announce the passing of
MARGARITA FLORES LUJAN
reverently known as
Sister Therese Marie of the Sacred Heart, O.C.D.
Sister Therese was born on January 15, 1931 and
Returned to the House of the Lord on
November 29, 2015 at the age of 84.
VIGIL SERVICES
will be held, this evening, Monday, November 30, 2015
at the Carmelite Monastery in Tamuning

(since i mentioned "my community" and "our vocation," it's probably long overdue for me to disclose that i myself am a discalced carmelite, having been clothed recently as a novice in the secular order.)
ReplyDeleteMy prayers and. Condolences to Dear Mother Dawn Marie of the Annunciation and the community of Carmel Monastery Guam on the loss of Sr.Therese Marie of the Sacred Heart. We give gratitude to God for the life of Sister Therese and her dedicated life of love and service to the Church lived out in Carmel. May the Lord Bless Mother Dawn and all the nuns at this time. We pray that the Lord will send more young women to dedicate their lives in Carmel. Eternal rest grant unto Sr.Therese and let perpetual light shine upon her.

DeleteRest in Peace to Sister Therese Marie my former teacher at Santa Barbara School. Thank you for all the support you have given me at the time. God Bless to the Carmelite Sisters and rest now my Sister in Christ till we meet again. Our Love and prayers. Amen.
