DEAR ROME: READ THIS CAREFULLY. IT'S YOUR TURN.

On the eve of letting the "bronze shoe" drop, I discovered a copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Archdiocesan Finance Council (AFC) for September 7, 2011. This was the meeting at which the transfer of title of The Property to RMS was discussed. On September 8, as we have seen in the previous post (MIND BLOWING EVIL), the AFC denied the request. But now, here for all to see - especially Rome, are the  fully exposed machinations and evil neo-designs of Apuron and Gennarini.

The full copy of the agenda can be accessed here (or viewed below). Following is the pertinent excerpt:

“…in the current Articles and By-laws of the RMS, the Archbishop is a member of the Board, but does not have the same ultimate powers (1). He is just one of six votes. This situation, should the Archdiocese transfer the property and building and facilities in Yona to RMS, could appear to make the transfer an alienation of property because the Archbishop relinquishes ultimate control of the asset. In order to keep it an Archdiocesan asset, Ed (2) has recommended that the RMS Articles and By-laws would need to be amended to allow the Archbishop ultimate control of RMS and its assets. However, after several meetings, the RMS incorporators are hesitant to do so, but have asked that the assets be deeded to RMS without modification.

The AFC has an obligation to advise and assist the Archbishop in temporal matters, especially in the alienation of property, so we need to discuss if we can move forward with any transfer of property, and under what circumstances would the AFC authorize a transfer in order to safeguard Archdiocese assets.

Also attached for your review are applicable sections of the Archdiocese statutes and Canon Law which Ed has studied and is ready to answer any questions you may have.

(1) A reference to his "ultimate powers" as the incumbent Archbishop of Agana, a corporation sole.
(2) Attorney Edward Terlaje, Archdiocesan Legal Counsel

This is MAJOR. This document shows that the AFC, the Archbishop, the Legal Counsel, and "the incorporators" (we'll get to them in a minute) ALL KNEW that what "the incorporators" were asking was for the Archbishop, and thus the Archdiocese of Agana, to relinquish "ultimate control of RMS and its assets."

So who are "the incorporators"? The RMS Articles of Incorporation show only one "incorporator"

...yet, the agenda refers to "the incorporators".

This is an obvious reference to Giuseppe Gennarini and direct evidence that Gennarini is the mastermind behind all of this and is using Apuron as his imbecilic obedient little puppet. Of course we've known this all along because of what we have heard from the people who were at the "several meetings" referenced in the agenda, but here we have it in writing.

We also see that the AFC was DOING ITS JOB in protecting the patrimony of the Archdiocese of Agana by seeking to amend the Articles and By-laws in order to ensure that the archbishop maintained full control of The Property, but "the incorporators" (Apuron and Gennarini) refused ("hesitant to do so") and obviously insisted ("have asked") that "the assets be deeded to RMS without modification." !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It also shows that the AFC was mindful that it had the "authority" to deny the request and was not just a consultative body as the Vicar General had intentionally and falsely tried to make them out to be. (See MIND BLOWING EVIL.)

So there is NO DOUBT, that Apuron both intended and insisted on giving away the single greatest real property asset of the Archdiocese of Agana to a corporation wholly controlled by members of the Neocatechumenal Way, an action which significantly harmed the patrimony, and thus the faithful, of this diocese.

And when the AFC said NO, Apuron deeded the property to RMS anyway. He then berated and fired them to cover up his evil and canonically illegal deed.

*****

So dear Rome, up till now, as you have seen, I have been asking people to hold back on their criticism of your apparent inaction. I have argued in your favor saying that "the Church moves slowly" and that you must always act with the "care of souls" in mind.

I still hold all that to be true, but there is simply now NO DOUBT that Giuseppe Gennarini intended to wrest The Property away from the faithful of the Archdiocese of Agana, and to do so, has used his servile "tony" to screw the faithful out of a significant asset as well as bilk them out of the millions of dollars they have contributed to its support over the years.

With this reference to "the incorporators" - and the refusal of those "incorporators" to modify the documents which would have enabled the Archbishop of Agana to retain control over said property, this document proves beyond doubt that a grave injustice has been perpetrated on the Catholic Faithful of the Archdiocese of Agana, and we are calling on you to "vindicate the rights of the Church" (Can. 1296). And we are calling you to do it NOW!

