Here is Article 3 of the original Articles of Incorporation for RMS:

Here is Article 3 of the Articles of Incorporation for RMS as just amended by Archbishop Byrnes:

  1. Funny how these neos seem to always get CAUGHT...

  2. I hope Archbishop Byrnes will have an audit made of the assets and liabilities of the RMS corporation. The audit may reveal other properties of the Archdiocese of Agana which were surreptitiously transferred to the RMS Corporation by apuron and his cronies. Dominic Kim should know.

    1. Since the Kamelin Karidad is having a blowout closing sale, maybe Deacon Tenorio should also turn in his books for financial auditing.

  3. "in accordance with the precepts of the Holy Roman Catholic faith." One faith, one people, one Church.

    1. The Precepts of the Catholic Church are a description of the absolute minimum actions required of Catholics regarding the Church.

Together with the Ten Commandments, they represent the minimum level of moral living.
Intentional violation of the precepts or the Commandments is a grave matter, meaning a mortal sin.

      The Precepts
You shall attend Mass on Sundays and on holy days of obligation and rest from servile labor.
We must “sanctify the day commemorating the Resurrection of the Lord” (Sunday), as well as the principal feast days, known as Catholic holy days of obligation.
This requires attending Mass, “and by resting from those works and activities which could impede such a sanctification of these days.”

You shall confess your sins at least once a year.
We must prepare for the Eucharist by means of the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession).
This sacrament “continues Baptism’s work of conversion and forgiveness.”

You shall receive the sacrament of the Eucharist at least during the Easter season.
This “guarantees as a minimum the reception of the Lord’s Body and Blood in connection with the Paschal feasts, the origin and center of the Christian liturgy.”

You shall observe the days of fasting and abstinence established by the Church.
“The fourth precept ensures the times of ascesis and penance which prepare us for the liturgical feasts and help us acquire mastery over our instincts and freedom of heart.”

You shall help to provide for the needs of the Church.
“The fifth precept means that the faithful are obliged to assist with the material needs of the Church, each according to his own ability.”

Note that these precepts of the Catholic Church are required, unless you have a legitimate reason for not meeting them.

      For example:
If you are sick, tending to a sick child, or camping in the wilderness on Sunday and cannot get to Mass, it is not a grave violation to miss Mass that day.
Children, the elderly, and pregnant or nursing women do not have to fast on normal fast days (Ash Wednesday and Good Friday).

      Go beyond the minimum!
Always remember: the precepts of the Catholic Church are minimum levels of participation in the life of the Church.
Out of love for Christ and a desire to advance in the spiritual life, you will normally try to do far more than they require.

Attend Mass at least one more time a week.
(Most Church parishes celebrate Mass every day of the year!)

Go to confession at least once a month, and find a regular confessor so he can give you better guidance.

Find a good spiritual director to give you sound guidance for growing in the spiritual life.

Receive the sacrament of the Eucharist at every Mass, if you meet the guidelines for reception (are free from mortal sin, etc.).

Make a habit of practicing penitential and charitable acts beyond those required by the precepts of the Catholic Church.

Contribute as much as possible to the material needs of the Church and the needy.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church lists 5 precepts.
The last two are included elsewhere in the catechism but are not listed as precepts. And they are equally important.

To obey the laws of the Church concerning Matrimony.

To participate in the Church's mission of Evangelization of Souls.(Missionary Spirit of the Church)

We are called to preach and proclaim the Gospel “courageously and in every situation.”

“The Church—I repeat once again—is not a relief organization, an enterprise nor an NGO (Non-Government Organization), but a community of people, animated by the Holy Spirit, who have lived and are living the wonder of the encounter with Jesus Christ and want to share their experience of deep joy, the message of salvation that the Lord gave us. It is the Holy Spirit who guides the Church in this path.”

**THIS IS NOT the ncw version of a mission (going to Washington, DC to hand out flyers of "invitation of joy" then hangout on K Street).

  4. Kim a crook who does whatever Tony says. The two were way too close. But Kim gone with the rest of the trash. Let's hope Archbishop Byrnes finds an honest and reliable Finance officer.

    1. Kim needs to go. He is not even a good Financial Manager. Infact he is useless.

  5. Hallelujah! Thanks be to God.

  6. Kiss Ass II Kim was brought back from retirement by Apuron after he fired Deacon Steve. He wanted someone who would kiss his ass without asking too much questions. It seems like when the shit hits the fan, all these turkeys go into hiding just like Apuron. Must be a NEO escape protocol. Where are you Kim? Where have you gone? Come out, Come out where ever you are.

  7. The truth is simple and pure! Evil uses complex series of lies and deceptions.

    1. very true Bruce. Look at each of them as individuals. Clouds of evil in them unbelievable. worse they hid in the evil protecting Apuron enriching themself.

    2. Lie, cheat and deceive = NCW.

  8. Not only does the Diana have selective hearing, she also has her selective reading skills down pat. LOL!

I can't have a decent conversation with that woman. Always denying and avoiding the real meat of the discussion...uhh, do NEOs eat meat? LOL!
