PROTEST IN THE NEWS: "JUST GET HIM OUT OF HERE!"

Catholics protest outside archbishop's birthday gala

It's clear the Catholic Church remains divided in Guam. Those who attended a birthday fundraiser held in Tumon, were greeted by a stream of protestors upset with the archbishop.

  1. Be nice to Diana, all you Jungle Watchers. Other wise Susanna and Adrian might have a bitch fest. Pius doesn't have the strength, so pick on him! He'll just stay mellow...and let Adrain and Susanna do the dirty work.
He knows that Tony's time is very short so he has those two other bitches in intensive training.

  3. Pius looks like doesn't need any assistance and he is awake! He is always sleeping at mass. He slept through most of Sister Marie Perrier Funeral mass. From the footage, he seems very awake and no need for assistance walking.....fake....

  5. bunch of jerks. i turned dow'n four tickets - 'just give me the cash, i'll give it to the friary.'

when i saw photos of friends on facebook i was like, really? you buy into that crap or were you attending because your company got high-jacked into buying a table?

and G4S should stay the hell out of this crap. what did protesters (on public easements) do to disturb anybody? oh yeah, they made a public statement of the corruption going on.

    calling bullshit on this.

cheers to the group, next time i'm joining!

  6. It sounds like they were auctioning off scared relics at the gala. I wonder if those items were from the cancelled museum!!

    1. Yes, the relics you mentioned are "scared" beyond belief to be in a neo home. They better check for cameras inside the statues. Scared or sacred, who cares anymore? This archdiocese has gone down the drain because of a clueless Apuron who is unable to see the big picture of the destruction he brought into this island! We need Divine intervention!

    2. It is something that someone might want to be concerned about. It would not be the first time NCW presbyters decided to trash or sell non-NCW artwork.

The items may not be museum quality but they should not have been thrown in the trash.

    3. I too, was wondering if any of the items being auctioned off are from the museum.

    4. There is a gentleman from Agat who found statues from the Santa Ana Chapel thrown into the bamboo nearby. He took them home. Too bad he didn't take photos.

  7. Maybe those statues will start talking back to us. Apuron is nothing but an investment to the opportunistic ncw. I say, he was a bad gamble for the neos. What must have started as a lucrative moneygrab has become an embarrassing expose' of the ncw hoax. Give it up, brother ton, you have been used! Tim wonders why you emcee a gala where you are an honoree. It is be ause this was all your scam to make personal pocket money on your trip with harold toyboy, and to endear yourself to kikogod who needs proof of your importance. You are dancing to so many gods, and none of them to the One that matters.. At age 70, you haven't learned wisdom.

  8. Not exactly the best thing to be doing in a divided church to throw a gala party for yourself...Many of us have heard of the issues within our church, and many of us are scratching our head as to why the Archbishop would be doing such an event....True turning 70 is a big deal but really at $200 a plate, whatever happened to the teachings and lead of the Pope Francis of being humble. These gala dinners is nothing but a dog and pony show for those who have the money to burn while the rest of us still seek answers and clarity. Makes me remember the days when the Archbishop was seen driving in a Lexus and we were wondering where did the $$ for that come from, oh well.....Kudos to all those who continue to press the issue and demand for answers!

    1. Lexuses are a dime a dozen! But, an Equus, now that's some major money burn! Joy!

    2. A major money burn at someone else's expense. Tony didn't fork out any money for the Equus. Joy!

    3. But of course we do not have the doggish devotion of a kimchee woman who is willing to give anything in return for control over his decisions. Perfect match! Brother Ton with his expensive tastes and unwillingness to spend his own money. He was willing to sell the Catholic Church entrusted to him, so what else is new? This goes beyond the story of an Equus and a doting sugarmama.
