Sorry OJ. I know you're going nuts checking my blog every few minutes to see what I am going to do next. Been kinda busy with family stuff today and some important meetings tonight. I'll get to you soon though. Bye.

  4. A dear friend of mine has been following the jungle blog. She is a Methodist fro Austin Texas
and told me to watch the movie "Spotlight". Now I will see if I can get it on YouTube, Netflix, Hulu or somewhere else. I was told I might find this very interesting.

In 2001, editor Marty Baron of The Boston Globe assigns a team of journalists to investigate allegations against John Geoghan, an unfrocked priest accused of molesting more than 80 boys. Led by editor Walter "Robby" Robinson (Michael Keaton), reporters Michael Rezendes (Mark Ruffalo), Matt Carroll and Sacha Pfeiffer interview victims and try to unseal sensitive documents. The reporters make it their mission to provide proof of a cover-up of sexual abuse within the Roman Catholic Church.

  5. The more they raise the stakes, the more their bluff will be called.

I think that the NCW higherups already recognized the epic defeat, and just need time to cut their losses - even if this means throwing under the bus their subordinates (Kiko's so-called "catechists" are well used to).

Thus the Neochancery Neoffice media release neither seems "defense" nor "attack", but more a tactical withdrawal - that is, buying time by wearing out their opponents.

That release wasn't meant for the media, but for NCW two main problems:

    1) ensure total control over the Yona property even in case of a non-friendly successor of Apuron;

    2) avoid at all costs scandals involving NCW higher-ups, which could easily spread like wildfire in every shady NCW business in the world.

    1. These KAKA filled NEO Cult Zombies from the Dunbats blog has the audacity to try and turn the tables around....They tend to forget that it is the Families on Guam not ArchNEO Cult Presbytet Anthony Sablan Apuron that built these Churches on Guam...The truth shall prevail...These KAKA Filled NEO Cult Zombies need to build their own church...

Suing these group is not suffice enough but EXCOMMUNICATING is much fitting. They might as well built their own Church like the protestant church.

    2. No, YOU Neo's are the ones who NEED to build your OWN church! Through your infiltration of OUR Catholic Churches on Guam, WE are already being EXCOMMUNICATED, one Church at a time.

Slowly and without notice, your welcome to JOY becomes our demise. Down with the Archbishop! His lies, deceit pompous nature, and unwillingness to be a father to his flock are all more reasons for us to fight to save OUR church and OUR faith.

    1. Eddy the Waldo, er, I mean Edivaldo. Pronounced Ed Jew Valdo. (No disrespect to the Jews.) So named after he said:

"Watch for men, they will say anything to get you and then they will treat you like an orange. They will suck all the sweet juice out of you and when there is no more juice left and you are dry they will spit you out and throw you away." - Edivaldo to the young girls at GUAM EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2013

  8. IF THIS IS A DOUBLE ENTRY, APOLOGIES. If not, here's my take:

Wow! At the flash of an eye, the “crime” of the Catholic Faithful of Guam, the Concerned Catholics of Guam, the Laity Forward Movement and the concerns of the anti Neos against its errant archbishop and against the NCW, is being elevated DIRECTLY to the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota – the highest appellate tribunal of the Roman Catholic Church, the highest ecclesiastical court constituted by the Holy See. These folks must have mega influence within the court system in Rome – to have bypassed church local tribunal courts and appellate courts.

The Tribunal Apostolicum Rotae Romae (an ecclesiastical/civil court) is the counterpart of the United States Supreme Court, and before the Rotae Romae (not Sacra Rota per the press release), can entertain a case it needs to have gone through a series of lower ecclesiastical courts, much like the U.S. Supreme Court only entertains cases that have gone through State district courts, superior courts, supreme courts, appellate courts, and only for egregious crimes or constitutional matters. Has the Archdiocese of Agana Catholics been brought before any lower ecclesiastical courts and appellate courts without conclusive closure, to merit it being NOW elevated to the Apostolicum Rotae Romae – like to the U.S. Supreme Court? If so, then the defendants (the Catholics of Guam) have been kept in the dark about it, as we have never read or heard anything about it!

And the crime? Speaking out loudly by prayerful in civil protests (verbal and written) against our errant archbishop and against the heresies of the NCW. As for the former, Canon 212 of the Codex Iuris Canonicis clearly states - “the Christian faithful are free to make known to the pastors of the Church [the supreme pastor is the archbishop] their needs, especially spiritual ones, and their desires. According to the knowledge, competence, and prestige which they possess, they have the right and even at times the duty to manifest to the sacred pastors their opinion on matters which pertain to the good of the Church and to make their opinion known to the rest of the Christian faithful, without prejudice to the integrity of faith and morals, with reverence toward their pastors, and attentive to common advantage and the dignity of persons.” As to that last phrase “… with reverence toward their pastors, and attentive to the dignity of persons”, please don’t rebut with that. It will only get you into hotter water!

As for the latter (NCW), we need no permission to oppose heresy!

So, who is going to be the privileged canon lawyer to stand before the Roman Curia with evidentiary documents previously presented before ecclesiastical lower courts, to argue against the crime of Guam Catholics?

I pray thee, keep us informed. We would like to know when we get excommunicated as individuals, or interdicted as a community. (jrsa: May 16, 2016)
