GO SEE AN ATTORNEY. THIS IS AN EASY CASE.

Go here to read the description of what happened.

A grieving family with Patti Arroyo

Burying their loved one turns into a nightmare at the Pigo Cemetery. Another debacle courtesy of the Neocatechumenal cult run Archdiocese of Agana.
http://pacificnewscenter.com/pnc-k57-interviews/6267

  1. I urge the family to sue. In legal parlance, this is an open and shut case. The only issue is how much will the archdiocese pay the family in damages. Plenty and it could run into the millions plus punitive damages. Go see an attorney. This is an easy case.

    1. A suit against the cemetery for emotional distress should be filed.

      1. Absolutely. Family deserves it; it will wake up Cemeteries!! Really awful.

  1. I have been informed that the Christian Mothers of Malojloj parish were asked to help with the food preparations for the St. John Paul the Great Diocesan Seminary in Malojloj. Where is the CCA aka Archdiocesan Annual Appeal going? Why do the Christian Mothers always have to put out their money to feed these people? Such a shame that we manipulate these wonderful women with almost everything in the Parish! You people are sick and demented when their annual dues are only$5.00. Many of them are retired! Use those collections to buy you catered food and your flowers! Stop abusing the laity Archbishop Apuron. Sure, they are generous, but you need to line item this in your budget! I am tired of all your excuses! Be professional about it people! Stop being manipulated!

    1. As that presbyter asproni(?) said at the clergy meeting, "Why do these people spend meeeelllions and meeellions for wake and rosary food servings?" Listen here, stupid neos, Chamorros and Guamanians alike on this island have cherished traditions to show their support and comfort for grieving families of the deceased. While you cast aspersions and even ridicule our cultural expressions you continue to feed off our resources. If you don't like our way of life, then leave! No one wants you here except the ones you have corrupted to embrace your ways. Don't criticize what people here have been doing for decades, even centuries! If it is your custom to "let the dead bury their dead," I hope you never have to be in a position wherein you are left alone to grieve your dead! How dare you people use the Church to advance your ungodly agenda!

You criticize how we use our money but you never lift a finger to contribute or offer comfort to the grieving. Worse, you make horrendous mistakes in administering the cemeteries that you were ill-equipped to manage! You make false accusations of loyal priests who are wise enough not to be swayed by your ncw manipulations.

So we have this one more event of the Archdiocese, and they are coercing the Christian Mothers to pick up the tab??? So typical of tonto's attitude of entitlement, he thinks people owe him for being their archbishop. Hey, Tonto, just leave, okay? We don't need any more of your lies and deceit. We would rather move on and make this a better archdiocese than the one you destroyed. You are a "has been," Ha finito, capisce? Watch, people, the neo posse of the puppet archbishop will be at the head of the line to get their food along with puppet tonto and putrid pio, elbowing their arrogant way to the food that cost "meeellions and meellions" and perhaps even manage to get "balutan" or two to take back to their fake seminary. Shameless leeches!

Dear Anon. YES our Christian Mother's were asked... however NO one was forced or manipulated into anything. Since the opening of the Seminary here in Malojloj as anywhere on Guam our Christian Mother's treat the Seminarians as SONS...Sons of Guam. Sons of Malojloj...I believe these GREAT women look past the "politics" of the Church and they focus on their SONS....THANKYOU Christian Mother's!...THANKYOU to all who helped us celebrate the life of St. John Paul II...

      Delete
    3. What seminary in Malojloj?

      Delete
    4. Dear Joe,
it would be nice if Arch. Apuron would treat his priest as sons....as well. Not the case as we have seen.
Should I remind you, that most of the seminarians are not sons of Guam. They are coming here for a free (albeit bad) education, and then fly back around the world.
If you are a Meno, then you are a relative of Fr Paul....Do you think he was treated as a SON....Do you think his family was treated in a fatherly way?
May be you should look into the politics, and take the blinders off.
So yes thank you to these beautiful Mothers, and shame on the abusers of the selflessness of these wonderful women.
      Peace.

  2. Shameful that the employees tasked to handle the debacle declared that the cemetery is a 'business'. Where was the compassion for this family who were grieving and mourning at this time? Burying a loved one is a heart wrenching, difficult thing to do but to add to this heartache by handling the situation, or rather mishandling the situation is too much for anyone, as evidenced by the anguish of the family member heard on the recording. If that were me and I was told 'this is a business', I'm afraid I would not have handled it quite as diplomatically as this family. I know "headstones" would have rolled!

