 Returned to the House of the Lord on 

November 29, 2015 at the age of 84.

    i will ask my community in seattle to pray for sr therese marie, as well. that is an essential element of our vocation.

    (since i mentioned "my community" and "our vocation," it's probably long overdue for me to disclose that i myself am a discalced carmelite, having been clothed recently as a novice in the secular order.)

    My prayers and. Condolences to Dear Mother Dawn Marie of the Annunciation and the community of Carmel Monastery Guam on the loss of Sr.Therese Marie of the Sacred Heart. We give gratitude to God for the life of Sister Therese and her dedicated life of love and service to the Church lived out in Carmel. May the Lord Bless Mother Dawn and all the nuns at this time. We pray that the Lord will send more young women to dedicate their lives in Carmel. Eternal rest grant unto Sr.Therese and let perpetual light shine upon her.
