13th accusation
Man alleges sexual abuse by former Guam priest

A 13th man has accused the Archdiocese of Agana of sexual abuse he allegedly suffered as a child. James Bascon, 60, has added his case to the 12 already filed against the local archdiocese. Bascon is another former altar boy who has implicated former Guam priest Rev. Louis Brouillard as the alleged abuser. CONTINUED