    1. 5:19 PM, is that you Dr. Banner? Please control your temper we don't want headstones literally rolling. Control the green urge from overtaking a logical route. I know, I have been tempted to have outbursts as I observe horrible faux pas from the chancery over and over again by apuron and company but like they say, you cannot fix stupid. I totally agree, there is no excuse in exacerbating the situation for those already mourning a loved one. Many of us know that, but for the neo cultists, kiko worship is far more important than a human response to a human predicament. So sad, so sad.

My prayers and Condelences to this family who suffered the trauma and anxiety of four days waiting to bury their loved one. I can only imagine the trauma they went through.
Thank you Patti Arroya for another excellent interview style as you uncover the scandal within the church of Guam.
I was just having my afternoon tea in my office when I decided to listen to patti Arroya. I was impressed with her guests as they articulated this horrible ordeal. As I thought about it I said to myself the family of the deceased are suffering but at the same time Anthnoy is Collecting donations for his 70th birthday bash. It's all rather like " Let them eat cake." Anthony sits on his throne eating the best of foods while those around him eat cake. He has all his money power position, trappings, but he really does not care about the people and their needs. if Amthony really cared about the people of Guam if Anthnoy was a real Shepherd he would never have allowed this family to suffer as they did. Realitu is Apiron or his so called minions really do not care about the dead. But beloved me Novemner 1st Anthony will be first in line to collect $10,000 cash Mass Stipends for the dead. This is reality Guam. He wants your dollars but he does not want to work to provide a service to famalies in their time of need. It's all about the money for Anthony money for his own pocket. money to fly to south America with his boys while you suffer. Selfish beyond words. People of Guam best thing you can do Nov 1st is withhold your mass intentions because I don't even think Anthony believes in the Holy Mass anymore. All he wants is money money money.

Yes 6.32pm he has the best health coverage money can buy. This health coverage is
Paid for by the people of Guam. It is much Better health overage plan than you or I have. Tony selfish as ever has access to the best medical facilities in the United States of America. While he provided himself with the best medical care in America he left his own priest's without medical health insurance. As we move towards the 70th birthday bash of Anthony let us never forget the pain and suffering he has caused so many in the past 30 years. In fact anyone who has suffered in any way in the past 30 years because of this man should come to the blog and express their pain and trauma caused by Guams bishop as we move towards his birthday.

8.19pm. I don't come to this blog for a spelling test. if I wanted a spelling test I would go to the spelling Bee Blog. Not so sure I like your tone so who ever you are shut your mouth. However, because Patti Arroyo has my respect I apologize to her. But a person of her standing will not be bothered by a spelling mistake. Infact no one in our modern world bothers about spelling. So I say the same to you as I say to Diana, shut up and get a life. you are obviously a supporter of Diana. And frankly I don't care a shit about your anon comment.

    6. Dear Father Matthew,
I understand the difficulty of not getting upset with this kind of remark.
You need to put it, in the context of this blog.
At the beginning of this adventure, the blog got flooded by a river of mud, from the Neos "courageous" anon(s).
It was so bad, the level of trash was quite high, and the orthography was horrendous.

Some of us highlighted such incongruities, repeatedly and with such verve, that we finally saw an ebbing of these kind of post.

I suspect that anon was using our past criticisms against you, to take a stab at you, since he cannot take you on, based on facts. At the same time he was taking a stab at Tim and those of us that demand good spelling.

Anger is not the answer to these conniving individuals. Rather a big sigh, a deep breath and shinning the light on their hypocrisy, has a lot better results.
I understand you are a very busy man, and most likely often answer from your smart phone, and their awful automatic spelling system.
Do not fret, may be, use a nice Hail Mary, before you take the bite on such trivial attack.
We know your heart is in the right place, you do not need to justify yourself....
I shall pray for you, to stay serene and steadfast in your fight.

That is true Frenchie. I answer from a small gadget often when I'm walking around doing other things . In fairness to Tim he did ask me to watch the spelling. I just did not think anyone in 2015 would make an issue of English. At the same time I never proclaimed to be an english expert. My only reason I come to this blog is to amend the grave injustices of the past by bringing facts to the attention of the Holy See. I can remember the days when Archbishop Patrick Covney would say to me " Matthew let them be you will not be there forever." That is exactly the attitude that allowed Tony to continue . But things have now changed . The Vatican is watching very closely.
We will never amend all the injustices of the past. However, if I see tony retired one day before his 75th birthday than Justice will have been served. I believe we will see this. In the meantime I appeal to Archbishop to pray and reflect upon offering his resignation to the Holy Father on his 70th. I rather believe that just may be there is that small cell of integrity in his thinking that will allow him to see that it is time to retire. In the coming days leading to his birthday I want others to go and tell him - it is time to retire. Archbishop Apuron there is life beyond San Ramon Hill. Step down allow healing of a nation to begin.

