'll cut you in on a finder's fee after I sell the property. LOL.

OMG, OMG, OMG! INTERESTING NEWS JUST CAME IN. LOL! SMH!
LOL. The Diana is all panicky about finding out that I am in charge of selling the Carmelite Monastery. Oh, and she found out from a reliable source. LOL.
Ummm, my SIGN is in front of the monastery and the property is listed publicly on the Multiple Listing Service. LOL.
And more LOL. No, Msgr. James had nothing to do with it. When it comes to picking a real estate agent you want someone who you can trust. The Carmelites saw how I was proven to be truthful time after time after time and was willing to stand up for the truth. So they trusted me to sell their property.
Now shut up and bring me a buyer. LOL. BTW, the price is double if you're a Kiko. Hi Diana :)
P.S. Tell Tricky Dick to come and see me.
Oh BTW, the "news" probably came from Tricky Dicky and what a Dicky Trick he is. The poor Kiko's think they are so smart. They think that because Msgr. James is now in charge of the patrimony of the archdiocese that he put me "in charge" of selling the monastery. Oh, they are so much fun.
No, the owners of the monastery are the St. Louis Carmelites, the same good nuns who gave the money for what they thought was a seminary for Guam but got snookered by the kikocats, the same good nuns who Apuron tried to get to lie, and the same good Mother Maris Stella who Tricky Dick says is dead. LOL. They can't even get that right.
Here is the ownership info as shown on the Gov Guam Real Property Tax Assessment Rolls which you can find here:

So wipe your slobber, Kiko's. The St. Louis Carmelites thought they'd "hire" me to take care of their monastery since you STOLE TWO MILLION DOLLARS from them for your fake seminary and I exposed your silly asses. LOL. I heard Mother Maris Stella laughed her head off when she heard what I did to you. Bye.

AN INVITATION
I was perhaps a bit premature on the reference to the activities of a California law firm in my previous post. I have been aware of the actions of a "California law firm" representing the Archdiocese of Agana since as far back as when Apuron retained one to threaten John Toves into silence.
I also assumed that Attorney John Terlaje was only acting as an intermediary for the "California law firm." I made this assumption based on the appearance of Terlaje representing the Archdiocese of Agana in a letter from Attorney David Lujan dated 7/14/16 compared to a letter from Attorney Jeff Cook to Lujan dated 8/4/16 wherein Cook identifies himself as representing the Archdiocese in the sex abuse suits (thus causing me to think that Terlaje bowed out).
However, the FOIA inquiry into the Bill 326-33, as released by Senator Frank Aguon, Jr.'s office and published by KUAM, clearly states that Attorney John Terlaje is Legal Counsel for the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Agana, a Corporation Sole.
And while there may in fact be an off-island firm involved in the current goings-on to undermine Public Law 33-187, there is no evidence of this yet. In fact, the only law firm holding itself out as representing the Defendant ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF AGANA, A Corporation Sole, is Attorney John Terlaje:

WHY WE MUST CONTINUE TO "STOP THE MONEY"
Posted by Tim
The only protection Roy, Walter, Doris, Roland, Leo (and who knows how many others) have against being sued into poverty, as Apuron has threatened to do, is the law lifting the civil statute of limitations relative to sex crimes against minors.
Had it not been for the efforts of Silent No More and the swift action of Senator Frank Blas, Jr., the author of the bill, Apuron's suffering wounded would have been sued into poverty and silence. The only thing that kept Apuron from crushing his accusers was the threat of the legislation and the only thing keeping him from crushing them now is the law born of that legislation.
HOW HE GOT THE NAME "MONKEY BOY"
Dear Archbishop Byrnes,
In case you do not understand the revulsion against the boy you've been seen palling around with (that's what it looks like) the last few days, here is but one example.
While we understand that you are a good man and a good priest and want to bring healing and forgiveness, for several years the boy you've been palling around with has used his exalted position in our Church to harm the faithful, especially the young, by psychologically masturbating out his pent up sexual frustration from pulpits your archdiocese (it's yours now) gave him.

Senator Frank Aguon, Jr. is questioning the church's sudden interest in Bill 326. SENATOR AGUON QUESTIONS THE INTENTION OF THE COUNSEL FOR ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF AGANA, A CORPORATION SOLE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
December 13, 2016
Following a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from Attorney John C. Terlaje, Counsel for Roman Catholic Archbishop of Agana, a Corporation Sole, Senator Frank Blas Aguon, Jr. releases the following statement:
"Bill 326-33 had more public visibility than most legislation in the 33rd Guam Legislature. In addition to constant media coverage, my Committee scheduled three public hearings where many, many members of the community attended and provided both oral and written testimony. The committee report was compiled, circulated amongst its members, reported out of my committee, and the substitute bill presented before the legislative body and unanimously passed. At no point during this legislative process did the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Agana, a Corporation Sole, voice any concern or objection to the legislative process or the bill. Attorney John C. Terlaje, who has, on occasion, served as legislative counsel to the 33rd Guam Legislature, is well aware of the legislative process. While I welcome his FOIA request on behalf of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Agana, a Corporation Sole, I have to wonder where were these concerns during the legislative process,"Senator Aguon said. "Attorney Terlaje requests for any and all opinions of the legislative counsel (sic) regarding Bill 326-33. However, the information requested remains confidential under attorney-client privilege- a privilege heavily relied on by any client seeking legal advice. Why would Attorney Terlaje request such information in his FOIA request? Additionally, any request for audio, video and visual recordings, including public hearings and legislative sessions should be made with the Sergeant-At-Arms of the legislature and not with my committee. This request falls short of a subpoena which begs the question, what is the true nature of this request? My office is in the process of compiling any and all information requested in the FOIA and will respond where legally possible. Just to be clear, once compiled, I will make these documents available to the public."

