 Apuron offers settlement in clergy sex abuse cases, health woes postpone March-April deposition

Former Archbishop Anthony Apuron, through his attorney, “made a settlement offer” to plaintiffs in a handful of Guam clergy sex abuse and defamation cases, according to plaintiffs’ attorney, Delia Lujan Wolff. CONTINUED

  1. The civil cases against Apuron have just been dismissed with prejudice. Looks like Diana and Jackie are in for a field day parading this supposed victory. 💀 Does this mean he returns to Guam despite the Vatican tribunal's ruling of his banishment?

    1. That's the funny part. He was found guilty by the Vatican for something, and whatever it was it was bad enough to banish him from Guam for life. But we know what it was.
