Sorry Tim, Diana got you on thus one.
From her post,
According to the news report dated September 5, 2013 (whose weblink I provided below):
One June 26th, Kiko Arguello received a Laurea Honoris Causa in Sacred Theology from the prestigious John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Poland), for his contribution to the renewal of the Church.
According to the university, the Neocatechmenal way has followed "attentively the directions of the Second Vatican Council, bringing back Christians who have strayed from the ecclesia community to the foundations of the faith that spring from the Bible and from Liturgy."
Among the reasons for receiving the honorary title, was the "preparation of the mission ad gentes, the active contribution of the Neocatechumenal itinerary, in the encounter between Christianity and Judaism and in the defense of the values of life, of human dignity, of marriage and of the Christian family.
Yah, and Notre Dame gave the most pro-abortion president in history an honorary doctorate. So your point is?
ReplyDeleteKiko isn't pro-abortion, so your comparison is invalid.
DeleteMore evidence that the Neo makes you stupid. They're both liars, how's that.
DeleteTim Rohr had asked us not to use the the word stupid on his page. However, a dr who works in mental health issues has informed me that he believes the NCW appeals to Catholics who may have mental health problems. High numbers of NCW members in all countries are seeking mental health care. Fact.
DeleteYou have no proof he's lying. Your only judging.
DeleteTim's point is that receiving an honorary degree does not make your mistaken beliefs acceptable.
DeleteMore Neo wit and wisdom. I'm judged to be judging that he's lying. Umm, why do you care? Go home. Get a job. Get off the blog. Go cry to Diana. You prove me right every time you take the time and energy to try to negate me. Thanks.
DeleteCorrect 1:18pm. But that's a little deep for these guys to understand.
DeleteTim you are cute. Telling people to get a job... They probably have a better job than you.
DeleteUmm, really? Is that all you can come back with?? Actually my job is to keep you from doing yours and from the looks of it, I'm succeeding.
DeleteIm doing my job :)
DeleteSucceeding at what?
I come here for the "hate" it makes me smile to see so much hypocrisy :)
Well that says a lot about you, doesn't it?
Delete11.43am may 23rd. We followed up this statement and unfortunately found that it is true. Catholics who join the NCW tend to have from mild to serious mental disorders. Please do not laugh at this statement it is true. I am not posting this to make you laugh Guam, but to help you understand the profile of person the organization appeals to. It is very unfortunate but it appeals to the mentally challenged of our church.
DeleteAnonymous (May 23, 2014 at 11:43 AM) brought up an interesting point by sharing the belief of "a dr who works in mental health issues" that the NCW appeals to those who may have mental health problems. I've read several articles that substantiate this belief, including "The Psychological Mechanisms of Mental Conditioning Inside the Neocatechumenate Community" (http://www.antyk.org.pl/wiara/neokatechumenat/inside.htm) and "Psychological Umderpinnings in the Neocatechumenal Community: Report by Professor Alberto Picano, Psychiatrist at San Camillo Hospital in Rome" (http://www.internetica.it/neocatecumenali/english/excerpt-debate.htm#underpinnings).
DeleteHowever, the generalization made by Anonymous (May 24, 2014 at 1:22 AM) that the NCW appeals to the "mentally challenged" is an unfair characterization, in my opinion. To be clear, the term "mentally challenged" is often used as a euphemism for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Granted, thanks to the likes of "Gino from Sinajana," "Old Man from Santa Rita," and numerous "Anonymous" Kiko's/Kiko-bots who rant on this blog, one might be inclined to think they are "mentally challenged." But they are in the minority, in terms of NCW members.
I know a number of "Neos" — not "Kiko's"! — and they are most definitely NOT "mentally challenged." They may have personal issues — possibly even mental health issues like depression — that led them to join the NCW. It's just too bad that the comments from the Kiko's/Kiko-bots are so vile and project such a poor image of the membership.
