  1. SO TRUE, BUT TIM YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF TO ANYONE. I BELIVE WHEN PEOPLE LISTEN, OR READ IN THIS MATTER. THEY SEE WHAT IS RIGHT. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BRING YOURSELF TO THE POSITION THAT THEY ARE IN, A POSITION OF SHAME. THAT IS WHY THEY ALWAYS HAVE A "COMEBACK" TO THE FACTS THAT YOU PROVIDE PEOPLE LIKE ME. NOT TO DISTROY THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE CAUSE CERTAIN CHANGE, BUT TO MAKE A MORE INFORMED DECISION ON WHAT I RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG. BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED THE FACTS AND PEOPLE STIL CHOOSE TO DO WRONG, THEN THEY ARE STUPID. YES BROTHER THEY ARE STUPID. SO CONTINUE YOUR WORK TIM DON'T STOP TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF THEY WANT YOU TO BUT IT'S NOT THEM THAT ARE SEEKING ANSWERS IT IS US.

  2. Talking about St Benedict and facts, let's talk about them more... I had struggled a lot to come out or not as a follower of the Way. Then I decided I would! Yes, I have been walking a couple of years and currently I have no reason absolutely to stop walking. This is a fact. But that being said I admit I have an awful lot of worries and anxieties because what and how things go in the Way.

I joined the Way for a simple reason. I want to follow Jesus. It has always been and is my number one priority to be his faithful disciple or at least a follower. It all depends what Jesus would allow me to become for him. It looked like a good idea to join a church group to come to the Lord closer. It there was another church group apart from the Way, probably I would have joined that one. But there was the Way as the only option I could find. So I joined. Perhaps there are as much people who did the same.

Now I find a whole lot of truth in the criticism I read here. I emphasize, not everything is accurate, but some things are truly annoying in the Way. I am not sure if it is only through the Neocatechumenate that one may come closer to Jesus. I am grateful that the criticism here separates the plain followers of the Way from the higher "officers", responsible, catechists, etc. of the movement. We at the bottom are mostly clueless as why things are happening as they are. I sense a strong intention of manipulation by the catechists to control our feelings, thoughts and beliefs. It is so wrong. The only person who truly counts is Jesus. Who else could it be?! I myself don't give a hoot on the preaching of the catechists unless they use the language of Jesus. This is my form of self protection in the Way against its exaggerations and control. When I pray to Jesus apart from my fellow Way members and apart from the catechists, I am absolutely free. The Lord is the only one who can make me free.

When they say I have to hate my mother and my father in order to be in the Way, I become extremely sad. St Paul tells to love your family and respect each other. You always find the counter argument in the Bible, if you know how to read it. But our catechists sometimes don't know how one has to read the Bible. You have things in different ways because the truth is somewhere between. You have to love your family, whoever says anything else is a liar. But if your relation to the Lord Jesus demands sacrifices, you have to be able to offer it even on the temporary expense of your family. I would repeat temporary and only for the Lord. Temporary because the Lord always knows how to lead us back to our family. More importantly, only for the Lord and not for other human beings, be them catechists or Kiko himself. Because the Lord Jesus is the first, the alpha and the omega.

I would not leave the Way until I see any chance to come closer to Jesus. Whatever criticism I have against our leaders, I keep silence and focus on the One above. This keeps my walking. I you want to know more about my experience, please, feel free to make comment and ask. We all have the same quest for Jesus.

    1. THE WAY IS NOT YOUR WAY WITH JESUS. SO YOU ARE TOLD OTHERWISE, BUT MY FRIEND THE CHURCH IS WHERE WE ARE ALL GIVEN A PIECE OF FAITH AND IT IS OUR "DUTY" TO FIND JESUS, WILLINGLY, IT'S NOT BY BEING GIVEN A WAY TO HIM. EVENTUALLY WHEN JESUS IS FOUND, REMEMBER WE ANSWER TO WHAT WE HAVE DONE TO CONTINUE HIS LOVE BEFORE FINDING HIM. WE DON'T HAVE TO REDO WHAT HAS HAPPENED WE FOLLOW TO LEAD WE HAVE AN UPCOMING GENERATION NOW IS WHEN THEY NEED US THE MOST. BECAUSE WE ARE NO LONGER FOLLOWERS I BELIEVE OUR BROTHER TIMS ACTIONS HAVE SPOKEN LOUDER THAN HIS WORDS OF LEADING US BACK ON TRACK. NOT ONLY FOR HIMSELF BUT FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO ALSO MYSELF TO AM A FATHER WITH KIDS WHOM IM PRACTICING MY FAITH AND LEADING THEM THROUGH THE FAITH AND LOVE OF GOD.

