I'M NOT SURPRISED. WHY SHOULD I BE?

I don't have TV or cable so I just saw the KUAM newscast online about the theft at St. Francis Church. 

I'm not surprised. Why should I be? 

We have a bishop who hid a FORTY MILLION DOLLAR transfer of property for 4 years and it would have remained hidden had he not begun a chain of events (beginning with his illegal ouster of Fr. Paul) that led to the discovery of a clandestinely recorded document handing over the property to the control of Giuseppe and Claudia Gennarini in the corporate person of RMS.

I'm not surprised. Why should I be?

We have a bishop who is completely absent from his diocese weeks and months out of the year to nobody knows where, spending thousands and thousands of nobody knows whose dollars.

   Yes, tony should go to jail. He has committed many crimes that we have already been apprised of by Jungle Watch. How many more crimes has tony committed that have yet to see the light of day? I suspect that tony is thinking about his days in new york and those proverbial snow balls.
   
   It takes a lot of effort to start a snow ball, carefully rolling up a piece an exerting great effort to get it to move. But once it starts to move, it generates an energy that helps it to grow, gather more snow, and make movement easier.

In CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FIASCO - PART 9: HAVE THE KIKOS INVADED DLM? there was one key piece of evidence that I did not have, and today I can provide it: a copy of the Abstract of Title Report for Lot No. 90-2-R1-R, Yona, Guam. 

This is the basic lot number before the lot was divided into four parcels, which together make up the property occupied by the Redemptoris Mater Seminary.

As much as I would like not to suggest that the Department of Land Management has been compromised by the kikos, I'm afraid the evidence is certainly pointing in that direction. 

The bogus certificate of title did not appear out of thin air. It was put together by someone who was instructed to leave off the memorial showing the November 22, 2011 Declaration of Deed Restriction.

On December 14, 2015, I decided to pay a visit to the office of the Deputy Registrar of Titles, occupied by a certain Mr. Andrew D. Santos. Mr. Santos is a friend of mine and I bear him no ill will nor do I want to infer that he has done anything of his own that is untoward. 

I only bring Mr. Santos into this discussion simply because he is at the center of the controversy of the bogus certificate of title, published by the Archdiocese of Agana in its official newspaper, the U Matuna, on November 29, 2015.

In "Do Not Resist Evil, Part I", we saw that Kiko Arguello commands his followers not to resist in any way whatsoever any evil or harm done to them.  He has said that women with drunken, violent and abusive husbands should allow themselves to be “crucified” by their husbands, and people who have had all of their possessions stolen are expected to do nothing to seek their return.

Moving forward and building our case, in this installment we will discuss WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE BLANK MEMORIAL.

But first, let us review. 

On November 29, 2015, Msgr. David C. Quitugua, the Vicar General for the Archdiocese of Agana published a copy of the certificate of title for LOT 90-2-R1-RNEW-R3, one of the four lots which make up the property currently occupied by the Redemptoris Mater Seminary. (Clean copy here.)

The copy of the certificate was dated October 30, 2015 and signed by Andrew Santos, Deputy Registrar of Titles. 

NO SWEETHEART DEAL FOR APURON

THE REAL REASON

We are going to be getting back to the Certificate of Title issue shortly. And make no doubt, the publication of that false certificate was either the stupidest thing Apuron and his defenders have ever done or it is a blatant criminal act. We shall soon see. 

Meanwhile, let us review something that has come up before and, in light of new information that I can't share yet, now plays a more significant role:

WHY DID APURON WANT TO ASSIGN TITLE TO THE YONA PROPERTY TO RMS IN THE FIRST PLACE?

That Apuron wanted to assign title to RMS is not a question. This was clearly noted in the finance council agenda for September 7, 2011. 

Why he wanted to assign the property away is another matter.

THE ARCHDIOCESE OF AFTERTHOUGHT

This has become the diocese of the afterthought. Long after the rest of the Catholic World celebrated the 50th anniversary of the close of Vatican II, our diocese gets around to doing it over a month later and hurriedly tells pastors to cancel their Masses so everyone can hurry down to the Cathedral for a belated hoopty-doo so "I don't care" Apuron will have a photo of a full Cathedral to show Rome. The thing wasn't even announced in the U Matuna.

