The first thing to know about Kamalin Karidat is that it is a corporation formed wholly separate from the Archdiocese of Agana. The second thing to know is that its Articles of Incorporation empower it to do far more than run a "soup kitchen." The third thing to know about Kamalin Karidat is that it is cash rich. And the fourth thing to know about Kamalin Karidat is that - as far as the Government of Guam is concerned, Apuron still runs it and still controls ALL its assets.
