DIANA GIVES US MORE

"Diana" continues to give us not only quite a bit of inside intel, but a look into the mind of Kiko and his catechists. For Diana is only repeating what she has been taught.

In a previous post, I noted that in order for Diana's reference to a certain section of the GIRM to be correct, the neos would have to consider themselves to be "concelebrants".

Thus, Diana responds:
Yes, we are considered "concelebrant." The purpose of the Neocatechumenal Way is to celebrate the Eucharist in small communities as in the Early Church. In those times, the word "concelebrant" is used differently as today.
Diana then provides the following excerpt from OUR SUNDAY VISITOR'S CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA (linked here):
The word concelebrate in the Early Church had a somewhat different meaning than the present, more technical understanding. In Christian antiquity, all Christians "concelebrated" according to their role or liturgical order in the Church....In the Middle Ages, this term came to mean exclusively the celebration by bishops and priests together (or just priests) of one Mass and that is how this term is technically used today.
Of course, most of us are very familiar with the Neo heresy that the Church effectively apostatized after Constantine and that true Christianity was not restored until Vatican II. It's too bad Diana didn't read further because the entry goes on to say two paragraphs later:
Vatican II's Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy extended the occasions for concelebration, and the new rite mandated by that Council was influenced less by the ritual of the early Church than by the medieval emphasis on the common recitation of the Words of Institution. Although there were many theological opinions as to what was necessary to have valid concelebration, the present rite has the concelebrants appropriately vested in the the sanctuary and reciting together the core prayers of the Canon, including the words of Consecration. This practice is especially recommended to show forth the unity of the priesthood
So if we are to believe Kiko and accept that true Christianity and Christian practice was restored with Vatican II, and that the NCW is the very embodiment of the New Evangelization called for by Vatican II, then we must throw out any idea of concelebration as it was understood in the early Church since Vatican II in fact institutionalized the idea of concelebration as it was practiced in the medieval Church.

In other words, by virtue of the NCW's clinging to Vatican II as the resurrection of authentic Christianity, they must eschew the very thing Diana claims that congregants at Mass (I still call it that) are themselves "concelebrants" and in fact, the GIRM applies to them as "concelebrants" in their neo celebrations.

And, further, by institutionalizing the medieval concept of concelebration, Vatican II recognizes and canonizes the development of a practice beyond what was practiced or believed in the early Church, completely obliterating the Kuku Kiko idea that the true Church disappeared after Constantine.

The amazing thing is I am not having to research any of these things to refute Diana and her comrades. Almost everything I quote back to them is in the very same reference they quote, they just don't read to the end.

In any event, Diana gives us more reason to believe that the Neocatechumenal Way is a different religion altogether. But while Diana is not fully culpable for embracing this error, her catechists are.

We'll be back with more.

  1. The Pope allows us to continue. I am sure the practices if the NCW is made clear to the Pope himself. And we are Catholics. Do you not trust in the Pope? From what I understand and read, it seems you think you know more than our holy father. You imply he isn't doing his job.

    1. That's funny. The problem with you guys is that when the pope is around you do your "eucharist" the way it is required. But on your own in your private masses, it's another story. The Pope has many things to do, and like any CEO, addresses them in priority. Because he is a loving father, he asks you kindly and respectfully to obey. However, you take his not cracking the whip as a license to continue in violation of your own statute. Truly, you people are amazing. Every comment convinces the rest of us more and more that you are not only outside the church, you are dangerously brainwashed. Frightening.

    2. Have you been to one of the eucharist? And how could you say you do it differently when the pope isnt around. The NCW is world wide and it isnt a secret. Im certain, if the Pope agreed with you and your followers, he would discontinue the way the NCW has practiced for many MANY years. Im not brainwashed. You just have a problem accepting something new.

    3. You assume too much. You assume that the Pope has the time or inclination to get into all the details. If you study church history, you will find that Popes have been kept in the dark or misinformed. In Rome, pro and anti Cardinals compete in giving the Pope different pictures of the same thing. Secondly, Pope Benedict did order corrections. You have not complied. Are you implying Pope Francis knows you're not complying, doesn't care and is therefore contradicting Pope Benedict?

    4. To anon 8:04pm..the NCW movement is not a secret, but what you people do behind closed doors is another story

    5. Many are the movements that Rome has long suffered (much longer than the NCW) only later to officially condemn as heretical. Rome is handling the NCW carefully, trying to incrementally bring it into orthodoxy. Rome has employed this tactic before. Sometimes its works and the movement is reformed and reconciled, other times the movement rejects Rome's repeated nudgings and splits from the Church. Rome is handling the NCW with kid gloves not because it agrees with the NCW's theology, but because it fears a schism will result if it applies a heavy in bringing the NCW into conformity. Also, Rome knows that the NCW is driven by a cult of personality, Kiko, and that when he some day dies it will be much easier to bring the NCW into conformity. These are the reasons that Rome is biding its time.