Plus, Tim and I are rather old school, (although Tim is younger), hence the Orthography fascination... In the end it is a good self discipline.

  5. I agree. The family needs to "sue" the Catholic Cemetaries Board and the entire management there. This should never have happened and to know that not even a person with knowledge to run the place during a funeral is unacceptable.

I'm sure the entire board was at the hotel not thinking of the family but just thinking of themselves. It just proves more that all the neos care about is money and themselves.

I say "sue the crap out of them" and take as much as the court will award the family.

    1. That means apuron will issue another official proclamation to the hapless pastors and assess them for the loss of revenue, without having to take responsibility for the brouhaha itself. Perhaps another $200.00 a plate shindig for the anniversary of his circumcision, if he ever was at all (hmm, I wonder what pictures of himself will be on the souvenir booklet of that one!) Maybe he plans an anniversary fundraising every month from now on. Come on, people, think of potential anniversary suggestions that he might use. Christian Mothers, brace yourselves. Knights of Columbus or Cursillo, you might be next to bankroll these events. He won't obligate the neo, they have protected status so their role is to partake of our food and consume our meellions and meelions!

    ReplyDelete

    1. Only you claim that.

    2. Yup, one of the comments that Putrid Pius made is that the RMS has many off-island supporters, including the Propaganda Fide which is the Department (Congregation) of the Holy See founded in 1622 by Pope Gregory XV with the double aim of spreading Christianity in the areas where the Christian message had still not arrived and of defending the patrimony of faith in those places where heresy had caused the genuineness of the faith to be questioned. Propaganda Fide was therefore, basically, the Congregation whose task it was to organize all the missionary activity of the Church. Through a provision of John Paul II (in order to better define its tasks), since 1988 the original Propaganda Fide has been called the "Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples". So yes, the Neos came here because they view Guam's Catholics as "unsalted" and in need of conversion to THEIR new evangelization and, in their minds, they are defending the patrimony of faith in Guam where heresy had caused the genuineness of the faith to be questioned. So here we have it, NON-NEO CATHOLICS' GENUINENESS OF FAITH IN GUAM IS IN QUESTION. We can conclude that, before archbishop Apuron lowered himself to being brother Tony in the NCW, heresy took place under Apuron' s watch. WOW! What a revelation!!

    3. @1:29. People generally act as they believe -- so what are we to infer when the functions of the Archdiocese or parish grinds to a halt or more often gets rescheduled when in conflict with a NEO worship event? What are we to infer when a NEO presbyter is absent from his parish during Holy Week and Easter? In the end, actions speak louder than words.

WTF? Are you kidding me? So sad. So the family had to change the church date and all. Dear Pigo staff- It doesn't take long to bury nor is it hard. I was just watching the live traffic of JungleWatch. People from every corner of our global village are opening this page to read about the Archbishop of Guam. Guam is an insignificant Archdiocese in the middle of the ocean. For 30 years no one even knew where Guam is let alone the name of Apuron. But thanks to Tim Rohr's Jungle watch Apuron is Now known all over the world as a failed bishop who sold the soul and the spirit of his nation for thirty pieces of silver to enrich himself. Cardinals, Bishops, priest's, men and women religious, open this blog to read of the moral disaster surrounding the Agana Archdiocese. Apuron always wanted recognition in the church, yes he wanted to be made a cardinal. It all failed. But Apuron is still famous- infamous for causing the disaster of the church in Guam. .

    3. Hello devoted Catholic, Dennis realizes very well what he is doing. The man is not stupid, look at his background.
The US tax payer has paid for his education all throughout his career. He knows the ins and outs of the internet very well.
What he is doing, is trying to initiate a reaction that will give him more information that he currently has.
This is the old "preach the false, to know the truth"
Actually the man is quite dangerous. Not because of his background or his network of "specialized" people. This only makes him an asset for the likes of Genarinni.

He is dangerous, because he lacks moral bearing, and is willing to do anything to gain what he believes is success.
Should I remind you that this is the man that was at the center of the covert operation to rid Apuron of Father Paul.
In doing so, this man did not hesitate to throw under the bus his own relative, since Joseph and his family are his cousins.
The self-righteousness of this man tells you, a lot about him.
One who does not hesitate to sacrifice members of his own family to reach his personal goals, is not somebody that should try to lecture people on what is right or wrong.
