Just a note.
In writing this book about the disaster that has been the Archdiocese of Agana, I am coming across long-forgotten (or missed) documents that bring home just how terrible things were and still are in this archdiocese: the Catholic Church of Guam.
If there was a picture of hell on earth - this is it: the Catholic Church in Guam for the last 50 years, or more.
The real question for us - for those of us who care - is how this happened...and what to do next - to save our souls, the souls of our children, and our church.
Writing this book is absolutely frightening - because the monsters are still here.
