SOME ACTUAL FACTS ABOUT GUAM'S ABORTION REPORTING LAW

Posted by Tim

The following is from a just released PDN story:
Sen. Frank B. Aguon Jr., D-Yona, who wrote the law, asked whether Public Health verifies compliance with the abortion law, particularly the requirement that printed materials be made available to patients prior to the abortion, and that a checklist is completed, certifying that the patient received the information. The printed materials provide information about the development of the fetus and about alternatives to abortion.
"We have not verified whether the law is being followed, as there may be issues related to HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996)," Public Health Director James W. Gillan said in a response letter to Aguon.

  1. Today i have been thinking about all the sacraments sacramental blessings conducted over years by Apuron. The Sacraments are valid sure of that. However, think of all the house blessings he performed. Cars he blessed. Land he blessed. Think of the rosaries the bible he blessed. Think of the grave he blessed. All these things were blessed by a man who damaged children. Contamination from him is spread to so many other areas. Should you have items blessed by Apuron you need to have them re blessed, bury or burn item to ashes. It canbot be right to even use a rosary that was blessed by him. The man is full of bad karma. Items he blessed may well be contaminated. Seriously we must give thought to this.
