And takes him apart so easily it is pathetic.
ReplyDeleteAttorney David Lujan has drawn first blood.
ReplyDeleteTim and associates, this is all your fault bringing in and paying Atty Lujan to bring down AAA. AAA will sue you all. For sue, for sue.
ReplyDeleteLOL
DeleteAAA cannot even sue the mañahak!
Deletewhy does tony always wants to sue.
Deleteas far as i can tell, he doesn't like sue-sue...
It should to be okay to be loose with words like "will make available a complainant support person" and not do it. I guess this is a different ballgame now. You cannot not mean you words or your words will eat you alive.
ReplyDeleteI have two questions. My first: since the buck stops with the Shepherd of the Catholic Church of Guam, wouldn’t the fact that 4 members of the Archdiocese who’ve taken the public positions they took counter-attacking victims’ sexual abuse or sexual molestation allegations -- even before an archdiocesan-level preliminary interview or investigation was initiated -- constitute a blatant and serious negligence on the part of the Archbishop showing how he indeed, negligently mishandled these?
ReplyDeleteMy second: wouldn’t these 4 members of the Archdiocese be personally and slanderously at fault, legally themselves, for taking the positions they did before formal interviews and investigation were initiated by the Archdiocese -- especially when and if the victims’ allegations are finally found to be the truth?
dear deacon for sure for sure:
ReplyDeleteBOOM.
The stage is set. David Lujan will methodically dismantle those fools who have called Roy Quintanilla a liar. OJ just wet his pants, Mr. Tenorio (call me deacon) staring into space, Lurch having another asthma attack, Tony clutching his chest, Adrian throwing pots and pans all over the place...The show is just now starting. Joy!
ReplyDelete"Raymond" are you back yet with the popcorn? It's getting G-O-O-D up in here!
ReplyDeleteMunch...Munch...saving some for tomorrow.....Hahaha.
DeleteClaros, uduvaldo, Adrian, tenorio and David, in their zeal to defend their boss prematurely make a pronouncement that apuron is innocent despite the testimony of two victims, and before any investigation is conducted. How on earth do these professed men of god act so Carelessly and callously ignore the well being of potential victims, and the safety of children in favor of protecting a possible predator apuron. The very least they could have done is to be unbiased in forming any opinions, and show some concern for the victims who alleged they were abused. They however disrespect, the victims and called them liars. These church officials in their denial to look into this possible crime should all be fired, and investigated for their obvious cover up of crime of sexual assult against the innocent. I have lost all respect and confidence that these individuals are looking out for our spiritual well bring, they are more concerned with self serving interest, self preservation, and the protection of sexual offenders in high office.
ReplyDeleteThey need apuron as much as he needs them. Birds of a feather....stinky feathers at that...
DeleteThe "boss" has flown the coop! I think his "pigeons" should take a hint and follow him! But like most pigeons their only good for making a mess!
ReplyDeleteLet me start the press release; "The ArchBishop, members of clergy as a whole have been maliciously and calumny accused of eneptness due to the current investigative sexual abuse processes, may the Archdiocese remind Attorney Lujan that we have this under control by Deacon Claros and our hired prominent legal team from the mainland who ...................."
