GUAM DAILY POST: Mediation talks to begin in child sex abuse cases

  1. So far, there's nothing but swamp gas about claims that will pay Guam's victims next to nothing. Lujan will take the lion's share and the poor victims will be raped once again.

Thousands of US abuse cases were quickly settled out of Court for an aggregate $3 billion. Many of the claims paid multi-millions per victim, including several in my diocese. For the most part, US abuse litigation ended years ago because victims here were represented by specialist Superlawyers, not a greedy jungle shyster and a toll-free counseling hotline in New Jersey.