We know that you have both shoes: the first from "the donor's representative" and the second shoe, the "bronze" one. Thus this is no longer a matter of what we will do that could bring further embarrassment to you, but what will YOU do so that you no longer embarrass our Church.

However, embarrassment is the least of your worries. Given what you have and what you know, NOT TO ACT NOW makes silence and even perceived inaction a cause for debilitating and faith-destroying scandal.

It's your turn.

  1. So Saturday, July 4 will be when the bronze fireworks will be displayed. Independence from the Neo/AAA. The dropping of the "bronze shoe" like the "crystal ball" on New Year's Eve at Times Square ..Tim's Square

    1. Yes, great idea to time it with Fourth of July fireworks. But since there is a typhoon approaching, it may be better to wait till after. I want everyone's FULL attention :)

  2. After a year of following what is happening in the Roman Catholic Church on Guam and also observing what is happening elsewhere in the world within the Church, I am getting more cynical. I have to wonder if the hierarchy in the Church really cares what AAA does as long as it doesn’t result in criminal legal proceedings and lots of media attention that will be an embarrassment to the Church as a whole.

The shocking revelations concerning AAA’s actions just keep coming and there is little action from Rome except for a few visits. From what I have observed elsewhere, Rome is only going to act when the Archbishop proves to be too much of an embarrassment to them. He could give away half the assets of the diocese, take the assets from 100 elderly parishioners, and attempt to teach us all that Jesus was a sinner and it would not matter unless it was pointed out in a legal proceeding that got national or world media attention. As long all is relatively quiet nothing will change.

Praying all make it through the storms on Guam, the coming typhoon and the storm within the Church.

    1. I share your cynicism RYaeger. It has astounded me that Rome hasn't sought to deal with this with its full authority and force, and right away too, not the least because here in the midst of our beloved Church we can see outright, shameless lies and deception.

Even for the sake of the lies only, it ought to be eradicated post-haste, and the perpetrators disabled.

    2. We can be sure that most of the delay is due to certain powers in Rome trying to salvage the Neocatechumenal Way, even if they are convinced they have to dump Apuron. We know how powerful Kiko is and can see the number of bishops and cardinals he has bought. Combine that with extremely compromised and weak leadership in many parts of the Curia and we can not only see the reason for the slow action in our behalf, but evidence for the reason Benedict gave for his sudden retirement. The fact that things are still so compromised is evidence that Francis may not be able to clean house as quickly as he thought he could.

    3. the curial self-protection machine is a powerful one. even someone with as strong a personality and will as cardinal pell is running into tough resistance, to the point of sleazy tactics. but i have good hope that this house will be cleansed eventually. it's probably premature of me, but i'm already looking further ahead: how to make sure apuron's successor isn't a neocat or a neocat supporter.

  3. I'm afraid I have to agree with Mr. RYaeger. I believe there has been more than sufficient documentation to show and prove that AAA is a corrupt bishop who is in collusion with external forces to advance the NEO takeover of the Catholic Church on Guam. With more than adequate damming information and evidence, Rome continues to fail to act. I am, therefore, also becoming very cynical and wonder if anything is ever going to happen. As Mr. RYaeger points out, does Rome really care what Apuron has done to damage the true Catholic Faithful of Guam. Apuron appears to be "untouchable" as shown by Rome's inaction. Perhaps Rome feels that it would be best to allow Apuron to serve out the remaining years he has left before being mandated to retire. If so, we're looking at five long years. A lot can happen in five years and I don't mean anything good as long as Apuron continues to serve as the Archbishop of Guam. The local non-neo Catholic Faithful can continue to express their strong displeasure and gross dissatisfaction of Apuron as a spiritual leader to no avail. He and his Neo brethren will continue to advance their heretical beliefs and illegitimate liturgy and could care less what Rome thinks. So, just what will it take for decisive action to be taken by Rome.

    1. I first mentioned this a few months prior here in JW and now it looks as if it's come full circle. At a confirmation class of the Cathedral Basilica one of the candidates asked whether Pope Francis was NEO, and the advisor chuckled and replied, "Not yet!" I pray this is not so, but I'm starting to wonder if that's the reason Rome is not coming to our aid. Perhaps Kiko's kaka juice has made its way into the inner sanctums of the Vatican! God have mercy on us and deliver us from evil!

