I WAS WAITING FOR THIS

Your zeal for the Pope whom you thought was going to take us all back to the Rite and Era which you prefer and have passion for, Pre Vatican II. Your hopes were cut short when he became Pope Emeritus. Now that we have Francis as our Pope and you see his Jesuit Style in Pastoral Care, in shepherding our flock, you feel it necessary to go ahead and incardinate yourself as church hierarchy. Youve done a good job at it because you now have faithful followers who consider every notion that you have as truth. You fail to correct them, then causing more conflict because it raises an argument that could have been avoided. You want truth but yet you yourself have failed at this and continue to push forward nonsense. Its time that you understand that the way in which you want to receive the information, documents etc. is not going to happen. You are creating a paper trail that only serves as evidence of your lack to confront the problem upfront. You want something from the Archbishop then go and see him. You know where he lives, eats and celebrates. Joy!

You presume to know about me. You don't . You do what all my opponents do: try to cast me in a mold of your own making because you cannot engage my arguments. I don't want to receive any documents. There aren't any. Are there? And it's "my problem"? Sorry this was a problem a decade before I ever said anything about it, wasn't it? But thank you for the opportunity. I will use your comment as a reason to release the rest of the Archbishop's KOLG interview so people can hear the whole thing for themselves and what the Archbishop thinks of the people of Guam. I will also reveal who was at the meeting after that interview where a lie was concocted to cover for what the Archbishop did as well as what that lie was. I was waiting for this. You haven't learned. It is comments like yours that have driven this blog. By the way. You want me to shut up? Come and see me. Be a man. You know where I live, eat and celebrate. Joy!

  2. To anon. at 7:55 p.m. I beg to differ on your comments. I am not a faithful follower of Tim. I fully disagree with the practices of the neo way. I've observed overtime what this movement has done over the years, which has caused disharmony and division among the faithful Catholics. You all believe that the way is the only way and portray that in all your attitudes and practices. I don't know Tim but you appear to blame him totally for all this nonsense which it all started when the movement started on Guam. Tim didn't create this problem, the movement you are part created this whole negative situation. I will fight to defend our faith, the true Catholic faith, unlike yours. What is your faith??? Its so protestant in nature. Happy!

    1. There is nothing wrong with respecting other denominations, especially if they also respect us. They major plague of this age is not the other Christian but secularization. Eastern Catholics, the Orthodox, Anglicans and Lutherans are our Christian brothers as Vatican 2 made this very clear for everyone. Those progressive Protestants who make alliances with the Catholics are not our adversaries but friends. The problem is the fundamentalists who keep and teach an intellectually stripped version of creationism that is not suitable for our age. We should keep away from them and also keep away from any kind of fundamentalism for that matter.

  4. Neocatechumenals reprimanded 3 TIMES BY THE POPE, DO EARS TO MERCHANTS. The Secretary Delrio, Neocatecumenale, which side are you?

"The Neocatechumenal are grateful to Francis for the pope who gave them away free in liturgical matters, effectively enabling them to say Mass as they like. In same time, however, cold sweat when the pope received them on February 1, addressed their three reproaches not just "[1]. On the basis of the Poet, passes, then, to the "mournful notes": "The first of those accusations was just about the issue of making. In some dioceses, the bishops have relied on the words of the pope to demand that the Neocatechumenal to stop celebrating their masses and the Easter Vigil separated from their parish communities. Properly, Francis did not refer explicitly to the liturgy, when he told the Neocatechumenal that "sometimes it may be better to give up living in all the details of what your route would require, while to ensure unity among the brothers that make up the unique ecclesial community, of which you always feel part. " But in fact, the point of division were and are made. As can be inferred from the letter that the founder of the Neocatechumenal Way, Kiko Argüello, received from the Vatican, in response to his lamentation in writing addressed to the pope. Here is the full text of the letter, (also the sign of a shot at the rim and a barrel; Ed): "... precious Lord, with respectful letter of March 15, she has expressed deep concern to the Holy Father for the fact that some have interpreted as negative for the Neocatechumenal the pace of the last speech in the Audience February 1 , where His Holiness said how it could be better, sometimes, to give up living in all the details of what the route of the Way would require, in order to ensure unity among the brothers that make up the unique ecclesial community. 'am at assure you that Pope Francis has carefully considered what you have shown and wish to confirm, as has already had the opportunity to express del'Udienza and in the context of the speech on February 1, His paternal closeness and His loving encouragement to you and to all belonging to the Way.
Pope is well aware of the dynamism of evangelization de1 the Neocatechumenal Way, the experience of true conversion of life of many faithful and good fruits generated by the presence of communities around the world. His Holiness is convinced that the words mentioned above , who wanted to emphasize the need to preserve the precious gift of ecclesial communion, do not lend themselves to misinterpretation, especially as they apply to any form of Christian life. Such words do not change at all the statutes, rather confirm them: with regard to celebrations the Easter Vigil and the Sunday Eucharist, as you mentioned, Articles 12 and 13, read in their entirety, thus constitute the regulatory framework.