Well, Diana has a job and other stuff to do. She only gets to her computer after work. And, in case you haven't heard, or where confused, she is a woman, not a man and not a priest. Repeat often enough and we'll believe you Diana. We will. Really. JOY
DeleteOf course, what is so terribly funny about this is Kiko is forever telling the world that this isn't about him, that it is all God's work, yet he makes sure every little award, every hint of a supportive word, every little pat on the back, every little photo-op with with the pope or a cardinal, is recorded and magnified and glorified in every detail and broadcast to the world through his lap dog media slave. And the above is just another in a long line of examples. I feel more and more sorry for you every day.
ReplyDeleteNo surprise that it's another Zenit Neo propaganda piece.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure it is Kiko himself "telling the world" or is it the observers?
ReplyDeleteRead the interviews. Kiko doesn't turn away the interviews, he doesn't turn away the photo-ops, and he certainly doesn't turn away the honors.
DeleteOkay, he is interviewed? Why turn away from questions. And if he did turn away, then people would say he has something to hide.
DeleteThe man is a narcissist. He is also a brilliant strategist and a liar. Here's a great example of how he took what was a word of warning from the Vatican and turned it into an endorsement via Zenit for his lap dog followers which obviously includes you:
DeleteZENIT: What does the response of the Holy Father mean in this regard?
Argüello: The Holy Father, in this letter sent by Archbishop [Angelo] Becciu, confirms that what he has said in the indications to the families does not touch at all the Statutes of the Neocatechumenal Way and, citing article 12, which speaks on the Paschal Vigil, and article 13, which speaks of the Eucharist of the Way, he confirms that "as far as it pertains to the celebrations of the Paschal Vigil and the Sunday Eucharist" those articles are "the regulatory charter of reference" for the Way.
So, thanks to God, the Pope has saved us, because the details of one song or of a particular thing can be changed, we agree, but we had these interpretations that seemed to nullify the statutes.
We are very happy that the Pope loves us and defends us.
P.S. Kiko doesn't give interviews to the Media that doesn't support him. It's why you only find him on Zenit.
Read enough of these propaganda articles from zenit and it is apparent that they are less than interviews and more like scripted statements. They never "ask" him challenging or tough questions.
DeleteInterviews that do not support him? Exactly why he doesn't. They will twist his words around. It happens everywhere around the world.
DeleteAnd if his statement is wrong, "We are very happy that the Pope loves us and defends us", wouldn't you think that he would be corrected?
Words or warning? Again wouldn't he be corrected if what he said is not true? This is just you interpretation.
Narcissist is your view of him, it is not fact for you do not know him or ever spoke with him.
You'll get your interview soon Tim. And the NCW will burn to the ground because you are right. Right? Only time will tell.
You are genuinely afraid of me, aren't you!
DeleteI am not afraid of you Tim. What would make me scared? That you are going to be the reason why the NCW goes down hill? It would not matter whether the NCW is here or not to me. My faith as a Catholic will still remain.
DeleteWonder who, will be interviewing you Tim! Could it be the Nuncio? Was the Archbishop summoned while in New Zealand? Did he give all the right answers to the questions asked? Wonder what he said about himself being a "space cadet", always flying to the wide blue yonder?
DeleteOh yes you are afraid. That's why you're here. You're worried about what I'm doing. You're worried because you know it's true. You're worried that the whole world is now seeing what this is all about. You are afraid because I am not afraid. I am not a coward. You are afraid because you can't control me. You are afraid because you won't use your name. You are afraid, afraid, afraid. That's why you keep coming back. You live in terror. Keep coming back.
DeleteWhy do you feel sorry for people who believe in him and the mission. I feel sorry for you who refuse to believe with evidence five Pope's support it.. Media Zenith and EWTN. No comparison to Notre Dame president. Again you continue to brain wash your audience. Hatred brew your heart. If not hate you claim, what is it? Revenge? To Archbishop? What good is the outcome?
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for you that you can't speak English and in trying to you give yourself away. Hope your GALA works out.
DeleteLots of talk about hate when all Tim, Chuck and others do is to attempt to clarify, comprehend and inform.
DeleteI think that Anonymous of 8:54am and other neos like him project what is truly in their heart. Their blind obsession with Kiko does not allow them to see the deception and so they hate those who lead them to Truth.