    2. Brother, the fourth commandment says "honor your Father and Mother". How can you be a part of a movement that contradicts God's law?
Yes, Jesus said "If anyone comes to Me, and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be My disciple."(Luke 14:26)This is where they get this idea, however, a parrallel in Matthew 10:37 says:
"Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me." What he is talking about is the cost of discipleship, not that you should hate your parents, or siblings or anyone who is not in the "way". The reason they condition followers to this way of thinking is so that they can manipulate them into giving the community thier goods instead of the family, so that you will change your idea of what family means to be, community instead of father and mother. This is why we say it is evil because it seeks to attack the family, among other things. God designed us to be family-Father, Mother and children. "this is why a man shall leave his mother and father and cleave to his wife" didn't say nothing about cleaving to some community.
St. Paul said if someone comes to you with some strange teaching other than what has been taught to you, do not believe them! He goes on to say even if he comes with some different teaching do not believe it! Run!

    3. I too long for a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. One need not join any group to accomplish this. Reading Holy Scripture brings one closer to the Lord. There are many Catholic books that can help one read and understand the Bible. I suggest Alpha Quest read the diary of St. Faustina. She had an intimate relationship with Christ, the Divine Mercy as revealed in her diary. I pray the Divine Mercy chaplet daily and the Divine Mercy 3 o'clock prayer. Try reading Interior Castles by St. Teresa of Avila. Check out Ignatius Press online and see what books are available on getting closer to the Lord. Reflect on the daily Mass readings even if you do not attend daily Mass. Download the Fulton Sheen app and listen to inspiring talks on matters of faith by Archbishop Sheen who was one of the most influential and popular Catholic priests of the 20th century. Read one of his many books. Go to confession regularly. It is possible to gain a closer relationship to Jesus Christ and still maintain close relationships with family members who may not be as intent on their faith as you are. A "catechist" who tells you to hate your mother is asking you to go against the 4th commandment: "Honor your father and your mother." There is a formation in becoming a catechist. It is a spiritual calling and one must study and prepare for this calling. Your "catechist" seems not to have the proper formation. I doubt you will lose anything spiritually by walking away from what is leading you astray.

    4. In Luke 14:26, the word is explained in this commentary from the Ignatius Study Bible:
14:26 hate: An idiomatic term meaning "to love less" (Gen 29:31-33; Mal 1:2-3). Not even the sacredness of family loyalty should outweigh our commitment to Christ, since we must be willing to abandon even close relationships to follow him (Mt 10:37) (CCC 1618, 2544).
This means love of Christ is above love of family. We love family members less than we love Jesus Christ. Family is abandoned when one is called to the life of a religious person to become a priest or nun. That calling from Christ takes precedence. When one reads the Bible it is necessary to use a Catholic study Bible as notes and commentaries will make clear what seems to be confusing. Christ is not asking for us to "hate" our mother and father as we understand the use of the word today. Those who wish to pervert Christ's a Gospel message have ulterior motives unrelated to bringing people closer to the Lord.
Last year, Ignatius Press published "The Didache Bible" with commentaries based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC). This is an important resource for those who wish to read the Bible on their own with no misunderstandings. Perhaps the "catechist " mentioned above should buy a copy and get right with Sacred Scripture. The note from "The Didache Bible" on Luke 14:25-35 states: Christ is not calling on his disciples to "hate" their parents and families but rather to make him our first love. (CCC) 1618

    5. Eileen, what formation of catechist are u talking about? You get elected after the First Scrutiny and attend convivences, that is it. You memorize to the best of your ability the mamotreto and that is it. Do not make up stories.

