But seriously, you fools, first you say he gave it to RMS to "protect" it from the finance council who wanted to sell it, then you say he didn't give it to RMS at all but only placed a "restriction on himself."  LOL.

Get your lies right and then come back.

  1. Diana, Google it, baby!!

  2. Grabbing at straws. They don't know the head from the tail. (No puns intended ) The NCW ship on Guam is without direction.
    All over the board.
They are forced to lie about every single issue, just to keep the boat barely afloat.

    1. NCW Guam without direction without depth. Reason it will die natural death in time.

    Dear Diana Susanna:

If I spoke Indonesian I might be able to put it into words your feeble mind could understand. But since you are clearly an idiot (or blinded by kaka) that probably wouldn't work anyways.

But for the rest who may be wondering, a deed IS different from a deed restriction.

But there is nothing in law preventing a deed restriction from also containing a deed within it. That is exactly what tony did. Before he spelled out the deed restriction he made it clear that the property had been transferred, sold, and conveyed. It is so simple most people overlooked the language of the deed and focused on the language of the was intended to fool us. Thanks to a real attorney, mr bronze, we got the true impact of this hidden document. Too bad Diana susanna's trained attorney can't help her understand - unless Jackie also has no clue - DUH!

Please remember good people of Guam, the kilos are full of half truths intended to lead people astray. Even their new religion is full of half truths intended to fool poorly formed Catholics into thinking the ncw is Catholic. It is not, and Jesus is NOT a sinner in the Catholic realm.

Sorry Diana, but you cannot fool the people any longer!

  4. The language that transferred the ownership of the Yona lot from the Archdiocese to RMS was very clever and provided cover for the Archbishop, their response is no one needs to worry for the property is to be used strictly for a seminary. Problem is this asset no longer belongs to the Church. 50 million gone forever to kiko. Criminal...

    1. Actually the fact is, there is cleverly NOTHING in the language of the instrument saying it is to be used "strictly for a seminary" ONLY that it be for the use of a corporation named Redemptoris Mater Seminary, a corporation that could change its name or its business whenever it wants. Rumor is they are already planning to convert it back to a hotel for lots of big bucks to Kiko Arguello.

    2. Cool, will lots of Cardinals and Rabbis be coming to the old Accion Hotel? For the wine and cigars? Can't wait! Neo Tourism. Awesome.

  5. You can't fix stupid......

  6. The KAKA filled Dungbat continues to twist the facts....

    Dear Tim Rohr,

The purpose of the Deed Restriction is to restrict the use of the property to only one thing. The property is tobe used for the Redemptoris Mater Seminary......and only for that purpose. He did it to protect the donor's wishes, who wanted his money to be used for a seminary. And so, the Deed Restriction is there to protect the property to be used as the Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary. He is the Archbishop, and he has that right to do so. He was not violating any law in having a deed restriction. And in the event that the Archbishop retires, we will ask Pope Francis to give us an Archbishop to carry on Apuron's legacy for the Redemptoris Mater Seminary. End of story.

    1. LOL. RMS is not a "purpose." It is a name of a corporation. Read the deed.

    2. As always Diana, is all over the board. Continuing to dig her/him/itself, deeper and deeper, and deeper.
Most of us try to learn from our own mistake.
But I guess it is the problem with multiple personalities,
its hard to come to a consensus.

    3. in the world of dianaville...
the diana sees brother tony as the modern way robin hood...
you know, steal from the rich and give to the poor kiko's...
yes the poor, poor of faith, of morals, and in religion...
