THE THREE "KIKO" STOOGES

Pope quietly trims sanctions for sex abusers seeking mercy

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/pope-quietly-trims-sanctions-sex-abusers-seeking-mercy-45732198

This is an extremely disturbing article, and I don't think it's an "interpretation" problem. But most disturbing is this:

"Francis recently named O'Malley, who heads his sex-abuse advisory commission..."

O'Malley is Cardinal Sean O'Malley, Archbishop of Boston, and not only is he a hard core kiko, he sits on the board of the Domus Jerusalem, Inc., which is the money vehicle behind Kiko.

Obviously as a fellow kiko, O'Malley has a vested interest in propping up Apuron and may even be financing Apuron's fugitive life, if not his legal team.

Watch O'Malley. When worse comes to worst he will obey Kiko and intervene with Francis. O'Malley and Kiko both know that Apuron is guilty as hell, but they are going to do everything they can to keep him from being defrocked, not because they care about Apuron, but because of how it will look for Kiko Arguello and his pedophile-pervert-hiding Neocatechumenal Way.

WHAT DOES A SEX ABUSE TRIAL LOOK LIKE

Q: What does a sexual abuse trial look like when conducted under canon law?

A: It is similar to criminal trials that take place in some European countries that follow a different legal tradition than that of the United States. Because of this, the canon law trial will not appear similar to those we might be familiar with in the United States. A panel of three judges hears the case. The accused has a canon lawyer to assist in his defense. The prosecutor is referred to as the “promoter of justice.” Tribunals in both a diocese and the CDF have promoters of justice. Witnesses are called to testify, including possible victims. The judges, rather than the canon lawyers, question the witnesses. Other forms of evidence are gathered, such as letters that might have been written. After this the defense canon lawyer and promoter of justice submit written arguments of their sides of the case. The judges then review the evidence carefully, deliberate together, and issue a verdict. If the finding is for guilt, the judges also impose a penalty (see below for types of Church penalties).

Questions and Answers Regarding the Canonical Process for the Resolution of Allegations of Sexual Abuse of Minors by Priests and Deacons.

It's both telling and amusing that the title of this Q&A, which is put out by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, does not include "bishops," but assumes that all abuse of minors is by a priest or deacon. Nevertheless, this publication will help us to understand more about a canonical trial.

Can.  1400 §1. The object of a trial is:

1/ the pursuit or vindication of the rights of physical or juridic persons, or the declaration of juridic facts;

APURON FOUND NOT GUILTY

Posted By Webster

Yes, this is the likely outcome if Walter Denton, Roy Quintanilla, and Roland Sondia do not testify before the Canonical Trial of Apuron being speedily conducted by the Vatican. This will be a blow of biblical proportions to the Catholic community of Guam, and to all the men and women who have, with great sacrifice, lobbied, fought, and supported these three victims so that Truth and Justice may once again prevail in our beloved Church in Guam.

The CCOG, LFM, and the SLM, the SILENT MAJORITY, will have fought in vain, only to watch in horror as the lure of money and power have overcome their Holy Crusade to clean up the Church, by having Apuron found guilty and defrocked, and by having justice for Walter, Roy, and Roland.

THE CATHEDRAL RECTOR'S VALENTINE'S DAY MISSIVE AND WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

Let us examine the key statements in the Cathedral Rector's February 14 missive to the Cathedral parish relative to the celebration of Mass:

"All Masses must be celebrated with the Roman Missal with adherence to the letter and spirit of its General Instructions or GIRM."

"Some groups may have been given special permission (also known as an indult) by Rome to change certain parts of the Mass. If your group falls within this category, please submit such permission to me before Ash Wednesday so that we can all be advised. Also note that all indults must have a start date and specifically state if it has an expiration date or is permanent/ongoing."

Of course there are not "some groups," there is only one "group": the Neocatechumenal Way. The NCW claims to have special permission to "change certain parts of the Mass." We will examine those in a minute. But first we can expect the NCW to avoid the missive by resorting to any of the following:

A RECAP AND SOME CLARIFICATIONS

Posted by Frenchie

A few weeks back I wrote about the Evil done in our names. At that time, I warned about the need for discernment, cool heads, and the intelligence necessary not to be duped and/or distracted.

I underlined that even if we had had some nominal success in beating back the onslaught against our Church on Guam, we would need to be stronger and smarter to win the next battles.

I got quite a bit of flak from the crowd, that likes to speak and act before thinking, as well as from the little informed.