      Delete
    6. Isaias, I don't think there is any making up stories going on here nor does she appear to be referencing the formation of catechists. Feel free to elaborate though.

    7. Isaias, I believe Eileen was referring to the formation of catechists in the Catholic Church. The Church has always had catechists who assisted Catholics in learning the faith. As Eileen mentioned, one must discern such a calling and properly prepare to impart Church teachings faithful to the Church's magisterium (teaching authority).

Unfortunately, "catechist" is one of the Catholic Church's words, among many other things, that the ncw has co-opted and totally redefined. When we discuss things on this blog we refer to our Catholic Church, not the narrow view of the ncw.

    8. Dear Anonymous and Eileen, I appreciate the sharing of your views with me. As I mentioned, I do not intend to stop walking in the Way. I have a whole lot of reservations, especially about the higher ranks in this movement, but this would not prevent me from giving a chance. In the community I have a lot of fellowship that nourishes my faith. I rather listen to my fellow members there than to the responsible or the catechists. This is the truth.

It is like a work place. You have a few good friends among the coworkers, so you do not quit. You have to support yourself and your family anyway. So you may just laugh off the bosses and minimize their bad impact on you. You only keep what is good and discard the bad. The obnoxious nature of some bosses should not make you give up your chance. The same is in the Way. I just laugh on the vain efforts of some big mouth catechists and other neo-bosses. But the Lord Jesus is not bound to them! Not by any means. Our Lord is present everywhere!

I read some books sometimes. But this is not always sufficient. My fellows in the Way are the same as me. He or she is uncertain about the intentions of the bosses but the fellowship with each other and with Jesus would make up for all worries and doubts. Honestly, we don't care much about responsibles, catechists and the steps. This is their game who want a career in the Way. But we do not care. We just want to be in good company.

    9. Alpha Quest, something else must be making you stay in the Way besides fellowship. I think fellowship is just an excuse. You can have fellowship outside the Way very easily. Just organize a time and place and subject matter and bam, you have fellowship. You speak of reservations especially when speaking about leaders in the Way, yet you don't feel the need to leave the Way. Doesn't make any sense. Good thing the Catechists don't know you're true heart! Actually, it's hard to tell where you stand. Sounds like you just need a place to socialize!

      Delete
    10. Dear Claire, I like what you say. "Bam, you have fellowship", yes it is so amazing. Believe me, I have tried many things that just did not work. This is why I pay attention when something does work! You have to go after it because that might be the real thing. It is true, I do have reservation even intense dislike for some of our leaders. I don't tell names. Nevertheless it makes sense to keep walking because of the fellowship. You see this is how the world becomes round!

The trouble with fellowship is that some people always try to take advantage of it. Judas tried to make Jesus into a politician. A freedom fighter to gain land. A hero to earn pride for a nation. There are also people who try to use the Way for political gain. They play the power games that can only lead to more misery and more crucifixion. They are the Judases in the Way who sell our fellowship for politics. We have to prevent them. Just as the apostles kept the fellowship for the church. Is this not amazing, dear Claire?

Its the members that have deviated from its teachings..We should not anchor our faith on the actions of the members, but the solid foundation of Christ who does not change.. God Bless..

  7. Alpha Quest - The reality is that our Lord is not found in Scripture Alone, Not in Tradition alone, not in the Church alone, and surely not in the NCW alone. and when a group lays claim to this as an article of Faith, It would be prudent to avoid this group altogether. God in his infinite existance cannot possibly be contained in any or all of these facets of truth. He is beyond all things.

You hit an important point in your blog that many failed to understand, It is not the NCW that saves but the person Jesus Christ, and the Church his bride that he instituted to act on his behalf. . The moment we take our focus off him and rely on the creature or some creation, we can expect to encounter disappointment, as all things apart from God is lacking. You said that you joined the way to follow Jesus, many in the way state this as if the Lord was unreachable or on vacation until the NCW came into being.. The fact is, look to the history of the Church and you will see all the Super saints of the Church who have searched and found Jesus always present and available to them who ask, seek, knock. He has always been present in creation, other human beings, in the Sacraments, Sacred Scripture and Tradition. He has never turrned away anyone who searches for the truth in him. This same Jesus gave us the Church as the instrument of salvation on earth, which comprises all the bishops and priests in union with the vicar of Christ, the Pope.