I agree with the consistent ethic towards the value of every human life. It is a complex issue and must never be looked at from a simple context. It is quite arrogant to judge people who choose to protect themselves, when we know too well that coitus does not simply arise from lust. Imagine yourself in an untenable situation or perhaps your daughter gets into this dilemma. It is so easy to say that the Church condemns use of contraception or bans abortion but not as easy when it involves someone close to home. What if the husband who has sexually-transmitted disease demands sex from his wife? What about rape? In the latter case, Pope Paul VI permitted abortion for nuns in Africa who were vulnerable to that kind of assault in the context of the culture. Any proclamation regarding this difficult issue should be understood in terms of understanding the human situation, in a compassionate manner, and in a charitable way of advice. Otherwise, we might be akin to the attitude of the Pharisees who never lifted a finger to help but readily judged others based on skin surface observations. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Apparently Archbishop Apuron doesn't read the bible, or if he does, he doesn't care about the words of Jesus where he instructs: "Do not let the left hand know what the right hand is doing." (Mt 6:3)

Not only does he plan to let the left hand know what the right hand is doing by publishing the amount the Clergy is forced to give, in doing so, he is issuing a veiled threat that they better give or else he will publicly embarrass them. 

And all this in the name of God. 

This is your chance, people. Your chance to speak VERY LOUD. Not a dime. Not a cent. We will know who is on our side and willing to stand strong against the evil in this archdiocese by the big ZERO next to the name of your parish. 

Figure it out, people. Apuron just LIED to you again by publishing that false certificate of title. In doing so, he, David, and Adrian SPIT in your face. And on February 14, they will spit at you again.

CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FIASCO CONTINUED - PART 6

As we go forward on this certificate of title issue, it is very important that everyone understands it. What was printed in the U Matuna on November 29, 2015, was not only a false public record, but a thorough justification of its publication by this archdiocese' own Vicar General - the church's equivalent of an Attorney General. 

Imagine the Attorney General of Guam, using the official communication organ of the Superior Court, to publish a false public document, justifying her personal ownership of a particular property. 

Would you be upset? Would you be outraged? Would you be calling for an investigation? Of course you would. Well, this is exactly what your Archdiocesan leadership did to you on November 29, 2015. 

The only problem is a Vicar General is not elected nor can an investigation be conducted via the normal channels of available to us as citizens (Sunshine Act requests, etc.). However, with the publication of a false public record, the leadership of the Archdiocese of Agana has breached their previously impregnable "wall of separation between church and state."

PDN: 'UNBORN VICTIMS' BILL TO MOVE FORWARD

Thank you to Bob Klitzkie for offering a critical amendment without which the bill - if passed - probably had no chance of being enforced.

A bill that would recognize unborn children as legal victims in cases where an expectant mother is injured or killed during a violent crime is likely to move to the Legislature’s session floor for debate later this month. (Continued)

LOL. A VALENTINE'S FLEECING!

Since they know we won't support anything that sends our money to RMS, they're now using the supposed restoration of "our beloved Cathedral" to fleece us. 

You may want to recall that Msgr. James had all the repairs needed at the Cathedral paid for by donors but was denied permission to proceed by Apuron, who, unbeknownst to Msgr. James at the time, was plotting to get rid of Msgr. James.

But while the organizers are touting it as "non-religious," the organizer is a major neo-cat and very close to Kiko, who used the previous Family Day (in June) to (wait for it....) promote the Neocatechumenal Way as the only salvation for society. But it backfired. And this year Rome told him to shut up and sit down. You need to know the truth before you get too excited about this event. Here it is.

The Laity Forward Movement lined the street in front of the Hagatna Cathedral, continuing their call for change within the local Catholic church.

Teri Untalan told KUAM News, "We are continuing our vigil to ask for the archbishop to return the property that he took away from the Archdiocese, now known as the Redemptoris Mater Seminary. We would like for him to restore the two priests that he removed from their parishes. We e would like him to remove all presbyters that are now in place in the parishes and replace them with diocesan priests.

"And lastly, we would like to have our archbishop resign. He has lost our confidence and we feel that we need some leadership that truly embraces all of the Catholics on Guam."

The group has been holding demonstrations since last year.

THE DEEP EVIL OF KIKO ARGUELLO

Apuron has often said that he is not forcing the Neocatechumenal Way on anybody (despite his threats to priests to serve the Way or get out). He doesn't have to force. He only has to follow Kiko's playbook.

It's masterful really. Like Khrushchev's "We will bury you...without firing a shot," Kiko Arguello has fashioned a plan to infiltrate the Church and do the same: "bury us...without a shot." And it is happening all so quietly right under your noses, doing it the same way the communists have been doing it for 50 years. 

While our concerns are diverted by the outrages of the seminary swindle, the injustices towards Fr. Paul and Msgr. James, and the strange neo practices, the kikos are quietly infiltrating the educational and formational channels of the Catholic Church: the CCD programs, the Catholic schools, the Confirmation classes, RCIA, marriage preparation, etc.