POSTER FROM PITI
UGH. The four pictures of evil above remind of the Book of Revelation, and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Pestilence, War, Famine, and Death.
It is up to AB Byrnes to figure out which is which, but we can definitely do without all four. Their poison has nearly ruined our Church, and their remaining presence will only continue the divide.
Apurun, the monster serial sexual predator. And he's not even being put to trial for these crimes, but for the many other crimes committed against his office and the flock he was supposed to serve and protect.
Cristobal, the evil mind who has used his knowledge of Apurun's past to insure he held positions of power and money. So rabid in his kiko religion he believes all priests should be formed/deformed by the RMS seminaries. If you refuse to submit to the kiko cult, as vocations director he will stop at nothing to keep you from pursuing God's calling. Vengeful and evil if you get on his wrong side. Not a smart man at all, but a decent manipulator, at least enough to manipulate Apurun and his cult followers.
Egivaldo, a perverse man hiding behind a white collar. Promotes sexual deviancy by suggestive language about daily primate masturbation, and his warped idea of male/female relationships. Went to Rome for studies. Came back with no more knowledge but his ego seemed to have swollen to epic proportions. Thinks he is a modern day Romeo, and an aspiring media manipulator.

THE PRIEST AS PUBLIC PERSON
Posted by Tim
Priests, who in the capacity of their ministry, serve publicly, such as bishops, pastors, teachers, chaplains, rectors, chancery or curial officials, are not private persons. Like their lay counterparts, especially in the matter of governance, they wield considerable authority and influence over the lives of the people who are entrusted to them and can and should be held publicly accountable when they violate that trust.
When a government official, let's say a mayor, is legitimately removed from his position and he absconds for several days with the office vehicle, he doesn't just get to show up at the governor's house and work out a deal where there will be no public consequence for his actions. The governor might "forgive" him but the mayor's action was a crime against the people, not the governor. Thus, there are public consequences.

It's an exercise of patience; an exercise of endurance; a display of righteous resolve. Sunday after Sunday for over 30 weeks straight, we have picketed in front of the Cathedral, only retiring some of the signs as concerns have been met and addressed.

GUAM DAILY POST: PROTESTS RESUME
Protests resume
BACK ON TRACK: Protests continued yesterday outside the Dulce Nombre de Maria Cathedral-Basilica after a brief hiatus last week in observance of the first Mass of newly arrived Coadjutor Archbishop Michael Byrnes. Protestors say they will continue to call for the formal removal of Archbishop Anthony Apuron until he is stripped of his title. Neil Pang/Post

In his Release, Fr. Edivaldo da Silva Oliveira, accused "they" (which is the CCOG and Tim Rohr) of:
- initiating "a series of lies destined to undermine the authority of the Archbishop"
- spreading a "series of intentional and malicious lies"
- causing "insults, calumnies and violence"
- deciding "to attack directly our Archbishop with a full-page paid advertisements in the Guam Pacific Daily News, at a cost of thousands of dollars, seeking to insinuate criminal sexual abuse by the Shepherd of the Catholic Church"

- making "insults and instilling hatred, ignorance and violence in the people"

NO MORE MISTER NICE GUY

Fr. Edivaldo da Silva Oliveira and Fr. Adrian Cristobal, priests of the Archdiocese of Agana, used the office of the Archdiocese of Agana to publicly attack me as follows:

On May 31, 2016, a Media Release was sent from the Chancery Office of the Archdiocese of Agana to the local Media. The email message to which the Release was attached identified the person responsible for the Release as:
Fr. Edivaldo da Silva Oliveira
ARCHDIOCESE OF AGANA, Media Relations
196 Cuesta San Ramon
Hagatna, Guam 96910-4334
The Release dealt with, inter alia, me, Tim Rohr, and states in pertinent part:
- Tim Rohr and his associates launched a vicious and calumnious attack on the Archbishop and the Church.
- They demanded that the Archbishop return to the former ways of financial administration…
- They wanted to sell the seminary in Yona…
- The perpetrators of these calumnies have resorted to insults and violence revealing their true intention to destroy the Catholic Church…
- They have…cruel intent to injure the Archbishop, the Catholic Church in Guam and many other people of good will who have been outraged and harassed.
The accusations against me, Tim Rohr, contained in this May 31, 2016 Media Release, were published and/or broadcast in the local Media as follows:
THANK YOU, POPE FRANCIS!

Someone sent me a message that The Diana is going ballistic about my post yesterday, FORGIVENESS? - PART 3: A PROGRAM OF DESTRUCTION. Yawn. I always find it amusing when people try to guess my motives. It is a sad commentary as to how low they have sunk.

The fact that someone would do the right thing because it is the right thing doesn't occur to them. There must be something in it for them, be it money, the assuaging of a personal grievance, or the defense of a friend, or whatever. (I've been accused of it all, including the "whatever.")
Rather than argue against these inanities, let's say they're all true. Let's say I'm personally mad about something. Let's say that there's a big payoff for me (a real estate commission for selling the Yona property, LOL!), or I'm just protecting my friends. Let's say it's all true.
AS YOGI SAID: "IT AIN'T OVER TILL ITS OVER"

It's number three on Yogi's all time top fifty, "It ain’t over till it’s over." For the faithful, truer words were never spoken. We're told that apuron's trial progresses in Rome. The tribunal is composed of cardinals and bishops. We can't observe much less testify. The objectivity of the tribunal is questionable. Our view of "Rome" is AB Hon (remember the first six weeks?) and Cardinal Filoni who took a personal role in locking the ladies out of the seminary. What should we do? Let's reflect on Tim's post on November 5 on another Yogi post entitled, "If you come to a fork in the road, take it."