Anon 8:08AM If you disagree with Kiko and you disagree with the POPE! Agree????
DeleteWhy is he a liar and narcissist? Just feeding off the hate blog from Italy huh Tim? He is living the Gospel. You in the other hand sits behind the counter all day blog rather talk to the homeless and spread the gospel.... hmmmmmm double standard and hypocritical I see. You hid talent in the dirt.
ReplyDeleteFather Adrian, don't you have anything better to do than to hang out on my blog?
DeleteAgain your assuming. I'm not even close to Father Adrian. But I pray for you and the restless hearts here.
DeleteHermano de la Argentina
La Paz
So now, Father, you're going to have to go to confession...probably off-island. I wouldn't wait if I were you.
Delete9:47 a.m. Why don't you go to the boonie area behind the Court of Guam and round up the homeless. Then go to MacDonalds, the Azotea, Winchells, King's and so forth. Be merciful and teach them the WAY! Before you do that treat them to a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner.
DeleteYou think that by preaching on the street corner, playing your guitars, shouting for joy, dancing with tambourines is the only way to show your PROCLAMATION of the GOSPLE? Well think again! There are the such things as the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
I Proclaim the word by feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, etc. to me this is worth more than shouting out Praise be to God on a street corner or a square as you people call it. You can shout out all you want, but how many of you actually go out and reach the homeless? Think about it!
Are you assuming the NCW does not do that? Think again.
DeleteThere is no material gain for the NCW to reach out to the homeless. There is more to gain from our Archdiocese
DeleteAnon 6:14 pm...do you literally get in close contact with them, or do you just donate to Kamalen Karidat, Catholic Social Services, etc.?
DeleteI have seen people from the Chalan Pago Community eat during the early morning hours and just bypass these people. Is that being Christian like?
So now its a competition? great.
DeleteA narcissist.is a person who brags about the numbers of pageviews on his blogsite.
ReplyDeleteAn Idiot: one who hangs out on blogs he doesn't like.
DeleteCoward: you.
Anon 10:27,
DeleteI believe that Tim is just excited about the numbers, as are those who are concerned about the questionable acts of the NCW. It gives us hope that the truth is getting out, and hopefully may lead to the conversion of Neos back to the True Church. On the other hand, kiko distorts the truth to forward his agenda. The evidence is available to all, but only visible to those seeking the truth. Those who do not see the truth directly in front of them choose not to by closing their eyes and mind, or they have been blinded by the teachings of the Non Catholic Way (NCW).
I certainly am "excited" to see that so many people from so many places are finding our "local" problem so interesting. I find it funny that my enemies first tried to say that I was the one causing the problems, but then when the whole world tuned in with similar problems, I am suddenly just one of them.
DeleteFor the record I don't need to read anyone else's blog. In Guam we have the best case study available. A small closed community, completely invaded by the Neo, and the only bishop in the world who walks. It allows the whole world to study the Neo under a microscope. The errors here and the damage to the church are more glaring than any other place in the world.
And every time these cowards log on and spew their nastiness, they give great witness to what the Way REALLY does for and to people.
If the blog was about me, I'd be a narcissist, but as everyone can see, this blog is about a whole lot of people, a lot of people who have been deeply damaged by the Neocatechumenal Way, or more specifically the Kiko's. The people who log on here do not come to read about Tim Rohr because there's nothing to read. They come to see how others have been wounded. They come because they have no place else to go. On Guam their bishop has locked his doors to them. He has waged war against them. Priests see what he did to Fr. Paul and rightly fear what he could do to them. So they come here. Not to see me, and not just to gain encouragement from others who similarly suffer, but also to learn about the Neo, and DAMN ARE THEY LEARNING!