  2. Just an opinion...either Diana is a catechishts herself or she is being coached. Then on the other hand it may have been written by some other person and given to her to edit . Who knows!

  3. So it is true, Diana, clearly states the NCW members see themselves as concelebrants at the Holy Mass. So what exactly is their belief in the theology of priesthood and Eucharistic theology. May we ask Diana to please answer in a comment. She does seem a respectable lady unlike a lot of the archbishops blind sheep.

  5. Out of line here....interesting to know that there is such a term called neokikomenales... Words according to kiko. One phrase I came across was, if one does not want to OBEY, then let him go. OBEY what? I am guessing it is OBIDIENCE to the COMMANDMENTS of KIKO

  9. Diana, I hope you are in Archbishop's community and he corrects your assertion that you are a concelebrant. This is one of the most shocking revelations yet.

  10. Funny how you say Neo defenders are not approachable when corrected and yet when you yourself Mr. Tim Rohr always have a rebuttal to ALL neo defenders. I wonder who is in fact unapproachable. Wonder if all these attacks have anything to do with your business failure in our beautiful island.

    1. I know who you are. What a shame you have lowered yourself to this, especially given your position. Failure? Failure is when you quit. I didn't. You did.

    2. @ Anon 10:28 you are a pathetic thug. It was you came to this blog so why not answer the questions instead of spitting at Tim? You resort to attacks because you have no answers! Shame on you!

    1. That deserves an LOL. Hello. It's MY BLOG. Get it? MY BLOG. I get to do whatever I want with it. Start your own if you think anybody will read it. But for the record I post all comments in favor of the way if that's what they are and not just an attack on me. In fact the ones I don't post are by people who oppose the Way who make comments using profanity or who call certain people out by name in the context of sexual impropriety. You should be thanking me for not posting those. I save them though.

  12. Heard the Neo pitch at Mass today. So they were miserable before they found joy in the Neos. Fine. But what gets me is their very clear implication that the rest of us are all miserable too. News flash. I am not. I have great joy in Jesus and in the sacraments and in the church he founded. That's something a lot of Neos cant accept. That we're not all miserable as they say they once were.

  14. not that we know more than the Holy father, but that the wool is trying to be pulled over his eyes.
why else did they try to get Pope Emeritus Benedict to sign a document that did not convey his wishes?
To say that the church was in apostasy is to call Jesus a Liar and denies that the Holy Spirit continues to guide the church since the day of Pentecost! and I thought the purpose of the NCW was to bring back the fallen away and unchurched, with the goal to reintegrate them into parish life?

  15. IF Pseudo Diana is a Priest ANY kind of priest, then that is just PATHETIC. Of course, it probably is a NCW Priest using Sunday Visitor Encyclopedia as a reference. That would be their speed at RMS. Funny if it wasn't so sad.

  16. Was waiting for Diana, whom ever you are to comment on KiKo's latest photo posted. I am assuming that you are as shocked as the rest of us. No other words can describe his actions, for me at least is: GOING MENTAL.

Once a member of Tony Posada's community now long long gone!

  17. We can all laugh about Diana. But then the thought came to me, it is not a laughing matter. It shows us the kind of people we are dealing with in the NCW cult. They are simply not niceele. Father would have been beefier writing under anonymous, than creating a false name. Many on this page have to use anonymous because we are known to the archbishop, and he would re,over is if he knew we wrote her. But father is in his circle, so why use a false name. No need.

    1. I wonder if the Rector Magnificus of the Lateran picked up on any of the lack of screening, insufficient education, immaturity and general lack of highly qualified candidates or did the Archbishop take him on a whirl around the island to Government House while closely guarded and kept at bay with people and the media by Frs. Pablo and
Julio.????????????????????????? There should be a moratorium on bringing more men to the island and Ordinations from RMS NOW. This has got to be straightened out. DIANA is certainly not a laughing matter. I think Diana's blog comments will have more impact than HE/SHE ever bargained for. The wheels are in motion, Diana.

  18. It is a joke. Wow, there were so many sad people on Guam, with no joy in their life, until kiko saved them. The NCW has a profile character of who they attract to the cult. It is often people with low self esteem, lack of meaning in their life, so they join the NCW to give meaning to,their life. It's really sad how the people of Guam have been duped.