WHAT DONT YOU GET. Rome NEEDS the children to play nice. We are a tiny piece. WHAT DONT YOU GET? I know big media shame is the only recourse, but my people don't have the wherewithal to cash the check. Why should Tim, Frenchie, or others keep on if not for our egotistical drive...French and I are days apart. But he is not lean. French food?

    1. As Sacristan of the CB (87-89) I always wondered why Peter left the seminary. I know his family and siblings well; all of the boys continued to serve as CB Altar Servers, even after this tragic event. Both Peters Mother and Grandmother continued to do their part in making sure the CB was well decorated with fresh flowers for Sunday Services. My prayers go out to the family as his name is finally revealed in this Jungle. My heart aches as this NEO/NCW Cult will one day take down our Island Patroness and Protector (Santa Marian Kamalan) as there mission is to replace the statues with KIKOBOT CULT Pictures. Holy Mother Mary Pray for us sinners....

    2. I knew Peter Perez as a very introverted and diffident young man. He did stay away from the rest of his peers although we did not know that he was going through an interior angst and struggled with an issue that goes into the very core of his being. I hope he had come to a point in life where he has empowered himself enough to speak the truth, not for anyone's sake but for the sake of justice for him and truth for the Catholic Church.

    3. Do you have proof of this or do you have permission from Mr. Perez to release his name?

With all the documents Tim post you still cannot see the logic of the truth. My bad, those are two things you Kiko's cannot relate to. Drive on Tim!!! BTW you have my attention.

  7. Stand your ground people of Guam.... Do not support the Golden Jubilee of the CB as it is now the home base of the NEO/NCW CULT takeover. Your none attendance will surely make history as Chief NEO/NCW Cult Presbyter and David the NEO CULT Presbyter General fail to make this a historic event in the Island of Guahan, The people power can make a BIG DIFFERENCE when the turn-out and support for this historic event is low.

  8. It is more a matter of imperative action for Rome to heed. The jungle is rumbling and is getting louder. Unless Rome intends to once again be headline news worldwide, the hierarchy needs to enact immediate damage control. People's lives will be damaged unalterably as others dig up buried dirt for the sake of transparency. Bottom line, the small island community that prides itself with family harmony and closeness will be gone. Sadly, the fingers will point to the Catholic Church whose unwitting lack of leadership and decisive action reneged on their obligation and basic mission. Really really sad.

  10. Looks like there's been some movement in the holy war. We've won some battles and we've lost some. Now is not the time to be complacent or to just sit back and wait for the strategies to be set or just let the generals to lead. We must all do our part. A holy war cannot be won with leaders alone and their plans, documents and agendas. I humbly ask Tim, John, Chuck, Frenchie, CCOG, Mr. San Agustin and all the other leaders to please don't give up. The Lord's work is hard, and at times, thankless, but the rewards are fulfilling. We, the troops need to fall in and keep moving forward, one step at a time. If you have incriminating information, please give it up and reveal the truth. Once again, STOP giving them your hard-earned money. Don't attend their masses or activities at the parishes where they preside. Stop inviting them to your fiestas, christenings, weddings, celebrations, housewarmings or even to get their blessings. (Did you see the arch prancing around like he was the king of the new hospital?) BASTA!! NA PARA! Let's brainstorm how to kick it up a notch. We need to ACT NOW while we have the momentum.

I give my life for my God. Said it on Patti, I entered the seminary at sixteen. I went onto the major for a reason. I do this for a reason. God forgive me if I do a misstep. I am your soldier, my island, and I stand strong by Tim, Chuck, Frenchie, CCOG, and Mr. San Agustin. ACT NOW as F. Leon Guerrero says. ACT NOW. ACT NOW. I'm ready to go down if need be.

  18. Situation now is that NCW is attempting to take over not only land of religious orders on Guam it intends to gain support of local and foreign businessman to gain land. Only two weeks ago NCW Guam held a meeting with Filipino businessman to lease out land owned by NCW to a multi billion Filipino business. If such a deal was signed millions over a number of years would go to NCW. This would only empower the organization.
