We have to wonder after the immediate disappearance of the case involving the neo-teacher at St. Thomas Aquinas High School sexting a 14 year old student, the just as immediate disappearance of all charges against the neo-priest, Fr. Luis, and the sudden about-face of the Attorney General in the matter of the title of a mega-million dollar (now-neo) property, if the following is not true on Guam as well. 

"The grand jury found (Bishop) Hogan, in particular, held sway over police and prosecutors in the diocese and often reassigned priests accused of molesting children instead of removing them from duty. (Bishop) Adamec threatened accusers with excommunication and generally worked harder to hide or settle abuse allegations than to discipline the priests accused, the grand jury found."
