CAUGHT IN THE SWIRL

After I wrote FR. O.J. AND THE AQUINAS AFFAIR, I felt it needed a much simpler translation. Today it came in this comment.

  1. I am a former neo and watched as these young men and women are told to band together and stay within the communities. Many are lost because they cannot find a "suitable" man or woman, and some are breaking out to find non neo men and women to marry. But for those caught in that swirl, confusion and dryness reign.

  1. Tim be sure to get a copy of the UMatuna early tomorrow afternoon. You're going to have a field day. No, I don't work at the PDN. Yes, Adrian made sure it as in there. That narrows down my place of employment.

Anonymous (March 12, 2015 at 11:30 PM), are you certain this edition of the U Matuna Si Yu'os will make it to the parishes and not be recalled like the August 10, 2014 edition of the publication was?

    3. Just found out it's nothing big. Just the same ol same ol as every year, the local chancery neocats making a big deal out of the few crumbs thrown to them by the pope last week, even though he began his remarks with a direct insult to their founder and a worldwide message that he did NOT call them there nor was he sending anybody anywhere.

    4. Thank you Tim for passing the intel. If it's the same ol-same ol as you say, well it might as well be mulch for my garden. And here I thought I should attend mass on Saturday rather than Sunday in the rush to get a copy of UMSY before it's recalled. I consider it my Sunday comics...the local stories, at least!

    5. I don't bother with the Umatuna anymore...the parish announcement is good enough for me. Any important news, events plus dates I log unto my phone. I don't even hear the lectors say, please pick up a copy of the Umatuna Si Yu'us and the parish bulletin at the back of the church anymore. So much for that!