DeleteThe above statement by Tim Rohr 3.27pm is interesting. Why do people come to this web page by Tim Rohr. People come to the page not to read about Tim Rohr . Many come to this page has damaged hurt people. People who have been hurt by the archbishop, by certain priests, and by certain NCW community members. The page provides an opportunity where just may be they will find a way to begin healing the deep pain they have caused in the life of people on Guam. Every time Tim Rohr provides a statement, a document, aiece of evidence, as to what certain people have done iis a small victory to many. There is no where else to go accept to Tim's web page to heal the deep deep pain archbishop has inflicted. Just wish I could stop writing anon, I don't like it but have no option for now. Sometimes I think Tim Rohr knows what's going on but he may understand and ask deep questions why people do what they do on this page. I think he sees many are people full of pain. So yes, Tim Rohr is a voice of hope, a way that just may beep people can heal. Just may be the grave injustices to the priests of Guam will be corrected. The priests who live in fear of the archbishop and his henchman will be freed of the psychological threats made against them. Yes, we come to this page because Tim Rohr gives a hope to this archdiocese.
DeleteThe blog is about you. Just look at what they're writing. Tim the Crusader. Tim defende of the church. Tim showing the errors of the neos. Tim going up against the big bad archbishop. Tim fighter of truth and justice. You display the numbers to show off.
DeleteYou are so fun! But no, I display the numbers to show YOU! Thanks for making them higher. Joy!
Delete6.12am. The individual who wrote the 6.05pm comment may only have Tim Rohr as a voice for something we do not know. But the reality is on Guam now there are numbers who have been destroyed and pained by the archbishop, living in silence, and Tim Rohr has become a voice of the grave and serious injustices caused. For this reason he has become a leader to many. The good thing is Tim Rohr is not seeking power or position . So he remains humble working in defense of the truth and for justice. He has the greatest respect of many in Guam. Tim is the defender of the faith , and those who have destroyed the life of others in Guam.
DeleteTim is correct. But once again we don't care if Harvard, Oxford, catholic university, give kiko an honor. He is welcome to them. We simply do not want their presence on Guam. Don't they understand the NCW is not welcome in this community.
ReplyDeleteThey are welcome here.
Delete"They are", but not their errors.
DeleteWho are you determine that? The director of EWTN can't determined that! Hahaha. Get off your mule.
DeleteGino
Henry Gino. Nothing better to do on a Friday afternoon than stare at JungleWatch and stroke yours?
Delete@ 3:38
DeleteTim is not the first to publicly address the errors of the NCW. this is a world wide problem. Unfortunately we are under the only Archbishop who walks with the NCW, and show extreme favor towards this group who blatantly goes against some of the most sacred teachings of The Church.
Tim is not the first, but he is one of the best, if not the best, layman ever to publicly challenge the practices of the NCW that do not conform to their statues. Do an internet search and you may be surprised to find many others who have addressed these issues, but non Better than Tim, in my own opinion. Search without bias, and you'll be surprised what you find. This is not just a Guam thing, but it is worse on Guam. Thanks Archbishop.
Unbelievable that people all over the world are reading Tim Rohr to learn about the church on Guam. Guam is thousands of miles away from Europe but people who have never been to Guam are now able to learn about the ecclesial complexities at work on Guam. Even cardinal Nichols of westminister was reading this page about Guam. You never know who reads Tim Rohr!
ReplyDeleteTim Rohr will one day be honored for defending the church of Guam. An outstanding researcher, writer, and respecter of truth and justice.
ReplyDeleteMany letters are known to us concerning lies archbishop Apuron has sent out. The only difference this time is it concerned a prince of the church, and Tim rohrs publication has made it available to the international community. However, because of this letter it may be time now to begin going over the past twenty five years and show what else has been lies.
ReplyDeleteAfter Blockley part III ...pageviews will be way up....THEN, Rat a tat tat! Just my own scheme. Seems can't be worse. But maybe it can. Sad face.
DeleteNot much hope for the new Rector he simply lacks the skills required for management. Wait and see .
ReplyDeleteINTERIM RECTOR, wait and see....
DeleteHe is also not much of a canon lawyer. Otherwise, he could have prevented the archbishop from making all these blunders with Fr. Paul, Monsignor James, etc. But then again, maybe they knew they were in violation and did it anyway. Now, that is bad.
