Frankly anyone intendening to run for Governor and Lt.Governor of Guam in 2017 should remove themselves from the present leadership of Guams catholic Church. To be associated with it will be the kiss of death for your election. Special word to senators if your considering a run and close to the leadership it will go against you.
With all due respect, Fr. Blockley, please do not threaten our local leadership. They can think for themselves and will do whatever is sensible to keep their position. There are a lot of sensitive issues surrounding people's choices, so unless you claim to know nuances in our issues, please refrain from unhelpful comments. Allow us to solve our issues from our side of the ocean, and we wish you well as you solve your own issues.
Would love to see the video of Tony blessing the statue with a microphone at the Senators Angel Santos Park. Governor Calvo's laugh upon seeing what was happening was priceless. I think the Gov chuckles every time he sees Tony.
Poor child. This doesn't have anything to do with Calvo winning or losing an election. It has to do with who is in the picture with him. You will know within the hour.
Adelup and Hester Place have been eerily silent about what is going on in their Catholic community of Guam. They will not comment for fear of upsetting the wrong people and jeopardizing their reelection. I understand their reluctance to comment but it has come to the point where they must at least support their fellow Catholics and the majority of their constituents who have endured pain, abuse and illegal undertakings. Where do you stand, leaders?
Yes, we should asked just about every Candidates Running for any office where they stand with this issue. We are still waiting to see or hear which other Legislator was called by Tony regarding certain Bill passed into Law after being review to favor tony. where is the Media in their follow up. The last one we heard was that Senator Tony Ada have not return any messages left for him to respond. We should call every Senator to find out if they were called by tony and publish their responds.

The election is in 2018.
DeleteLet's just say Calvo isn't that uncomfortable with the situation.
ReplyDeleteThat's because he doesn't know...yet.

ReplyDeleteThe suspense is unbearable. Waiting, waiting, and waiting on the movie.

ReplyDeleteBlockley is on "that side of the ocean" because of the "nuances" that happened right there in the rectory in Agana.