I would say that anyone who teaches something different than that which Christ himself came to reveal, all that his church teaches cannot be teaching the truth. Just as Jesus is the same Yesterday, today and tomorrow, His Church is also the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. The fullness of revelation is in him, and there can not be any more greater than the son himself. Not any priest, prophet or king.

Any group that teaches any novel or new ideas is an invention of man and if not congruent to what Christ and his church teaches should be avoided.

Just remember that even within the Church that Christ founded, there are many doctrines, origins of man's ideas that have been introduced to mislead even the faithful. We should be aware. to be on the safe side, always listen to what the Church Teaches, not any group that claims itself to be be above all others, After all scripture tells us that this Church that Christ founded " is the Pillar and foundation of Truth"(1Tim3:15)

    3. Thanks for your comment, dear Anonymous. I really take it as my relation to the Lord Jesus is more important than anything else. So I cannot be hurt by some angry responsibles and catechists who want me to be obedient to them. I mean I can be obedient to them if I want to, but otherwise I just laugh them off my shoulder. I have to be obedient to Jesus only, because He is my Savior and not the catechists.

I thought for a while that Diana's blog was interesting. But as the time goes by. she sounds more and more like the catechists. I know she is a co-responsible, a low ranking officer as she said. Perhaps she wants to be a catechist one day. It is embarrassing to see her dry style came into conflict with "nagyzsakall" who otherwise might be a big shot in the Way. You see this internal split between those who wants to reduce complicated questions into simple answers and those who don't.

I don't know what kind of formation catechists go through. The Archbishop may have laid his hand on them. Probably, Kiko himself did the same with the boss of the catechist team. They leave us in dark on the details. Honestly, I don't even care.

My real problem in the Way is that these catechists claim authority over me and I don't even know where this authority coming from. They want me to listen to them, but I am not sure why should I do that. The alpha and the omega is the Lord and not these people. They want me to be obedient to them. But I refuse to submit. This is my real problem with them. My life is not a play ground for them to freely interfere. What I share with a priest, I do not share with them. Why should I? I don't even know them! I understand the authority of the clergy, the Pope, the sacraments and the magisterium. But why would these catechists make claims on my life?!

So whenever I have my doubts about the Way, I go apart and pray by my own. I always get the assurance that Jesus talks to us through prayer. It is Him and not Kiko and not the catechists. So I become confident again and go back to my fellow brethren in the Way. I hope I could give an impression about how to survive in the Way with good conscience.

If you wish to correct my perception, please offer to meet with me personally. 5. Tim, I wanted to show you that one half of what you say about the Way might be true. So what? We are still there. Many of us who are walking are not all that much zealous as some others. We skip some of the obligatory programs because we have other business to do. We got some scolding and that's it. Who cares? You don't know much about us because you only talk about the leaders of the Way. But we are at the bottom, we hold this movement on our shoulders. Not because of the bosses, but because of each other and because of the Lord.

My point is that all the things you say is somehow not us. We do not depend on that much on doctrines. We love to come together, buy sometimes we hide away for weeks. On and off, this is no problem in the Way, at least not for me. For example, I rarely ever go to announcements. These events are informal but you still have to stand up when your community is introduced. People look at you as if they are interested but they aren't. I also skip the beginning of the year conviviences because those are too long and too formal. We have other people in our community to spend their time there. Our regular conviviences are mostly boring, but sometimes I go. Occasionally, I even omit word preps, this is not good, because this is a time when we truly read the Bible. These word preps are too long, it is hard to sit through. We use a difficult theology book which is hard to follow. But we learn a lot from it, anyway.

I hope you see my point of view is different. I would do Diana's blog in a completely different way. She is too much defensive which is not necessary. She is missing on great opportunities big time. That is why I do not write there. But it is not important. Please, do not expect me to reveal my identity. I have no reason to do that. I would be scolded by my responsible and catechists. My point of view might become fruitful one day. The Way is changing with the time. Our voices from the bottom will be heard. We cannot be silenced. We are lay people making up a big portion of the parishes. One day we will tell Kiko who we are, not the other way around..

