After only one month online, the letter from the family of Msgr. James Benavente to Archbishop Apuron expressing their disappointment and disgust at how Archbishop Apuron treated their family member has gotten 21,000 plus reads as of today. Average read for other files is about 25. Lots of people care.
Thank you for sharing the truth. I continue to pray that this injustice done to Msgr James and his family, to Fr. Paul and his family, to Joe Lastimoza and his family will be undone in God's perfect timing.
ReplyDeleteIf Msgr. Benavente pursues justice through a church court or a civil court I would be happy to donate. As yet I have not heard of him making any such plans.
ReplyDeleteI would be very interested in knowing what course of action Msgr. Benavente intends on taking to redress the grievious wrong that has been done against him by the Archbishop and his henchman. I admire that he has humbly accepted what has happened to him as he continues to carry out his priestly duties at the St. Anthony St Victor Parish. However, I implore him and his family to take the justifiable action to repair the damage done to his good name and reputation. If legal against the Archbishop and the Archdiocese of Agana is warranted then so be it. I'm sure he wil have tremendous support from the Catholic faithful who are just waiting to be called upon to assist in anyway they can.
