  1. So who is that guy/priest in the front who said the place is private property?
Neo art in the front lobby....
Pool looks well maintained also, no sign of algae if it has been sitting idle/unused

    3. Are seminarians allowed to wear a collar if they are not ordained?

      Delete
    4. It depends on the seminary. However, generally, in the Novus Ordo, they wear them after attaining the position of "lector" or "acolyte." Here's more:

      http://thinkingofpriesthood.org/support-vocations/resources/doc_view/51-question-about-seminarians-wearing-clerical-clothing

But specific to RMS, full "clerical garb" is critical to their infiltration of the Church. Sadly, our own "non-neo" priests have created this opportunity for them by mostly casting aside their "clerics" especially whenever they appear "outside." We laity find security in seeing our priests look like priests, in the church and without. The Kikos have capitalized on this need and the non-neo's apathy, inserting themselves into this void, albeit in disguise. So it is not surprising to see only a seminarian in full uniform at RMS.

    5. His name is Preston Perez. I went to San Vicente with him @anon19:51 and who is he to shut the door on the faithfull who keep those doors open?

  2. Good job ladies. You see that fake priest who tried to close the door? Damn, "this is a "PRIVATE" residence".....are you kidding me? That's like the biggest private residence on guam and guam Catholics aren't welcomed in there but yet they need our money on the Sunday collections.... WOW, just AMAZING!!

  3. Makes me wonder, what do they teach in that luxurious seminary? And is that how a priest is supposed to treat his fellow Roman Catholics? Isnt a priest welcoming and unbiased amidst chaos (if any)? OMGoodness! It is awful. God help us all. By the way, why is that place a private residence? or private property? Since when adai are the faithful not allowed access when they are the ones who made it possible to finance the whole castle. Ombre Iya, mungga ma dagi.

    4. To 7:52. While we are prohibited from pronouncing judgement on one's soul, we are commanded to judge right from wrong.

John 7:24, Jesus said "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment"

      Delete
    5. so YOU must be in the right. YOU must have been given that right by God himself. stay humble tim and go after the mission to hold apuron accountable. for when judgement gets passed on you by others there may not be mercy bestowed to you.

  4. You ROCK, Ladies!!! Yep, their "private" residence, BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY THE UNSUSPECTING CATHOLICS OF GUAM AND A GENEROUS BENEFACTOR WHO WAS PURPOSELY DECEIVED BY AAA. Hope their "missionaries" are enjoying their life of luxury while we're paying for them along with their first class travel benefits! Such a bunch of charlatans and a shameful SHAM!!!!! Ann A.

  5. It is hilarious! Well done, ladies! :-) I believe that is why some priests (especially current cardinals and bishops) are so afraid of getting the lay women more involved into Church's affairs: invalid seminary, invalid ordinations, invalid liturgy, invalid canonical investigation, invalid jubilee of mercy... They would expose those fake Neo-profiles immediately!

  6. Maybe the former Cemeteries Board should have employed the RMS groundskeeper for the cemeteries? Not a weed in sight.

    ReplyDelete

    1. I thought the same thing! The grounds of that Private Property RMS are well manicured!

Jackie - Why did you not use the Entrusted Funds to hire the Private Property RMS groundskeeper to maintain our cemeteries?

    2. Because the monies were used for Monsignor James party.
I bet this won't be posted. To scared for the truth

    3. LOL. "Anonymous" accuses ME of being "to (sic) scared for the truth." LOL. Ummm, you're kinda late, dude. This is like SO OLD. Go back to your hole at RMS.

    4. Maintenance help, my a$%. This is the illegal immigrant operation which, which because RMS is a supposed "religious institution" is able to bypass normal procedures for work visa's, etc. One "missionary" family has had children here and has (at least in the past) been able to avail themselves to WIC and other government funded aid programs.

    5. Correct, Tim, and a couple of them have taken over the Archbishop's residence too. One supposedly helps in Chancery ground maintenance and the woman cooks lunch for Archbishop Hon Tai Fai and Fr. Jeff. That is all this couple does, receiving maintenance salaries while they use the central airconditioning in that big house. They might say that its their private residence too? Chase these leeches out! Meanwhile, the people of the Archdiocese end up paying for Hon Tai Fai's lodging in the former Carmelite Community house in Tamuning. He ought to be at the Archbishop's residence instead! The brave ladies of LMF ought to go to San Ramon Hill too, and find out the truth. These illegals need to scram!

    7. Anonymous October 12, 2016 at 9:57 PM - You posted "Because the monies were used for Monsignor James party. I bet this won't be posted. To scared for the truth" - Well, it is posted and I would like to make a comment on your posting:

What is it that you cannot understand and comprehend about Monsignor James' party? In very elementary English - There was proof in writing that the money was PAID BACK WITH INTEREST - Interest - EXTRA MONEY! NO MONEY WAS LOST!

Then explain to me why the cemeteries are in horrible conditions after Jackie and her cohorts took over! Have you asked Jackie and "Her Board" where is the money that should have kept the cemeteries manicured? Let them show where the money went, in writing, like what was submitted on Monsignor James' behalf!

Praying to My True God TO PLEASE HELP THESE PEOPLE!

  7. @taki biha's in vid

I'm pretty sure they would get the same door slammed in their biudda faces had they approached say St. John's school, Guam High School (DODEA), or some convalescent home acting the way they did in this video... carrying signs and acting all matapang... especially the heavy one in the blue sombrero..

as the saying goes.... Ha fa cha puputa san hilo na kinni sampapana..

    4. Who Cares @ 4:14 PM - You really think that the places you mentioned in your posting would really have "the same door slammed in their biudda faces"? I think those places have more class than that!

@taki biha as your @ sign must really make your Grandmother Very Proud - If You Have One! The Grandmothers that I know on Guam are the best in the World - Even Better than the Actual "Mothers" themselves!

If you want to being sarcastic, do not use your Grandmother and the older generations as your punch line. It is not funny and it makes you sound like a pathetic little mole!

WoW! Your whole family must be Really Really REALLY PROUD OF YOU!

    1. Does that lady have a right to open the door to a private residence and block the door from closing with her body? She shouldn't open the door once it was closed and told that they're not welcomed

    2. LOL. For fifteen years we were told that this was "a seminary for Guam," in order to bilk us for millions of dollars. And now suddenly, when someone wants to see it, it's a "private residence." The door, by the way, is the door to the "reception" area. Some reception. This place is going to come down soon. And this little event, thanks to Mr. Perez, just sealed its fate. How appropriate that it was a local Kiko.

    3. I was looking at paintings on the wall. i asked my staff to place the video clip on big TV so i can get a good look inside. It look like Hotel reception desk with horrible kiko art.But the grounds pool look beautiful.Imagine each morning being greeted by those ocean views. It must be paradise to live there if it were not dangeous to my eternal salvation.

  11. Now I understand better why Kiko wants for his seminarians a life as princes during their seminary time. They will be eternaly grateful for the NCW and totally submissive.

  14. Biba LFM! LOL! The response by the seminarian is a "classic" example of the fruits of the Roach Motel Seminary. Pius and apurun were ready to open the trap door in room 124.

  15. NCW, a missionary outreach? Baloney! The luxurious lifestyle is far from conventional missionary life, so not really "missionary." The moniker "outreach" is not in its altruistic sense but rather a demand for "outreach" by other people to treat them like princes and princesses!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Great job ladies. How dare they claim that the seminary is a private residence when the mortgage is paid by the very people they were turning away. I see that the Kiko kaka has ruined Preston Perez's mind.
