A DECREE...ANOTHER ONE

Thanks to The Adrian, ya'll are looking pretty stupid decreeing and un-decreeing the decrees you just decreed. But we decree that you decreed the correct decree in decreeing the previous decree un-decreed. Now if we can just get someone to decree ya'll out of here. (Go here for the back story on this mess.)

In virtue of my authority as the Archbishop of Agaña, I hereby decree that the name of the chapel at Father Dueñas Memorial School in Ta’i, Mangilao shall be called “The Boys’ Chapel”.

The chapel is reserved for divine worship alone and is to be free from all domestic and secular uses. The celebration of the Sunday and obligatory masses as well as the other sacraments are to be in accord with universal and particular law. Permission for the celebration of Rites of Christian Burial and Funeral Masses must be granted in writing by the Local Ordinary of the Archdiocese of Agaña.

The administrative and spiritual care of this chapel shall be the responsibility of the Rector of ‘The Boys’ Chapel’ in accord with canons 556 ff. of the Code of Canon Law. This instrument revokes the previous decree dated July 9, 2015, Protocol Number 2015-047.

Given at the Chancery Office of the Archdiocese of Agaña,

September 2, 2015

Most Reverend Anthony Sablan Apuron, OFM Cap., D.D.
Metropolitan Archbishop of Agaña

Rev. Adrian Cristobal
Chancellor

By the way, the above is the way a decree is supposed to be done. A decree is a public announcement. It is to be PUBLISHED for all to see. Here is one DECREE which Archbishop Apuron NEVER published, and purposely so. He did not want you to see it.
