JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT THEY COULDN'T GET ANY DUMBER

Posted by Tim

In my previous post, I posted a copy of The Diana's latest attempt at playing wiki-lawyer. LOL. But after doing my usual blowing her and Tricky Little Dick out of the water, I realized that the stupid Kuku's just gave us another club to beat them with.

Diana makes the case that the Yona property can't be sold because it would violate the intent of the donor. Okay. Let's say that's the case. Well, then who would have standing to bring suit against the archdiocese for allegedly violating that intent? Ummm, well, the donor. And who is the donor? Ummm, well, it's technically the Carmelite community in St. Louis, but Mother Dawn was the designee in the transaction. So Mother Dawn would have to sue the archdiocese.

But then, who actually violated the donor's intent. Well, according to Mother Dawn Marie, it was Apuron, on two counts:

  1. "...the land was NOT being used for the purpose for which we gave it." - Mother Dawn Marie, Nov 15, 2016
  2. Anonymity was a condition of the gift, and "that anonymity was not respected by the archbishop." - Mother Dawn Marie, Nov 15, 2016.

In fact, Mother Dawn Marie already knows that she can sue Tony boy:
"And after that, we immediately submitted everything to the attorney in St. Louis. The attorney reviewed everything. Our response was very simple to say that we could not admit to what he wanted us to do BECAUSE IT WAS A LIE. So the attorney in St. Louis said that we certainly could litigate, but being Carmelites we probably would not want to do that. And we left it at that."
Thanks, Diana. I'll see what I can do to get Mother Dawn to sue Tony. Meanwhile, I see no reason why Archbishop Byrnes should not sue Tony. According to his own analysis, Apuron's thirty year reign of terror has left the Archdiocese of Agana in a DISASTER. There's no reason why we shouldn't be going after Tony for a few million. He has it.

    4. Hello anon@ 7.03....Tim never talked about a "train lawyer"
It would be hard to find here on Guam since we do not have a railroad on the island.
I do not see what one would bring to the conversation, beside the fact that Diana is a little tchoo-tchoo.
Anyway, thank you for blowing the whistle on that one, we would not want anybody to be railroaded in the process...LMAO

  3. Diana and her NCW masters are protesting the sale of the Yona property to bail out the Archdiocese from a deep hole that Apuron and his cronies have put the Archdiocese in, however they do not have any issues with this potentially 30+ Mil property being given away lock stock and barrel to the Gennerinies and Kiko, and all this time using the excuse that the concerns of the donor is being considered? Diana you are full of shit! Get yourself on that NCW train and choo choo your ass out of Guam.

  4. Sell the Yona property and give the $2 million back to the Carmelites, and apologize for Apuron's disasterous screw up by violating both conditions of the donor.
