Only 6 days ago, a happy sacerdotal anniversary was published on the Facebook page for the Archdiocese of Agana. It appears from the date of the Archbishop's letter and what he said about the investigation that the alleged misconduct had been known for awhile. So why publish this?
It seems the new Archbishop has yet to learn about cohesive press releases, given the multiple tangential issues confronting the Archdiocese. If only he can stay put on island and temper his travel justifications and focus first on the Archdiocese he has vowed to serve.
