"THE WAY HAS LOST THE LITURGY"

By Joe C. Nangauta

...the Way performs numerous liturgical abuses and engages in teachings that are, at their core, not Catholic. Not only have they lost the liturgy, but their actions call into question their foundation in solid Catholic doctrine... Read the rest in today's Pacific Daily News

  1. I just want to make a few observations that I saw at Thanksgiving mass yesterday at the Hagatna Cathedral Basilica. Well, one of the first things was I was going to have to hear some kind of history of WHY we celebrate Thanksgiving. Two years ago, Mike Jucutan presided at the mass as Fr. Tom does the 9:30AM mass at US Naval Hospital, Guam. His homily at that time tries to explain why we, Catholics gives thanks is to the Pilgrims because if not for the Pilgrims, We would not be celebrating Thanksgiving. So, this year, his homily was even more (I can't even begin to describe the word/words). His homily was bouncing of the walls of the Cathedral and in one of his examples, he mentions of an 11 year old boy who yearned to become a priest and is finally ordained at 24 years of age (so, if he is 11 years old when he enters a seminary and becomes ordained at age 24, it took him 13 years of vocations to become this priest) and this archbishop churns out these presbyters like a car factory with less than 8 years of formation to become a priest. Also, during the part of the mass where the priest raises the bread/cup above his head, Mike Jucutan stepped away from the altar before he his raised the bread/cup. Then, instead of letting Deacon Dierking eat the Bread first, he lets Deacon Dierking drink the wine before the Bread and I am not sure if Deacon Dierking was aware of what happened but he seemed confused and I was also confused because the priest "EATS THE BREAD (BODY of CHRIST) first, then passes the Bread to the Deacon to eat. The priest then "DRINKS THE WINE (The BLOOD OF CHRIST), and then passes the chalice to the Deacon, who then drink of it. My daughter and I saw this and we just looked at each other. Well, I knew that I will not receive the Bread from Mike Jucutan because HE is not a TRUE PRIEST of the CATHOLIC FAITH. So, again, I am CHALLENGING THE PARISHES OF GUAM, MOST ESPECIALLY THE PARISH OF
HAGATNA HEIGHTS (who by the way, had the most people in attendance during the CCOG meetings) to stand up and bear ARMS AND ALLEGIANCE TO OUR ONE, TRUE, HOLY, CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH OF GUAM AND "BIBA SANTA MARIAN KAMALEN". Our Catholic Faithful needs you now and I pray that our MANAMKOs like MR BEN MENO, CANDIDO TAMAN and MR. PETER ONEDERA can speak out in the vernacular to their fellow MANAMKOs so THEY can UNDERSTAND THE EVIL THAT IS LURKING IN THE DARKNESS OF THIS NEOCATECHUMENAL WAY.

  2. I too would not receive communion from an RMS presbyter. If that's all we had on Guam, I'd not attend Mass.

    1. There wouldn't be one (a valid Mass) to attend.

Tim @ 11:05 PM is correct: If all this island has are RMS presbyters, if there are no longer any diocesan priests formed outside of the RMS, no longer any Capuchin priests, then there would not be any valid Masses for us to attend. Unfortunately, there are many — even people who I consider to be quite intelligent — who are totally oblivious to this fact. They believe that since the men were "ordained" by the archbishop they are real priests.

Although I explained that the men were formed with the NCW Cult's belief that, per Kiko Arguello's teaching, "there is no Eucharist without the assembly … It is from the assembly the the Eucharist springs" — that in their cult the Eucharist is not confected from the words of Consecration — I was told with much disdain that I was just "voicing an opinion."

Faithful Catholics need to learn that if the service they attend is being celebrated by a RMS NCW Cult presbyter, they need to get themselves to a REAL Mass, one being offered by a Non-NCW Cult PRIEST. This is not an opinion — this is a FACT.

  3. I won't even attend Mass presided over by Anthony, Adrian, or David C. As far as I'm concerned, they have self-excommunicated themselves from the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.

  4. Neocats, get the message? We do not want your presbyters at our parishes. Set up your own churches. The Laity are avoiding your services.

