Good eye, Anonymous (May 20, 2015 at 1:39 PM)!

Maybe, as Anonymous (May 20, 2015 at 1:44 PM) commented, AAA was hoping the statue would speak to him — "Be not afraid, Anthony, I will be your personal Angel and will always protect you from your persecutors" — and he wanted those present to hear the message.

    2. Someone, please tell me this is fake. Milk came out of my nose when I saw this.

At least he didn't dip the mic into the water and break the mic.

    3. He was handing the mic to the statue for their duet of "My Way".

    4. 5:55 pm. That is udderly true! Far from the comic relief it provides, this is just an indication of something bigger. Unfortunately we have seen symptoms of mental deterioration of this Apuron. We have seen and heard of so much disconnect that as real as milk coming out of your nose, pigs will soon be flying, if they haven't already.

Tony says: "Rome won't let me speak, so I was wondering if you could tell everyone here what a kind and gracious man I am?"
Poor Tony went away sad because he was met with nothing but silence.
First lady behind him wondering what idiot asked him to do the blessing.
    Tony has definitely lost it!

  9. Just saw the irony of this photo beyond the mike and sprinkler confusion. Angel Santos was an ardent advocate for reclaiming land to rightful owners, i.e. Chamorus, while Apuron is an ardent advocate for giving away property to foreigners and thus deprive rightful patrimony to locals. Angel Santos, as the name clearly proclaims, has a heavenly connotation, he has enshriined himself in the affection of justice-loving Chamorus and the respect of Guamanians. Apuron nomenclature, on the other hand, remains a big question mark. Call Me Tony still has the chance to determine whether the next generations of Apurons will be ashamed or proud of that name.

  10. Wow! I thought the church doesn't believe in magic. Archbishop Apuron is trying to be a magician!

  12. A side note: ever since I watched the unveiling, I am struck by the attire of Angel and asked myself whether he would really wear that suit. It could have been better if the image reflected his relaxed daily attire or the Chamoru warrior-image that characterized his advocacy.

  13. In other news, what's this new special ops committee put together by the archbishop to fix his image. lol. and the members are:
    Monsignor David (LMAO, ROTL)
Sr. Marian (LMAO, She should head back to headquarters)
    Fr. Alberto (LOL)
    Tony Diaz (maybe ok?)
    Fr. Pius (LMAO)
Shawn Gumataotao (okay...this is where it gets interesting)

  15. I wonderful if he got any kind of payment for his services. He's always expecting to get some kind of renumeration (money) for everything he's called upon to do.

  16. Listen up, ROME! Anyone reading this, please, do us a favor and relate this posting to Most Rev. Archbishop HON Tai-Fai as another evidence from correspondents requesting the removal of the Archbishop for we've been saying that he has totally lost his mental capacity to be a shepherd.

  18. This picture reminds me of the time I went to a funeral in Chalan Pago and that presbyter kept the whole church congregation waiting, including the poor grieving family for about 20-30 minutes. We were all just sitting there waiting, wondering where he was and why the delay. What I thought was worse though, was when we got to the cemetery, he forgot the holy water (sprinkler) and he quickly borrowed someone's used bottled water to bless the coffin/deceased, making the excuse that he blessed it already. So disrespectful, unprofessional and unprepared!

  20. too funny, the governor couldn't hold his laugh. See Archie, you are really going bonkers. You are playing so many different roles that you can't remember which ''community'' it belongs to. Still hoping and praying for this to end. You really are a stubborn donkey.

  24. As a good kiko, I find your comments disgusting. Why can't you all accept the changes we are trying to implement? Have you not heard that the ancient church and the Jews, our fathers in the the faith always had idiots use microphones to shower statues with holy stuff?
You all really should follow us because we have that beautiful home in Galilee, swim parties in the Dead Sea, and pizza with the village idiot every Sunday. You all pay for it, so why not join and at least enjoy these perks.
Is being Catholic really that important to all of you?