  5. When approaching solemnity of Easter Papa Francesco assures his closeness and his memory in the Lord and, when asked to persevere in prayer for his universal ministry of the heart sends you, Equipe International and to all the members of the Neocatechumenal Way Apostolic Blessing. "
[2] Of course, Kiko and his followers have pulled all the "covered" by their side: "Waving the letter above, and with their broad interpretation of the statute, the Neocatechumenal feel so once again allowed to continue with their separate harvest and ritually bizarre" [3]. And if a man like Magister bizarre ritual defines the Masses of the Neocatechumenal Way, there is a reason, perhaps more than one, which, however, in no way indifferent to the Neocatechumenal Way, the strongest of their power, especially now that one of them, Graziano Delrio, is Secretary of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the government Renzi February 22, 2014. The same result had the two reproaches Pope Francesco I: "But the other two papal rebuke of February 1, appear not to have had any practical effect. The first concerned the respect for local cultures, to which the Neocatechumenal show little or no interest, preferring to transplant the same in any remote corner of the world, the system catechetical, liturgical, community modeled by Kiko down to the smallest detail. And the second was about the treatment of their recruits. "Freedom of each - the Pope said - must not be forced, and you should also respect the eventual choice of those who decide to seek out the Way, other forms of Christian life.

    2. The hearts and the minds of our Catholic brothers and sisters may be filled with amazement and wonder when they look at the many fruits the communities produce. They may ask where all this is coming from? Well, they don't have any reason for jealousy because these fruits are coming directly from the Lord.
My community for one will send several families for mission. Wow, you may say, this is a fruit. Yes, it is, a great one! They will do the work of the Lord around the world. However, they are not by themselves, it is not their individual achievement, not even a sign of their particular piety. Because piety is surely necessary, but the real strength to go on mission is coming from the community. Individuals without the community amount to nothing. But they achieve everything through and by their true home base, their spiritually nourishing, supportive communities.
This is also the reason all and any jealousy is completely misguided in this regard from our critically eyed Catholic brothers and sisters. Simply saying, fruits are not for shining but for being eaten by those who are in need. The fruit is not produced and is nothing without the branches, without the communities. If you accept and understand this very simple thing, then you already see the real presence of the Lord among us, in these communities, through his Holy Spirit. Also you see that all glory belongs to Him and only Him.

For the anon who wrote on fruits and piety do you know what popular piety is. If not, look it up. You may learn a thing or two.

      Delete
    6. I am sorry, you are right that I was not clear enough: I only talked about those who go on MISSION. I was talking about the mission families in my own community. Because we have several... They do not achieve anything by themselves, but they can do all things by the support of the community. This is the point. Not individual glory but the glory of the Lord through the Holy Spirit.

      Delete
    7. "They can do all things by the support of the community"??? My bible says all things are possible with God. Nothing about a community.

      Delete
    8. Me too, I learned from my parents and through the catholic school system that nothing is impossible with God. If strength comes from the community and not In putting your trust in God, then I don't think you know the real meaning of trust and have faith in God for he will take care of you no matter what.