    9. Well, thanks for your concern. But you guys really don't need to save me from impending doom... Lol! What is so dangerous exactly in walking and having fellowship in the Way? I don't know, but you look so purist for me! Do you think the only way to Jesus is through memorizing the official catechism, following the liturgical books letter by letter and watching every move of the magisterium so that to comply with it? Would this be the real face of the Lord?

I know there is the statutes of the Way somewhere. We heard it when the catechist read it aloud a couple years ago. So what? The Way is not a good thing because it follows or does not follow the statutes. In everyday context, it is irrelevant. The Way is a good thing, because we dare to deviate from the standard, despise the commerce, escape from the old boredom and laziness of the heart. We do have Jesus as a role model. Perhaps not for the leadership, not for the "creme" of the movement who tend to sell out for political gain and power. But the common folks, the plain membership of the Way chooses the Lord over and over again over anybody else.

You need more love in your heart to love others. You need to feel the pain and suffering of your brethren. You want to rejoice in the joy of others and being happy for their happiness. You can make everyone equal by making yourself equal to everyone. Especially those who are low. You long for the ability and strength to become a follower of Jesus. You want enlightenment and beauty in your body, soul, spirit and mind. So you awake this desire generating more and more focus and willingness in you. Have you ever awakened your desire in your heart?

Enlightened perception of Jesus, oh beautiful mind of Christ! What can threaten me if I keep looking at you for growth in strength and faith and for protection?!

    Publication of the Homiletic Directory
    Tuesday, February 10, 2015

Vatican City, 10 February 2015 (VIS) – In a press conference held in the Holy See Press Office this morning, Cardinal Robert Sarah, prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, presented the “Homiletic Directory” drawn up by the same dicastery during the mandate of his predecessor, Cardinal Antonio Canizares Llovera. The cardinal was accompanied by Archbishop Arthur Roche and Fr. Corrado Maggione, S.M.M., respectively secretary and under secretary of the Congregation.

“Often, for many faithful, it is precisely the homily, considered as good or bad, interesting or boring, that is the yardstick by which the entire celebration is judged”, explained Cardinal Sarah. “Certainly, the Mass is not the homily, but it represents a moment relevant for the purpose of participation in the holy Mysteries, that is, listening to the Word of God and the communion of the Body and Blood of the Lord”.

“The Directory was not born without a reason. The aim is to respond to the need to improve the service of ordained ministers in liturgical preaching”, he continued, noting that during the 2005 Synod of Bishops ordained ministers were asked to prepare their homilies carefully, and basing them on adequate knowledge of the Sacred Scripture. “This is the first fact to bear in mind”, he underlined: “that the homily is directly linked to the Sacred Scriptures, especially the Gospel, and is enlightened by them”. During the same Synod, it was also requested that in the homily “the great themes of the faith and the life of the Church should resound throughout the year”, in order to “help demonstrate the nexus connecting the message of the biblical readings with the doctrine of the faith as expressed in the Catechism of the Catholic Church”. He added, “on the basis of these expectations, Benedict XVI in the exhortation Sacramentum caritatis … encouraged reflection on the matter”.

The bishops returned to this issue in the Synod on the Word of God, and Benedict XVI in the exhortation Verbum domini, while reiterating that preaching appropriately with reference to the Lectionary was “truly an art that must be cultivated”, also indicated that it would be opportune to compile a directory on the homily, so that preachers might find help in preparing for the exercise of their ministry”.

“The way was thus prepared and the Congregation initiated the project. A further impetus to bring it to a conclusion was provided by the emphasis placed on the homily by Pope Francis, who reserves 25 points to this theme in his apostolic exhortation Evangelii gaudium: 10 to the homily and 15 to its preparation”.

“The homily is a liturgical service reserved to the ordained minister, who is called upon by vocation to serve the Word of God according to the faith of the Church and not in a personalised fashion. It is not a mere discourse like any other, but rather a speech inspired by the Word of God that resounds in an assembly of believers, in the context of liturgical action, with a view to learning to put into practice the Gospel of Jesus Christ”.

