Does not make it right. He either has to do justice for himself and this woman rather than cohabitate partially in between his Mass duties. He should take his stash with him and leave the priesthood rather than continue to scandalize the Faithful. In doing so, we rid ourselves of one mean, rude and obnoxious character in Guam, not to mention a greedy money-loving character. Their mutual friends (we know who they are) who turn a blind eye to this relationship and do nothing are complicit in tolerating a scandal in the Church.
Huh? That means junkets to Nicaragua and Ireland will have to be postponed as well? Hmmm...maybe Rio can be a substitutw destination. After all, brother tony might want to visit his BFF edivaldo's fsmily in the favelas before the grand Summer Olympics.
Tim, I think the problem extends to the seminary and how they are producing "bad" priests. It's not just the Wadeson problem but now look at Fr. Luis Camacho and all the other unqualified priests who have been ordained. If we let these RMS priests have their way, I can only imagine what may happen.
I've seen altar servers that deserve more respect and admiration than these four half-baked presbyters from the Neo cult. Can I get a half-baked shout out? Thought so. lol!!
The admission to candidacy should be done long before diaconate. System (along with a fwevotherbitems) is screwed up. Maybe othe two have to get High School equivalency first.
Calling for masses in remberance of those abused victims is a good compromise to outright siting outside the cathedral. The Pope in his letter has spoken, filled with the Spirit, saying no one is above the moral laws as set aside by God that were given to Moses. In particular, there shall be no gods (mammon)placed before me.

Maybe this MIGHT help - And I said "MIGHT":
The word cult has three definitions. First of all, it can simply be a group that loves something. When people refer to an "Elvis cult" or "The O.C. cult," they mean really devoted fans.
The second definition is that of a religion whose beliefs differ from the majority around them. In the Roman Empire, Christians were sometimes considered a cult because they worshiped Jesus rather than the Roman gods.
The third, and most commonly used definition, refers to a religious group that is:
1) Exclusive. They may say, "We're the only ones with the truth; everyone else is wrong; and if you leave our group your salvation is in danger."
2) Secretive. Certain teachings are not available to outsiders or they're presented only to certain members, sometimes after taking vows of confidentiality.
3) Authoritarian. A human leader expects total loyalty and unquestioned obedience - WOW - Diana/May - You Must Be in This Category!
At least (Fr.) Rudy is involved with a consenting adult.

DeleteSo what happened to Jose Santos Hernandez Jejia of Mexico and Wilmer Alexander Chirino Gonzalez of Venezuela?
ReplyDeleteWhat is the reason for the discrepancy between the 4 and 6 prospective ordinations to the diaconate?

In my human opinion, the NEO is a CULT!
