Klitzkie with 104 protesters at the Cathedral last Sunday.  Guam Daily Post file photo.

"[Hon] concluded his statement with the following: 'Thus, I hereby sincerely ask the collaboration of all the faithful to act with obedience to the directive of the Holy See. And, in particular, I request that community which now enjoys in perpetuity the use of the "property" to spontaneously and effectively renounce, without any litigation, such a benefit obtained from the Archdiocese of Agana.'

'The community' in question is understood to be officials of the Neocatechumenal Way (NCW) who currently operate out of RMS', said Bob Klitzkie, member of the Catholic faith and former senator. Klitzkie told the Post that such a renunciation on the part of 'the community' would be ineffectual because the action that resulted in the now-contentious declaration of deed was done through legal channels. Therefore, he explained, 'only similar proper legal action could transfer the deed title back to the Archdiocese of Agana.'"  Read more.

  1. Archbishop Hon: PUTFABOT????
Do us all including yourself a favor and get assisted from the right person qualified with strong knowledge in property deed and so on. Your reports to the media time after time gives me a head ache. You've made too many strikes already on this and other issues, and I mean STRIKE as in a baseball game and not in BOWLING. Although I wish it were. There are qualified people to help you? Seek them? Get this right once and for all and the truth please. This is so unbelievable.

  2. Don't ask Jackie T the train attorney since she may have assisted in this mess. What about that Colorado Law Firm that gave their opinion that "The Archdiocese of Agana is still the Owner of this Property". I wonder how "The Archdicese of Agana paid for this opinion? Maybe we should request reimbursement since they were totally WRONG.