  5. To Anonymous, 30 Nov 2015 @9:40AM, when Tim Rohr and The CCOG members brought the meeting to the residents of Hagatna Heights, your village was very well represented, packed (no available seatings inside the community center and the parking lot was overflowing with members of your village. Your residents STATED that "They did not Want the NEOCATECHUMENAL WAY" in your village and all I am saying, is WE, as a CATHOLIC FAITH NEED TO STAND UP AND BEAR ARMS TO PROTECT THE ONE TRUE, HOLY, CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH THAT WE, have been taught and passed down from generations to generations. We, as a Catholic Faith are being brain-washed by this NEO-CULT and WE, as a community and Catholic Faith need to PROTECT AND DEFEND OUR MOTHER CHURCH and SANTA MARIAN KAMALEN. As you know, today is the beginning of the first of 9 traditional novena days in HONOR of our SANTA MARIAN KAMALEN and as a True Catholic, WE WILL SEE WHAT IS/WILL HAPPEN ON DECEMBER 8, 2015 on the feast of the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION--if anyone remembers last year, the archbishop was surrounded by Bodyguards. Does the archbishop feel that our Catholic Faithful are a THREAT to his well-being? If we, as an island of CATHOLIC FAITHFUL expect to rid the NCW out of our island, THEN, STAND UP, BE COUNTED AND BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE ONE TRUE, HOLY, CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC FAITH FOR THE GOOD OF ALL. BIBA SANTA MARIAN KAMALEN AND PRAY FOR US.

  6. My comments to Mr. Joe C. Nangauta, Thank you for the article in PDN calling to light the abuse of Liturgy by the NCW. I am of the opinion that this sect never had the correct Liturgy from the very start to begin with. The pinnacle of the Catholic Faith is the celebration of Holy Mass, the very celebration of the Holy Trinity where the unblemished Lamb of God is both the High Priest and Sacrifice, who offers himself to the Father through the Holy Spirit. If Kiko's theology excludes Church history from Constantine to the Second Vatican council, he misses the very substance and fundamental truth of our faith that God is Trinity, hence flows from this lack of belief the idea that Jesus is a sinner, and if he was a sinner, then his sacrificeis no better than Kiko's liturgy. So in short, if the teaching is polluted at the source, everything downstream is polluted, no exceptions...

  7. Just wanted to comment on the day of the Santa Marian Kamalen mass at the Hagatna Cathedral Basilica on Dec. 8, 2015. As most of us Faithful know (the manamko generation), when saying the traditional nine days (nightly) of the nobena, the patron saint of that particular village is normally on the altar next to the pulpit for all to see and receive Blessings and prayers from all who come to attend these nobenas. I noticed at the 7:30AM mass at the Hagatna Cathedral Basilica that the Santa Marian Kamalen was not on her usual stand next to the pulpit. I do not know if anyone else saw what I didn't see during the mass that the Santa Marian Kamalen was not on the altar. As for the attendance, as someone stated on a previous post, the picture must have been photoshopped because there was not the usual attendance of the Faithful who would normally attend the procession and as we all know, the students who attend the Catholic schools on the island are required to attend the procession. Also, as for the Christmas concert that was held at the RMS, attendance was very minimal. I guess, our Faithful are beginning to get the BIG PICTURE and are not as receptive to the RMS and the NCW. Also, just want our Laity group to STAND STRONG AND BE THE SOLDIER that PROTECTS "OUR ONE TRUE, HOLY, CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH ON GUAM". "BIBA SANTA MARIAN KAMALEN AND PRAY FOR US ALL. Feliz Anu Neubo 2016 and Let Us all continue to FIGHT to PRESERVE THE FAITH THAT HAS BEEN PAST DOWN FROM GENERATIONS TO GENERATIONS, so WE, as a CATHOLIC FAITH can pass this tradition to our future GENERATIONS.

    1. Instead of "on the altar" I believe you mean "in the sanctuary." Nothing is actually permitted "on the altar" other than what is required by the GIRM.