      Delete
    9. You experience the love of God through the community. Have you ever participated in an Agape in the Way, for example? Do you know what is it? Well, it is the love of God coming alive for the hungry and the needy. You mock the real presence of the Lord in the community. But He is there. One community is one body and one body has many parts, as St Paul says in his letter. The Body of Christ is the community which is natural ingredient of the church. The church is dead without the communities. I am not talking about the Way only, but any communities of Christ in the church. What other meaning can you tell of his real presence among us?!

      Delete
    10. I "mock the real presence"? You confuse the "Mystical Body" with the "Real Presence". But then you are just repeating what you are told. Here's a short course: The "Real Presence" refers to Christ's actual Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity present in the consecrated species (the bread and wine). The "Mystical Body" is Christ spiritually present in the members of the Church. The Catholic Church, the true ones completely distinguishes between the Real Presence and the Mystical presence. And this is what separates Catholicism from most other Christian religions. Please buy yourself a Catechism of the Catholic Church.

    12. At 11:12 p.m. Are you saying that if I go to Mass on Sunday or any other day of the week, I do not belong to a community of people who are also there to celebrate the Eucharist or Mass. Do I need to join a group such as the Daughters of America, the Divine Mercy, the padre Pio brownies, etc. hand have our own separate celebration of the Eucharist in order to feel the real presence of The Lord?

As far as Agape and becoming alive from being hungry...well I hunger and thirst for The Lord, but I find that I am fed not only through my faith and trust in him but most importantly through the celebration of the Eucharist with confession before hand and the receiving of Our Lord's Precious Body. Eating good food on fine china does not make me come alive from being hungry.

    1. On the contrary, I believe that it is a sad and unfortunate that the neo hierarchy do not regard The House of God or give it the proper acknowledgment and reverence as being the only appropriate place for worshiping and offering up and celebrating the Holy Sacrifice of Jesus death on the Cross in The Mass. Because the Church is The House of God, it should be regarded The"Holy of Holies" as God instructed -- The Place which holds the Holy Tabernacle wherein rests the Real Presence of Our Lord Almighty, Our Creator and Our God and where the Holy Altar stands on which The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is offered up!!

It is so easy for a diocese to crumble if its people do not unite and give serious attention to solidarity. This is the message I wish to send, from a diocese that has learned this truth through agonizing, first-hand experience, to the rest of the Church in Japan.

Hey anon @ 11:48am...two ways to look at your idiotic comment. First is that while Mr Palomo points out there are 509,000 Catholics in Japan, it really means there are about four times as many as on Guam. And while they may only be a small fraction, thankfully they were able to kick your ncw butts outta there! But maybe numbers count for you because you are lacking elsewhere. If numbers are important, then please feel free to leave Guam because we just don't have many people.
Second way to look at it is that you profess that evangelization is your top priority. Yet you mock Japan because of their low numbers of Catholics. A true evangelizer would want to go there to bring more people to Christ. But, since you are obviously a seminarian, you prefer the comforts of Guam, never mind that we are already Catholic. Its easier to stay here and enjoy comforts while you mislead us on the road to perdition. Go home, go to Japan, or China, but just don't stay here. We do not want you here anymore. Your presence is destructive and evil.

It's not nice to call someone pathetic. His/her comments were not personally attacking anyone. It was merely an observation from prime examples, such as your lovely comments in the Jungle.

This is what augmenting your faith in the NCW means? This is the joy and the invitation to happiness? You should be the poster boy and testify on every corner how the NCW made you a kinder, gentler Gino.

Should I speculate about you now? Maybe Gino is just not a happy person. Maybe he wasn't loved as a child. Maybe he is an attention grabber. Maybe he was a bully all his life. He spews it out and just can't help himself. Poor, pathetic man. I almost feel sorry for you.

Kiko and Carmen knew very well that if they expose their "own" catechism, everyone will dodge away from it. Why so secretive??? The neos are misled by their own leaders who founded the way. Carmen a former religious nun, Kiko himself who has no background in theology both claim, "Who needs a Priest afterall!" All the teachings are all man made religion it does not come from the true one and apostolic church. So sad!