Among the criteria mentioned in the Directory, the Cardinal mentioned, “first, the homily is inspired by the Scriptures inserted by the Church in the Lectionary, or rather the Book that contains, for all the days of the year, the biblical readings for the Mass; second, the homily is inspired by the celebration of which these readings form a part, or rather, by the prayers and the rites that constitute this liturgy, whose main protagonist is God, for Christ His Son, in the power of the Holy Spirit”.

“Obviously”, he concluded, “the homily makes demands of he who pronounces it. Therefore, the preparation of the homilist is of the first importance: this requires study and prayer, experience of God and knowledge of the community he addresses, love for the holy Mysteries and love for the living Body of Christ that is the Church”.

  9. Bishop, priests and deacons: your homilies now must be substantive (CCC + Bible) not just nice talk splattered with jokes
Vatican City, 10 February 2015 (VIS) – The Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments today published the Homiletic Directory, which opens with the decree of Cardinal Antonio Canizares Llovera, prefect of the dicastery on the date on which it was signed, 29 June 2014, Solemnity of the apostles Peter and Paul. The text also bears the signature of Archbishop Arthur Roche, secretary of the same Congregation.

“It is very poignant that Pope Francis wished to devote considerable attention to the theme of the homily in his Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii gaudium”, writes the Cardinal. “Both positive and negative aspects of the state of preaching had already been expressed by Bishops gathered in Synod, and guidance for homilists was offered in the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortations Verbum Domini and Sacramentum caritatis of Pope Benedict XVI.

From this perspective, and bearing in mind the provisions of the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy Sacrosanctum Concilium, as well as subsequent Magisterial teaching, and in light of the 'Introduction of the Lectionary for Mass and the General Instruction of the Roman Missal', this two-part 'Homiletic Directory' has been prepared.

“In the first part, entitled 'The homily and its liturgical setting', the nature, function, and specific context of the homily are described. Other aspects that define it are also addressed, namely, the appropriate ordained minister who delivers it, its reference to the Word of God, the proximate and remote preparation for its composition, and its recipients.

“In the second part, 'Ars praedicandi', essential questions of method and content that the homilist must know and take into account in the preparation and delivery of the homily are illustrated. In a way that is meant to be indicative and not exhaustive, interpretive keys are proposed for the cycle of Sundays and Feasts, beginning at the heart of the liturgical year (the Sacred Triduum and Easter Time, Lent, Advent, Christmas Time, and Ordinary Time), and also for the Masses of weekdays, weddings, and funerals. In these examples, the criteria outlined in the first part of the Directory are put into practice: typology between the Old and New Testaments, the importance of the Gospel reading, the ordering of the readings, and the nexus between the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist, between the Biblical message and the liturgical texts, between celebration and life, and between listening to God and the particular assembly.

“Two appendices follow the main text. In the first, with the intention of showing the link between the homily and the doctrine of the Catholic Church, references are given to the Catechism according to various doctrinal themes in the readings for each of the Sundays and Feasts of the three year cycle. In the second appendix, references to various Magisterial teachings on the homily are provided.

“This text was presented to each of the Fathers of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, and was reviewed and approved at the Ordinary Sessions of 7 February and 20 May 2014. It was then presented to Pope Francis, who approved the publication of the Homiletic Directory. This Congregation is pleased, therefore, to make it available, desiring that 'the homily can actually be an intense and happy experience of the Spirit, a consoling encounter with God’s word, a constant source of renewal and growth' (Evangelii gaudium, 135). Each homilist, making his own the sentiments of the Apostle Paul, is to renew the understanding that 'as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not to please men, but to please God who tests our hearts' (1 Thess 2:4).

    2. It is possible that he moved back to his house in SF, but I doubt that he can preside or even participate in any services there, the Archbishop would go balistic in San Francisco, specially after he found out how Apuron covered up for him.
He is personna non gratta in SF

  11. Thank you anon at 12.57 and 1.01 for posting this most important communication.
I had read about it online, but it is great that you are using this forum to highlight it.
As we can all see, a far cry from the recent homilies from Archie and his goons.

    1. Who knows where he is on any given day, but the responsible of his Neo community on Guam says that Fr. John is back on the job as a Neo "itinerant" in San Francisco. This is a problem, if true.
