LOL. THE AG IS A KIKO TOO.

I'll be back.

Meanwhile, read or re-read these.

WHAT WILL ELIZABETH BARRETT-ANDERSON DO?

Yesterday I wrote:

The choice before Barrett-Anderson is this:
"I am the chief legal officer of the Government of Guam and as such I stand by my original counsel to Michael Borja which is rooted in Title 21 Guam Code Annotated §29195 and wherein I stated that 'a person of interest or the registrar is required to petition the court to correct a certificate of title.'"
OR:
"I am the chief legal officer of the Government of Guam, but so what, I will stand by my employee who worked something out behind the scenes with someone who calls herself a "trained lawyer," and is sometimes the legal counsel for the Archbishop of Agana and sometimes not."

  1. Yeah I read her response on kuam tonight. A total 180deg. But it was expected. To be honest, I can attest to those backroom fixes because I personally know of one which happened several years ago. It's just a matter of who you know there at DLM. Lol

    1. Jackie may not represent the archdiocese of agana corporate sole but did anyone ever think that she represents the RMS board or its majority shareholders and THATS why she was able to speak on their behalf with Ms. Finny....just saying...

    2. Only problem is both Finney and Barrett-Anderson never mention a Counsel for RMS, only for the Archbishop. Hang on to this because this is where this is going next.

    1. LOL. How many times have you guys thought that it was the end of the argument only to find yourself at the cusp of an even bigger one? Well, this is exactly what happened. The AG's siding with the Kiko's AGAINST HER OWN STATED ADVICE not to mention AGAINST GUAM LAW is massive and it opens the door now to investigate the AG. This is going to get good. Hope you have a good seat.

  5. Mr. Rohr, since Mr. Klitzkie is an attorney, whom I'm guessing is knowledgeable in many fields of law, why not ask him to initiate a lawsuit to have his and your concerns heard in court? Pro bono of course.

    1. Yep. She did exactly as I said she would. So now she's fair game.

  7. Well I won't vote for her when her time comes. She just proved that the law doesn't matter.
