THE ESPERANSA PROJECT
The Esperansa Project was started in 2008 after its founders learned that Guam was the easiest place in the United States to procure an abortion because of a lack of common regulations which many other states already had. Following is a list of Public Laws that have been enacted regulating abortion on Guam since 2008. To learn more about the abortion problem on Guam, visit The Esperansa Project website.