One of my old Philosophy teachers liked to remind us that the little informed are usually the most dangerous since they suffer from the delusion of knowledge, plus the need to demonstrate that they are indeed knowledgeable.

Unfortunately for our Church, the last two weeks were a perfect example of such an issue.

Dakun Tenorio seen leaving Chancery after a tribunal meeting. I wonder if fist pumping Fr OJ was there to coach him?

Funny that the victim isn't allowed to have his lawyer present but the accused had his attorney there. I'm still having a hard time figuring out the logic in coming all the way to Guam but not speaking to the one Apuron victim living here. I guess it only makes sense to the Vatican.

The real question remains. Is this merely a mock trial or is Burke serious in learning the truth? If it's the truth they're after then I hope they also deal with financial issues and mismanagement issues.

Deacon Martinez was there in the morning. I hope he let them have a dose of the realities beyond Apurun 's rape charges.

We'd love to find out but they cannot say anything. Every time they've got something to say some high up in the Church slaps a gag order to hide the truth. Will the Church ever come out of its clandestine shadows?

It is the only way people will start to trust the Church that is so damaged in reputation.

LET'S TRADE

Today, the Diocese of Chalan Kanoa (Saipan) released a statement regarding the accusations against Bishop Emeritus Tomas Camacho. More interesting than the statement is the status of the priest who released it:

Greetings and Peace,

Attached is the Official Statement of His Excellency Ryan P. Jimenez
on the sexual abuse allegation against Bishop Emeritus Tomas A. Camacho.

Sincerely,
Fr. Jason A. Granado
Fr. Granado was one of the first "fruits" of RMS, one of the much-promised "priests for Guam," except that he isn't. Word down here in Agat, where he was made a pastor after ordination, is that he was too much like a real diocesan priest and not a rabid neocat presbyter, and thus a failure in the eyes of Pius the Putrid. Having failed to get the NCW going in Agat after a couple years, he was shipped off to Saipan and replaced by Alberto the Hammer.

Note to Archbishop Byrnes: Can you please advise us (since apparently you want to keep the RMS fruits growing), why the faithful of Guam are asked to contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to form "priests for Guam,"who are then shipped off to other dioceses? A recommendation: Tell Saipan to give us Fr. Jason back and trade him for the Bishop Emeritus' nephew, that is if you can find him.

THE JET OF GOD

Posted by LaPaz, Jungle Watch Correspondant from Spain.

Dear people of Guam, I would like this post would arrive your neocatechumenal brothers and sisters' ears to allow them knowing better Kiko and Carmen, founders of the Neocatechumenal Way, in that facet of their saint life that nobody ever talks about. Mainly because nobody dares to it.

In Spain, during some decades along the XIX century, Civil Law defined the status of "pobre de solemnidad", literally translated "poor of solemnity", to certificate who was actually a citizen poor among the poors, it is, who was worthy of social charity, naturally in a country where poverty was endemic. As the saying goes: "mal de muchos, consuelo de tontos", translated "evil of many, consolation of fools". It is bad to be poor, much worse to be "poor of solemnity", poor with a title.

EXCUSE ME. MAY I ASK A QUESTION?

It's about time for the third night of Neocatechumenal catechesis at Guam's Agana Cathedral Basilica, and do you know what that means?  It means that it's time for the catechists to parrot Kiko Arguello's screed against the big, bad, bogeyman, "natural religiosity."  One is not normally allowed to ask questions at such sessions, but here are few you could try to get in, if only to rock the boat a bit.  Read more.

Dear Anonymous at 9:44 pm,
I have said this before and I will say it here again. There will be two trials. One is the canonical trial that is already underway. Archbishop Apuron swore before Pope Francis that he is innocent, and he wants to clear his name. When the canonical trial is over and if he is found innocent, Archbishop Apuron will return to Guam and then there will be a civil trial.
He intends to file a lawsuit against ALL his accusers, and he will use the evidence the Vatican had collected in the canonical trial in the civil trial against his accusers. Archbishop Byrnes said that Vatican investigators will be coming to Guam to collect dispositions from the alleged victims. I am sure that they will also have Archbishop Apuron's testimony. The Archbishop is claiming that he is a target of a deliberate conspiracy campaign to remove him.

We welcome his return . . .

. . but he remains on the run in the U.S., so we will continue to remind the world that he no longer has our confidence as our spiritual leader - demonstrating every Sunday from 0900-0945 in front of the Cathedral in Agana.

Void of documentation and absent of basic fact, the "Insider" blog, created & still sanctioned by Pius, continues to spew propaganda, ad hominem and hyperbolic attacks:
